Steve Peterson and his assistant worked on my boiler/hot water system over a 5 day period due to the floor pipes being frozen. They did an outstanding job! Steve added another component at no cost so I wouldn't have to watch the drain bucket. The price was lower than other quotes and a link was included for a $400. rebate because the boiler was considered to be high efficiency.

We were never put on a waitlist he came out and did the estimate and within two days we had our air conditioning and I so appreciated that so much cuz usually you have to wait one or two weeks

They return calls fast and do quality work did not leave any garbage when done.

I needed to replace 2 old boilers in my Duplex. Steve came out the day I called. He evaluated my problem and confirmed that my heat exchangers were shot and other issues as well. He recommended 2 good boilers. After having 3 other estimates, Steve gave me a great deal. We shook hands and he was out within 2 days. Install was fairly quick (2 days for removal and installation) a quality and efficient job. After leaving, I noticed they hadn't installed PVC drainpipe off the emergency relief valves, not a big deal, but Steve is coming back out to rectify that issue for me 4 days after my call. I got a 2 year parts and labor warranty as well. They boilers work work great, much better efficiency.

We actually chose Guardian Heating and Cooling because of the awesome reviews. Can't get much better than all 5 stars. After reading them we felt that we were not going to be taken advantage of. Steve was at our house within 3 hours of our phone call. He looked everything over and explained what needed to be done and why. There was just something about him. He was so courteous as well as easy to understand. We are now about one half hour before the start of the holiday weekend. He was able to get what we needed and was back the next day with his son to start the dismantling and installation. When the job was done they did an excellent job cleaning up all the mess and removing the old air conditioner and everything else that needed to go. We learned firsthand that the size of the contractor means nothing. It is the integrity of the person you are doing business with that counts and you absolutely cannot get any better than Steve. We sure got lucky when we chose him.

We hired him and couldn't be happier, he called to follow up after the installation, we trust him 100% and wouldn't hesitate to hire or recommend him for future projects.

I liked Steven's sales pitch no pressure very much to the point and he always kept me informed of when he would be here and the job was done as planned.

Steve was so responsive and open through the whole process. I felt like this was a friend that wanted me to do the right thing with the job and not cut corners I would regret later. Ultimately, Steve wanted me to me extremely happy and satisfied with our new radiant floor heating system. He weas willing to not get the job rather than offer an inferior job.
