We bought a coupon from Angiie's list for windshield replacement services for Paustian's services on 12/18. We ere so pleased we did. Rick was able to schedule us in before Christmas so that we could travel with our vehicle. He came on time and did an excellent job replacing our van windshield that was cracked. He came right to our house and replaced the windshield right in our garage. It was great not having to drive anywhere. He paid attention to detail and told us how long we needed to wait before driving it around. We would definitely use Paustian's again. Thank you so much.

Rick was professional and courteous and on time. He offered some valuable safety information regarding cracked windshields we weren't aware of (like how they provide support to the roof of a vehicle in a roll over -- a cracked windshield will not provide the needed support to the roof).

I called this morning to have the glass replaced in my driver's side window this morning after the car was broken into yesterday. They called me back right away to let me know they could replace the glass today. The service guy came to my house. He arrived earlier than scheduled after making sure that still worked for me. He was friendly, professional, fast and thorough. I got $25 off for mentioning Angie's List. It definitely made the horrible experience of a break-in a lot easier to get over.

They came right away, reasonably priced, did a great job with the repair, and followed up with me.

This company is a pleasure to work with and they made the process simple. My Highlander is a rock magnet and I've now had the windshield replaced twice. The first time I used a well known national company that replaced my windshield while I was at work. That went OK but I had a few issues and they really work hard to sell add-ons (like wipers). This time, I decided to try someone else, for comparison purposes. I found Paustian's on Angie's List and they had a lot of good scores so I called and got a quote. At the same time, I went to a couple on-line sites and got quotes from others. The difference between all the quotes I received was relatively negligible so from a pricing standpoint, the initial score would be a C -- average. I noticed a coupon on Angie's list and I mentioned it when I called to setup an appointment. The person who answered the phone was very nice, easy to work with and applied the coupon without having to jump thru any hoops. I asked if there was an additional charge for replacing the windshield on-site vs. bringing it in. No extra charge! And they scheduled me for a Saturday (no extra charge!) so I wouldn't have to miss work. All of that bumps the price up to a solid B. The technician called me on Saturday morning, about an hour before the scheduled appointment and let me know where they were at on their schedule. Based on the location of the job he was working on, he would be 15 minutes late. I appreciate the proactive communication and had no issue with running a little late. The technician showed up a few minutes after the scheduled time (awesome) and got to work right away. He had the windshield replaced in about 30 minutes. He explained that I shouldn't drive for a couple of hours and to not apply pressurized water for a couple of days. Since this was all accomplished in my driveway, that was a lot easier to do than if I had to take it into a shop and would have to sit there for 2 hours. Very convenient. In addition, the technician was very easy to work with and obviously knew what he was doing. I waited a day before driving it. Everything appears to be in order. Nice solid, clean, new windshield with NO excessive wind noise, leaking or anything else that would suggest a problem. From start to finish, everyone at Paustian's was easy to work with and made the experience as pleasant as replacing a cracked windshield can be. This is how a company should be run so I can't help but give them an A.

I found the company off of Angies list and to my surprise there was also a Groupon out there for the company as well. Rick was awesome, very professional and Shirley was excellent to work with to get everything set up. Would definitely recommend Rick to everyone!

Called to make an appointment to have a crack in my windshield repaired. Rick came the next day promptly and in no time had the crack fixed. Very nice, friendly service. very professional. Nice warranty on the work also. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend! Windshield cracked yesterday and due to my upcoming schedule wanted to get it replaced quickly. Based on Angie's List reviews contacted the company via email. I received a quick response from office person and via email we discussed price as well as where to have work done. Because of weather, work could not be done outside at my home (completely understandable) but they did offer me the option of bringing the car to an auto shop they could do the work out of. Really appreciate the ability to accommodate my schedule. Work was done quickly and looks great. Received the coupon discount. Again, very pleased with quality and service - highly recommend.

Rick came at the appointment time. He was very pleasant and professional and explained everything he was going to do. I was very happy with the entire transaction. So refreshing to deal with this company!!

Rick was polite, informative and timely. He fixed my windshield in record time, while I chatted him up, and at a very competitive price. I've a brother in another city who works in this industry and I know what quality auto-glass workmanship at a fair price looks like. Rick delivered on both counts.

It did take a while but everything turned out perfectly. The price beat the competition by over 40%. I will definitely use them again and would recommend them!

First of all I was told that the time window for repair was 12noon to 4pm. I received a call the morning of the repair stating that the repair time would be early at about 1030am. When they arrived at my home, they briefed me on what they were going to do. They finished in about 12 minutes and I was told about all of the precautions to avoid. They were friendly, prompt, thorough and professional. I would definitely recommend this service to friends, family or even acquaintances. Thanks a lot!

A rock bouncing on the freeway knocked a chip out of my windshield. Safelight came to repair the chip. The service was performed quickly and expertly. They were able to make some of the fracture lines disappear completely, and the body of the chip is now barely noticeable. I'm very happy with the results of their patch, especially since the patch is still in pristine condition over a year later.

They were very nice and good. I think my wife will use them again in the future. They were very thorough. They said that it is warranted or guaranteed so if anything happens just keep an eye on it.
