Our furnace stopped heating. We called Walter. He showed up that day. He found that there was only something very minor to fix that made the furnace kick in again. It has been awhile between this fix and my review and my memory of the exact problem is not clear. I believe it was that a compressor was not working right and that the furnace was not kicking in because the water was not getting through. He cleared the part that had water in it and upped the setting on the furnace. The furnace worked again.
He also fixed the cover to our furnace filters which had become very challenging to open.
This is the third/fourth time we've called on Walter between our old home and our current home. He's been extremely prompt, professional, and responsive.
