Our furnace stopped heating. We called Walter. He showed up that day. He found that there was only something very minor to fix that made the furnace kick in again. It has been awhile between this fix and my review and my memory of the exact problem is not clear. I believe it was that a compressor was not working right and that the furnace was not kicking in because the water was not getting through. He cleared the part that had water in it and upped the setting on the furnace. The furnace worked again. He also fixed the cover to our furnace filters which had become very challenging to open. This is the third/fourth time we've called on Walter between our old home and our current home. He's been extremely prompt, professional, and responsive.

Walter is a great HVAC guy, and recommend him for all work including install.

I've used Walter in the past and he was always prompt, professional, NICE, and did a great job. I feel like the prices are super reasonable. The after hours service call (on a weekend) didn't appear to cost an insane amount. (Service was $131 of my total $593) He was at my home within 30 minutes of my call, had the right parts with him (thankfully), and installed the new draft inducer motor within about 30 or so minutes. I feel like he does and quot;the right thingand quot; in terms of his approach (not cutting corners, but not adding unnecessary cost). I sure wish I hadn't needed him, but I'm glad he could get out before the -35 degree weather came!

Walter has provided service for me for many years. Five years ago he went into business for himself. He does all the work himself and it is always top notch. Friendly, courteous, timely, and very professional.
