Thadd is a professional in every sense of the word. The work on the original bathroom sink faucet installation was excellent. I actually hired him again to replace the faucet and drain assembly for the clawfoot tub, again an excellent job. He cleaned up after each project. Would hire again for any plumbing need.

Thadd consulted myself and my husband before starting the work to go over our options. He was quick, courteous, and cleaned up after himself. The cost of the repair was reasonable. The only very minor complaint I have is that he did not call when he was running late (more than 30 minutes). However, next time I have a plumbing project, Ernstmeyer Plumbing Co. is the company I will use.

This was a replacement of a traditional water softener, however, we picked out the model, and Thadd installed it in a timely manner. Very nice guy!

I would have no problem recommending this company to family or friends. Thadd was professional, yet friendly, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Not only that, but he thoroughly cleaned up after himself, which, when plumbing services are the performed work, is something to be thankful for!

thadd did an excellent job, perfect workmanship. he replaced the rotten floor, reworked the old tiles and replaced them in a beautiful pattern. Replaced the toilet.
