From start to finish the experience with Accurate was both professional and honest.This was a project that I have put off for a long time.In the initial meeting with Paul Vaccaro I came out of it with a clear understanding of what the issues were with the basement and what he proposed to fix it. Both crews that did the work were efficient ,knew what needed to be done and stayed on schedule .I also need to add that the craftsman that came out the last day to install the sump and reinstall a couple of stairs and a landing did so with expertise ...."old school"quality . Very satisfied .

We had several contractors come out to look at our Major foundation issues, large cracks, bowed walls, plugged drain tiles. After doing research on several busnesses we chose Accurate due to the many positive feedback reviews and meeting with Brian several times for an estimate and detailed information on their plan to solve our problem. We had to wait several weeks to get on their schedule and prayed for no snow or heavy rain. We got lucky and an Army of Accurate trucks , equipment and personnel came out on Monday , Dec 2nd. Not a second of time was wasted. Everyone had a mission and task and they did not hesitate to jump into this project. Tony explained their plan for the next several days and the crew got right to work. I dont think these guys even took a break . Fantastic work ethic. If I had any questions they were answered immediately and the entire project was completed in two days. Amazing... they fixed the walls, installed steel bracing, excavated the exterior and applied a sealer and new exterior and interior drain tiles. I cannot say enough. We had to wait to get Accurate to do the job but we are so happy that we did wait. I want to thank all the workers, Tony and also Cristella who called me prior to the start to explain what and when this would start. Again, as the homeowner for 32 years this was the most stressfull time in my life but once Accurate started I could see that I had nothing to worry about anymore. They did a fantastic job in just two days .. Also I have to add that their clean up of the job site each day was also amazing. You can barely tell that we had major work done. They swept the floors, driveway at both our home and our neighbors . They even cleaned the street making sure that no debris would be washed down the street to one of our neighbors. Inside clean up was also fantastic . I barely had to sweep as all the debris from this major, messy project was cleaned up and taken away. This may sound like thats not a big deal but we have heard horor stories on what contractors leave for the homeowners to do. That was just an added bonus of this fantastic company and group of guys... THANK YOU ALL...

Accurate Basement Repair was recommended to me by a friend of the family. I trusted his judgement because he is very particular. His basement was repaired years ago but he reiterated to me how impressed he was with the job. The owner, Chris met with me and was very thorough in explaining to me what the issues were and the process that would take place. I had previously brought in a structural engineer so I felt confident that what Chris told me was straight to the point. He was only going to repair what needed to be done and nothing more. I knew what to expect and the project proceeded without any issues. The crew arrived on time all 3 days and kept on schedule. 26 structural beams were installed, drain tile (217 feet) removed and replaced, a new sump pump and an additional pump installed on the other side of the basement. The crew kept me informed and cleaned up when they were done. I've been through this before with another company at another house and this time it was not as invasive. I would highly recommend Accurate.

Freddy was the team lead! There were 10 guys done in 10 1/4 hours start to finish!!! They had to remove concrete floor from the basement replace drain tile pour new concrete straighten my walls with steel beams fix step cracks and horizontal cracks excavate around house tar and plastic walls outside new drain tile outside fill it back in with stone and top soil!!!!! We were so pleased with Accurate! The team of workers sent to repair our foundation and replace our drain tiles (both exterior and interior) was on time, efficient, hard-working, friendly and polite. Chris at Accurate Basement simply excels! He responded quickly to my request, working me into the schedule on a tight week, and he was right on time. I was impressed by his thoroughness while still being able to clearly communicate results to an uninformed layman like me. My service involved a home sale basement/foundation inspection. Chris did a great job in making both buyer and seller comfortable which is no small feat.

I have recently purchased an older home in Wauwatosa. The basement being built in the 1920's had a small leak at the very bottom of a wall, which motivated me to call Paul at Accurate. Upon arrival, Paul surveyed the entire exterior of the home, calling out things that contribute to water issues. Once complete, we headed to the basement, where Paul spent time inspecting how the home was addressing water (sub pump, drain tiles, etc). Once he had a clear picture of the entire exterior and basement, we went over to the problem area. Paul highly suggested, addressing the exterior water flow issues (grading away from the home, divert the runoff) to stop the leakage into he basement. He described step by step, what actions he would take to resolve. None of this involved basement foundation repair! Rather, he said, take the simple approach first, if it fixes the issues - no need for his service! This was a very pleasant surprise, and really goes to show Paul and Accurate's integrity! Of course, if this does not fix the issue, we will be calling Paul, but we are happy to take his recommendation as a first step. I told Paul that I was surprised by his recommendation, where he responded - they have been in business for a long time and expect to be for a very long time unlike many competitors. They focus on doing whats right for the homeowner not just doing whats right for their pocketbook. Integrity, experience, professionalism are 3 words that I came away with from my interaction with Accurate Basement Repair.
