in 2010 Callen put in new windows on our ranch house, they did a good job, were on time, cleaned up put in great windows we are very happy - we are still very happy with the windows , no problems at all in 2012 we had them put in new front and back doors and screen/storm doors. THe inside doors are great, installation went well they were on time, cleaned up and we are very happy with the doors. the screen/storm doors have had issues. the back door has had to be repaired twice. Callen has been responsive, they have repaired the door at their cost. I am disappointed with the quality of the door that was installed.

I thought that his prices were a little high. It could have been because of the higher quality product he had, but I decided not to go with him.

Replacing the windows has made a huge difference. In terms of price, they were probably more in the mid-range. They certainly weren't the cheapest, but the vinyl windows are high quality. We have had the windows for at least a month now. They did the work so fast, I couldn't believe it. They were in and out. They did all the indoor work in one day and then they did the outdoor work in the second day. That was it. I don't know what the windows cost. We had so many bids. We really did a lot of shopping on this and we both felt comfortable with this particular company. I don't think I have any negative feelings about the work that they did. I don't have any reason to think otherwise. They left all our original fascias in so we could paint them whatever color. The color of the outside matches what we have got in terms of the stone. They cleaned up after themselves. They brought in a sharp vac and cleaned up all the way down the stairs. I am sitting up her right now because I can't be down at the computer. It's too cold. My downstairs windows would have to all be specially made because they are arched windows with French doors on them so they open up like French doors. However, it hasn't happened. We had enough money to do the upstairs and we needed to do the work anyway. They were very responsive. They were slow in terms of when they said they were going to do it. They were going to do it before Thanksgiving and obviously they didn't. They showed up once they determined the date. They probably never knew how long it was going to take from job to job and they pushed our job into the future more than they had originally planned. We were patient with them, but at some point we called them to find out whether they were coming or not. We can have them replace both my bathroom window and my office window that are double-hung so that we can get some more money.

They are very friendly and efficient. The quality of the product was excellent.

Door is beautiful. Were very helpful in using my previous door hardware and replacing a screen door handle that didn't work correctly for many years.

I was fairly impressed by their work overall. There was one minor issue about the molding, but I missed telling them before they left. So really can?t blame them for it. The workers were very good and cleaned up after themselves very well.

They were just fantastic! They were always on time, met the schedules, and kept us informed. They were all the things you expect but very seldom receive!

Recently bought a house with a leaking skylight. Callen's salesman was prompt and professional, though the price quote was the highest I received. The skylight installer was also right on time, to the minute, as was the sheetrock installer. Both did a superb job, leaving everything neat and clean. I did have one leak, which was to the side of the newly installed skylight and may not have been related to their work, but Callen came out within an hour of when I called about the leak, and two roofing experts fixed the problem immediately. Callen's office even called TWICE to make sure there were no more problems. This is a very well run crew, professional, on time, and neat. My experience with them was excellent.

Callen Construction did a good job. They were really nice and professional. They were on time and they cleaned up after they were done. They honored their estimate.

Mr. Wood was very nice and treated me professionally. He was on time for my estimate and answered all my questions. I qualified for a NARI show discount and he added another discount, bringing my total estimate to $3859 for one 38 ft. piece of gutter and 224 feet of GutterTopper. I told him I had another company coming on February 24th and would not make a decision until after that date. He asked me to call after I had made a decision. When I did call to tell him I had chosen another product, he was very polite and thanked me for calling.

They did remodeling of bathroom, family room, molding replacement and some tile work. Their price is a bit high and the material that they use is acceptable but not great.

We did have a little problem with some of the molding. None of the windows that they put in are straight. They started sawing off parts of the windows when they didn't fit. They did give me back some of the money because the work was poor. I would never recommend them to others.

They did not seem to state early in the morning. Their work days were rather short. They seemed to be meticulous in their work buy not too carful of the plant I have.

My experience with them was excellent. When we experienced problem with something we just had to express our concern and they were taken care of. We were completely satisfied with the final product.

They were on time. They did really wonderful work on the gutter toppers and the roof. They have kept us informed. When they ran into anything they gave us options and consequences for each choice. I think they are worth every penny, even if it is a little more expensive.

I have shopped around for a long time and the time seemed right. The salesman came to my house. They showed me samples, but I wasn't happy with the product, so they brought me other samples. I chose the higher grade siding. The new roof looks great. All of the people that I have worked with have really tried to make me happy. They have done a good job.

This went very well. Sales person came to our home to show us windows, once we chose a window, they sent out a person to measure and very soon after the windows were installed. It took one day to install the windows and a second morning to add the aluminum trim on the outside of the house.

They did a wonderful job. They overcame any problem that arose and solved them immediately.

Ordered windows. Got a thank you and no further communication from company about status of windows or trim (which we planned to paint before installation) until calling 2 weeks before expected installation. Scheduled five weeks later than originally discussed. Needed to call again to request delivery of trim for painting, after installation was scheduled. Sashes were incorrect at install, due to unclear order. We wanted similar to original ("grids"). They ordered "between the glass grilles" but order document listed them as "grids", both incorrect terminology, should have been "SDL". They made it right, ordered the correct sashes. Installation was as scheduled (sashes exchanged 2 weeks later with correct version). We agreed to pay the difference (original quote was based on grilles). Minor payment issue, as we were unable to use original financing due to late install, and issue was made about using credit card for full amount. Payment accepted, but certainly not preferred.

Excellent. Salesman was very attentive and responsive. Foreman kept me informed about the status of the project. All problems were quickly fixed.
