Description of Work: They sealed my windshield. The guy that came out was awesome. He even vacuumed the inside of my car out. They are an awesome company and they are great.

Description of Work: We took our vehicle here to have a chip repaired in the windshield. The chip is still quite visible and is distracting. I am not sure why the repair had poor results, but we probably should have had the windshield replaced instead.

Description of Work: The gentleman came to my workplace and repaired my windshield on a Wednesday. He was prompt and courteous. On my drive home while on the freeway, the window cord started peeling off. By the time I pulled over it was almost all the way off on the right side. I called the guy who installed the windshield. He told me to call the main office to make an appt to have it fixed. I wasn't able to reach anybody (it was 6:15 pm). So, I called first thing in the morning. They said they could come to my office and fix it on Monday. I was going on vacation on a Friday and needed it fixed by noon on Friday. They said I could go to one of their facilities to have it fixed. I had to take off of work early to do this. Part of the cost for their service is that they come to you. If the job wasn't done correctly, then they should have come to me right away. Did they really expect me to drive around with the cord flapping around until Monday? I would have expected an apology and maybe even a discount. But nothing. I posted an email similar to this one on their website and never got a reply.

Description of Work: Repair technician came to the house, replaced the front windshield. Did a good job. But when reconnecting the wipers, he reversed the polarity, or something like that, as they went down, not up! He never checked, and had long left before I found this out. I called them and, unless I wanted to wait a few days to have someone come to my house, I needed to go to their shop. They took care of it fairly quickly. Check your work, that would improve your score.

Description of Work: They replaced the windshield. It turned out fine. They had to come back a few times to get it sealed correctly because they used a generic wind deflector instead of the original Toyota part.
