The estimate/quote process was very easy, very knowledgeable staff that truly cared about the finished product and wanted it to be perfect, incredibly responsive - no worry or question was left unaddressed even over the holiday weekend, I got exactly was I was looking for and I am planning on using them for replacing the kitchen floor next

From the sales call to the communication following installation, Matt and Michelle were both very pleasant and easy to work with. It would have been cheaper to go with a big box store carpet installation, but I am sure we wouldn't have had the same customer service and personal follow through. We plan to work with FCI again for future projects. The sales "pitch" with Matt was low pressure, friendly, polite, and honest. Several emails to finalize the contract and financing were handled promptly and professionally. Our job was scheduled for approximately two weeks after we agreed to terms. The carpet looks beautiful and the installation of a large area took 7-8 hours. The installation team helped move our heavier items of furniture which was a great bonus! Following the job, we discovered several areas where sharp carpet tacks were coming through the new carpet; Michelle arranged to have a supervisor come over and take care of this the very next day. Additionally, she facilitated the process of finishing the edges of a remnant so we could have a runner made. The cost for this was minimal. These are good people who are honest and easy to work with.

We selected Floor Coverings International based on the reviews on Angie's List and were not disappointed. At all stages of the process the communication and professionalism were excellent. The commitment to high quality customer service was evident from Matt's initial home visit to help us make our selections, to Michelle's followup calls on scheduling and her walkthroughs, the work of the carpet crew and the vinyl installers, as well as the carpenter who came to adjust the height of two sliding closet doors. We are very pleased with the results.

My wife and I had FCI replace the flooring in most of our house. There were no salesmanship gimmicks and the customer service was impeccable. From the beginning we were presented with a choice of nice products and recommendations and they were very patient with us. They even ordered an entire box of kitchen flooring for us so we could sample the product over a wider area of the floor so we could be sure its what we wanted. The installation was trouble-free and efficiently done and the clean-up was done to completion. The workmanship was top-notch and done with care. Although we didnt have time to be on site because of our busy schedules they were willing to work with us entirely over the phone and followed up every day to give us updates and ensure our satisfaction. We have had other flooring installations but this was by far the best experience we've had.

The company moved some furniture, removed old carpet and refinished wood floor in living room and dinning room. Not the cheapest BUT the money was well worth it !!! It only took 2 days. Things were clean.

It went fine. Matt did the proposal. Andy and helper did the installation. Michelle expedited. There were a few glitches, but they were dealt with promptly and satisfactorily. Overall A-.

The whole process went extremely well. It started with having the hardwood floors refinished and installing floor tile in the foyer, back entrance from the garage, bathrooms and the laundry room. The foyer tile was inlaid the hardwood floor to look like an area rug. It turned out awesome!! The bathrooms are also just beautiful! Love the new look!! We had picked out carpet for the living room and, after ordering, changed our mind on the color. We decided to make use of the original color in the master bedroom and get a lighter color for the living room. Within a couple months the carpet pile starting matting and would not bounce back with vacuuming. We brought this to the attention of Floor Coverings International and they made good on replacing the carpet. So we decided to also have the other bedrooms done. We are currently extremely satisfied!! The contractors who did the work were very knowledgeable, friendly and thorough. All work was very professional. Would highly recommend Floor Coverings International to anyone for their flooring needs.

The company contacted me right away. Matt showed up at the specified time and date. He gave me valuable information and an inspection on the potential project. He could have sold me services I didn't need, but he DID NOT. He's a knowledgeable and honest business person. I would not hesitate to call Floor Coverings International with my next flooring project.

Matt and his crew were fabulous! Right from the time that he walked in the door with his samples, we knew that this was going to be a good working relationship. In order to make an educated decision, we met Matt at the showroom twice. He was very patient with us when we changed our mind multiple times. The installation was top notch and done in just two short days. We look forward to working with Floor Coverings International again in the future.

Just as expected. Each employee I met with was professional, explained all my options and showed up on time. The tech cleaned up when he was done and completed the job to my satisfaction. My neighbor hired them the same day so they finished both jobs in one visit that worked with our schedules.

We had ugly ceramic tiling in all these rooms except our living room which was carpeted. Matt and his team had to remove the tiles which were cemented down to the sub floor. Then they had to remove/replace the sub floor with new plywood. A dusty and loud part of the project. His team were excellent and efficient. The whole job took a week to complete. Clean up was thorough too. We highly recommend floor coverings intl to anyone interested in a flooring change. Also ask Matt about the eggs.... Thanks for the eggs Matt, we are enjoying them!!

The team was very professional and very helpful. They did a wonderful job getting the flooring down, putting trim around. Matt changed out the trim from what was the original trim (the old stuff) to a new trim which goes along with the remodel we did in the rest of the house. They came back to fix a problem immediately and didn't leave until I was completely satisfied. My realtor wanted me to go with one of the big box store to get the flooring cheaper...but that's what I would have ended up with...cheap vinyl flooring. While the product was on the higher end, Armstrong preimer tiles, they look like stone, have 75% recycled stone and materials in them and are much more comfortable to work on in the kitchen than stone or ceramic tile. The grouting looks great. Also, if you damage one of the tiles, just have to pop it out and replace one tile rather than the whole floor. Great people to work with and enjoyed every minute with them. My dog kept looking for Mark after the job was completed...that says a lot to me.

Did a nice job. In half bath they had to remove toilet. when toilet was put back somehow pipe to tank leaked. One area water got under tile ,don't know why. Called them about problem and they came over the same day and replaced tiles. very good service .nice people to deal with.

Initial consultation was great. Prompt to our house, great sample review, knowledgeable with products and instant quoting. Installation was mixed/poor. Installation team was not professional and neat. (ex. left razor blades out where small children could have gotten them). Seam of carpet to wood, at completion looked shabby and frayed. Follow-up and corrective action was great. Within a couple of days owners were back, re-stretched the carpet and rolled the edge for a much more finished look.

Communication with the team at Floor Coverings International is great. The floors were done when promised and they look beautiful. We will definitely call them back when we are ready to do the last two rooms we want done.

They did a fabulous job. They are professional and personable. They work steadily and diligently until the job is complete. They clean up at the end of each day. I am over-the-moon happy with the finished product.

They did a fantastic job replacing my old carpeting with engineered hard wood floors. Very attentive to detail and superior customer service. I highly recommend.

The crew did a fantastic job of getting into all the nooks and crannies to make sure the floor was well sanded cleaned and prepped. There had been some water damage and this was expertly fixed. Michelle's follow-up was thorough and all in all FCI did a super job of making sure that my wife and I were well pleased with the results. We'll definitely recommend FCI to our friends!

The overall project went very well, and the results are beautiful! Matt knows the products well and did a good job of showing us our options, offering advice appropriately. Our several contacts with him were all pleasant and comfortable. We really appreciated his professionalism, given the fact that we forgot the first appointment and inconvenienced him on a second! Michelle was also a pleasant person to work with and always followed up on every aspect of the project, making sure that everything was going as planned. The gentleman who installed the luxury vinyl tile - Andy - is as talented as they come, in both skill and professionalism! There was one detail that was overlooked in the overall project, but it was corrected with lightning speed! The only improvement we would make is to be able to access the "specs" on the carpet we chose, as we are comparison shoppers and would like to have been able to compare the particular carpet we chose with what we might find elsewhere. This is why we gave the "Price" category an "NA" rating. The bottom line is that both floors - the tile and the carpet - look just great!

Great job by Mike. Matt and Michelle were just superb in all aspects of the job. We will definitely be using them again for tile work in the near future.

He did a fantastic job. ?My husband really liked the salesman that came over to talk about how how wa going to refinish it, the areas that were damaged that needed to be taken care of.

It went great! I had a water damage situation and was looking for someone to refinish the hardwood floors. they turned out great and right on schedule. I also had them put carpet in a back and front stairwell and its holding up great. I appreciated their professionalism and the respect they had for my schedule. I have recommended them to others as well.
