Everdry has been great to work with! The previous homeowners hired them to do major basement work, and were thrilled they did! Because of the service agreement that transferred to us, were able to have them come out and make repairs to the basement at any time, without any charge to us. When we have needed them to come out for minor work, the employees are curteous, worldly quickly and clean up after themselves. We’ve been very pleased with the work they’ve done!

The workers were very professional, tidy and prompt. We were surprised that they worked during cold, winter weather. They were all very informative the whole time they were here. They also worked rapidly and neatly. They didn't leave any mess after they were finished. We had to call them back once after the project was finished and they were quick to respond and accommodate us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone with a basement problem.

The previous owners hired Everdry to waterproof their basement and we pay $25 per year to keep the warranty in effect. We have only needed to call them once to return as a new leak appeared. They were very professional and dug out around the basement and re-sealed the wall and the hole where the gas pipe comes through. They also said the warranty covers replacement of sump pumps something I replaced myself. I will remember this the next time a Sump Pump goes out. Other than that, the basement has remained completely dry 15 years after purchasing the house.

We had some water seepage in our basement. I called Everydry to get an estimate. When they came to give us an estimate, they pointed out that one of the basement walls was bowed and should be fixed soon. I never thought to even look at this wall and think there were problems with it. They were so helpful in explaining what problems they found and how they were going to fix them. The day of fixing our basement came and the job foreman kept us advised of the steps they were taking. He made sure that we understood the process and answered any question we had. We had the basement fixed in 2013 and no problems. I would recommend them to have your basement fixed. They were up front with everything, no hidden costs, courteous and put everything outside back in it's place. Thank you Everydry for giving us back our basement!

We had Everdry Waterproofing work in our basement some time ago. We had issues in our basement regarding water prior to this. We have NOT had any water issues in our basement since. None. We used to be so very anxious for any bad storm and seepage in our basement. Now we barely even think about that. They do an excellent job. Highly recommended!

We had lived in our house for 25+ years and the water leaking in the basement kept getting worse. After much research, we hired Everydry to fix it. They were here as scheduled, did an awesome job with as little inconvenience to us as possible, and cleaned up the property when the job was complete. This was done 5 years ago and we are still dry with no problems whatsoever. It is such a joy to be able to fully utilize our basement now without fear of dampness, mold, or anything getting wet. Extremely well. My work was done around 2003! I am so thrilled I called Everdry Waterproofing. From the inspection to the crew and the completed job, all was done professionally and NEATLY! at a good price. All these years later I would still recommend this company. I pay the yearly service agreement of $25.00 and have only used it once when the dehumidifier unit was making noise. It was replaced at no charge and within 2 days of my call. The service agreement is passed to the next owner of my property and well worth the $25.00 a year. Not one drop of water and the mold never reappeared. Thank you Barb

We had Everdry Waterproofing install their system on or `40's built home in 2009, after heavy rains in the summer of 2008 gave us 6" of water in the basement...fortunately no damage was caused to any equipment but the floor was wet for a long time. It was a rapid and professional installation that I would recommend to any one with a damp and musty basement. We have had no issues since it was installed except in 2012 a plastic flap broke off in the wind on the ventilation system they installed. Since we do our laundry down there, my wife states that she is happy to work in a DRY environment! It seemed like a lot of money when we installed it but looking back it was worth every cent! It is now 2018 and still a dry basement. This rainy season we had 27 inches of rain fall from April 15th through October 15th in our area. The sump pump hardly stopped. One great feature was the battery backup on the sump pump. We lost power for 8 hours and the sump pump kept going while I worked to connect to supplemental power. Thanks Everydry Waterproofing! Everdry did a great job of repairing the foundation, and I have had no issues with water in the basement since the work was completed, which was about 15 years ago. The work was completed in a professional manner, and the crew was efficient and respectful. The job site was cleaned up and the entire process went smoothly.

The sump pump that Everdry had installed burned out on a Saturday. I called and the phone actually got answered. I was told I'd get a call back from someone within the company that could assist with my problem. Everdry told me they could send out a plumber to fix on that Saturday, but it would cost me the weekend price of the plumber. They also advised if I could wait until Monday, they'd send out their own technician and have the pump replace and covered 100% under warranty. I took the 2nd option and sure enough, Monday a tech showed up, replaced the sump pump and all was good! Very truthful and followed through with the warranty terms I received when the waterproofing was installed.

It went very well. We have a contract with Everdry that needs to be renewed every year. I called them up, told them our problem and I think they had it fixed within 2 weeks.

EverDry provided excellent professional and friendly services. The entire staff of EverDry from the initial first sales visit to the last follow up visit was professional and satisfactory. The sales rep was thorough and knowledgeable, provided information that helped us make a decision as we obtained quotes from various other companies. The on site crew/team were reliable, punctual and professional. The crew manager kept us informed of each step as the project progressed. The project deadline was met. Cleanup was well done as promised. The lifetime warranty ( low yearly fee) is amazing and worry free. I love that I can call them any time if a problem should arise . Even more amazing is that the warranty can be transferred to new homeowner if we should decide to sell our home. Our basement is now very dry and the damp musty odor is totally gone. I feel my allergies and respiratory issues have greatly improved since we had our basement waterproofed. We will continue to recommend EverDry to friends and family.

The team was amazing. They were well organized. They worked diligently to remain on schedule ...and did! What could have been an extremely stressful couple days (having your basement floor opened up and a trench dug all the way around the house exterior) was managed with respect and efficiency. The foreman was a dream....available for any questions, kept us informed of every step of the process.

The job went very well and I had no trouble with the basement during the wet weather that we had. I have received prompt responses from Everdry on two service calls.

We have had no water in the basement since everdry's work. This year we had a small leak in the sump pump connections. Everdry servicemen came shorly after we notified them and corrected the leak, serviced the pump and asked if there were any other problems. The company guarentees to fix any problems with a yearly fee of $49. We have been very satisfied with their service.

After the major work was done, there was still some must and dampness that arrived in a different spot due to the floors in our basement. The system was working properly in the walls, but Everydry was super responsive and kept coming back until we were satisfied and must/dampness free. We now have not had any issues in three years. Each person that I worked with not only worked to solve our problems but to educate us on what the source was.

The job went fine from the salesperson visit and quote all the way to the actual work getting done. The estimate was to fortify/redo of the outside and inside drain tile. The Outside drain tile was redone to the specifications of Everdry's patented system. A new sump crock/pump with a battery backup was installed and the other, old existing one was filled in with concrete. A breather was also installed to ensure that the air is being circulated in that area. Steel beams were in stalled on the North wall of the basement tuckpointing was done in this problem area. This was a dirty dusty job with the use of jack hammers but the company securely bagged by personal belongings to keep the dirt and dust to a minimum. The Foreman checked with us briefly in the morning to go over what was done the day before and see if we had any questions about the work. Lastly follow up from the home office for a final de-briefing and quality assessment.

Previous owners had work done by everdry with tiles, they checked to make sure water was draining off properly. After the installed beams on bowing wall, I needed one adjustment with a L bracket sticking out to far after they finished ....called and they came and fixed the problem. They coordinated the plumber and electrician.

Excellent. The work was done 30 years ago and whenever there has been a water problem in my basement they were prompt and efficient!

I really thought I would have to wait until the next day... Andy was professional, quick, and extremely knowledgeable. He patiently answered every question I had, even though he definitely had to get to the next stressed homeowner. I so appreciate this. After they cancelled my first inspection appt another was scheduled. When the company called the day before to confirm they asked if my wife would be home for the appointment. She was unable to be here but the agent indicated that would be no problem. When he inspector arrived he told me he would not inspect unless both homeowners were present. When I explained the information I was given he went to his car and came back to say his boss had refused to “make an exception” because it was company policy. The inspector refused to inspect and left. When I called Everdry’s office they told me they would have the “boss” call to speak to me. He has not called. I have never left negative feedback because I know it can have serious effects. But these guys cost me leaving two hours early from work (after once cancelling for their own reasons). Please be warned about this company. I suspect they wanted us both home to work a “hard sell”. Personally I’m glad I didn’t do business with Everdry, based on their lack of customer concern.

Over 20 years ago our finished basement would flood every Spring and after heavy rainfalls. I remember setting our alarm clock at night so my husband and I could get up to Shop vac the water that kept coming in. When I found myself crying at 3 AM on the basement steps I told him we needed to do something. Everdry answered our prayers. They waterproofed our basement and a few years later did my in-laws' also. Flash forward to today - our sons now live in those houses and never have had any problems with water, dampness or crying on the steps;) Thank you Everdry!

It was a very dirt jobs, I think the sales person should have explained the entire process to us in more details. Some days the crew did not enough supplies to complete the job.
