They worked fast and professionally! It was easy to set up. While a bit higher in price, workmanship was well worth it!!

We moved into our home in 1999, which at that time, had Everdry Waterproofing Warranty for our basement. Since then we have finished off our basement. In the 18 years of being in our home, we have only had 3 times when we had Everdry come out. Once when we had a tiny pin whole leak in a wall. They came and dug down on the outside of the foundation and treated the problem inside and out. Once they replaced our sumpump. And last time they came and helped us when we had a frozen pipe for our sumpump. No charge except the $25.00 yearly fee. Our basement is dry and comfortable thanks to Everdry.

We had the initial work done about 25 years ago. There were a few issues, but everything was resolved in a timely manner. We have not had the need to contact Everdry for at least 10 years.

Everdry repaired my foundation and tile system in my basement in May of 2010. Over the years, I have been very pleased with the results and have never had water in my basement since the work was completed. With the constant recent rains it is a comfort to know that my sump pumps will take care of the water seepage around my house and that my basement will remain dry. I also appreciate that with the ongoing service agreement Everdry will always stand behind their work.

The job went well, this year I had a moisture problem on one wall and Everydry came out and fixed the problem without any charge. As of today I do not have any other moisture problems.

When my water sump pump stopped working, I called EVERDRY and they came to my house, made a review of the situation and after confirming that the pump was not working and needed replacement, they did it in no time. My water sump pump has been working with no issues over a year now and did not have to pay a penny for the work. I am very pleased with this company and confident that they will take care of any issue with the foundation of the house or with any issue with the basement. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks.

It went very well! I would recommend Everydry to anyone who has problems with leaking and/or wet basements. It has been 20 years since they worked on my basement, and I haven't had an issue with water leakage since then. On July 1, 2018, (yesterday) Northwest Milwaukee experienced torrential downpours, high winds, lightening and thunder. Our power went out for 19 +1/2 hours. Everdry waterproofing is the only way to go. When big rains come whether I am home or not don't have to worry about water in the basement.

It was a huge job! They had a five man crew and it took 4-5 days to complete. That was almost 20 years ago and we have not had a drop of moisture in the basement ever since. They did a fantastic job. I rated a B for price because it was very expensive, even 20 years ago, but as the saying goes, "You get what you pay for" and it was well worth it. We are now having additional problems with the wall on the driveway cracking and bowing. I called Everdry and they are going to come out and fix the problem. The only additional cost to me will be the steel beams to hold up the wall. I think that is more than fair. I am very impressed that they stand behind their work to this degree and as long as you pay yearly for your service agreement, they continue to fix basement problems.

The job was done quick. I have an unfinished basement, so the mess wasn't such a big deal. It's a messy job, there's no way around that. But there was a lot of mud and residue left when they were finished. Thats my one critique about the service, the clean up could have been better. But my basement has been dry ever since. I had a mysterious water leak that they came out and verified right away. It ended up being nothing, but they were helpful to identify where the problem was coming from.

These guys are great. They waterproofed our basement almost 20 years ago and we haven't had a problem since. Even when our neighbors have water in their basements, ours remains dry. I would not hesitate to recommend them. They are well worth the money!

Our property is on a high water table and for years our basement flooded every spring. Everdry met with us to explain our options. They completed the work expediently and were very considerate. While it was not inexpensive, it was well worth the money. I'm happy to say that we have not had ANY flooding since the work was done several years ago!

We discovered a leak in our basement having just moved into our new home in December(?!) and immediately called Everdry because we had used them at our old residence. They came in the spring, completely waterproofed our basement both inside and out and almost 20 years later we have had no signs of water. They guarantee their work for life and I can definitely see why!

I called Everdry and explained I just bought my house and the fan system was very loud. They came in a few days and replaced the fan system, at no cost. They were prompt and friendly. I would highly recommend them for any basement needs.

Our basement flooded after torrential rains in 2009. We decided to have all our drain tiles replaced and basement waterproofed by Everdry. Best decision ever! Now it is almost ten years later and our basement is dry as can be. They replaced the drain tiles, waterproofed, and installed sump pumps and two wall units that circulate air. Because we use our basement for document storage, and have thousands of pages of documents in boxes, it was critical that our basement stay dry with low humidity so the paper documents would not get ruined. Everdry is the best in the business! Their warranty is excellent. They make and install a top of the line product and stand behind it 100%. We have called them several times for minor problems, usually when the battery for one of the sump pumps goes out (they have a battery life just like a car battery). They respond within 24 hours and usually come out within 3 days. I highly recommend Everdry if you have water in your basement. You will never have to worry again!

Excellent experience from the estimating process thru installation. The estimation process was a combination of evaluating the leaking and moisture issues in my basement and a short course on on the science of hydrology, basement construction, history of waterproofing industry, basement water proofing failure modes and solution options, and financial trade offs. During the installation process, the crew foreman understood my need to be included in the process and technical details. This allowed me to confirm the current failure modes that were predicted and verify the process that was sold to me. The installation team exceeded my expectations for quality of work, respect for my home during this major home improvement, and clean up. Each leader I worked with during the process exuded great energy, expertise, pride and joy in their work. You can't fake joy and that is what help Everdry to gain my trust.

Everdry was very professional and quick with their response. They explained everything that needed to be done and performed the work in less time than they thought it would take. We have not had any issues with water seepage since. They also put in a sump pump that works like a champ!

We had the basement waterproofed by Everdry in 1998. They did a great job, We had problems with some water leakage into the basement. Once they were finished our basement was completely dry. I was able to dry wall the basement and install carpeting. I haven't had a problem with any water in the basement since. We have needed a few replacement pumps since then and they have been very responsive and replaced the pumps at no cost. We also had a problem with an old well pipe that was connected to our house so we could hear some drainage in the walls. They were very responsive to the problem and figured out that is was from a rusted out pipe from an old well that had been disconnected years before we even moved in. They diligently worked on this until they made sure there was no water coming into the walls. This was all covered under our yearly service agreement. I have to say that having Everdry waterproof my basement was one of the best investments that I have ever made.

They did a get job waterproofing our basement. 21 years ago and it still works great. We have had to have a few of the sump pumps replaced along the way and they were really responsive and it didn't cost us anything. As long as you pay your yearly fee you are covered. The men that did the work were very friendly and professional.

It went very well. The workers came late on the first day by about an hour. However, they made up the work and repaired other problems that they found for little cost.
