Tom Taylor who came to test the water and discuss possible water quality equipment was professional, punctual and straight forward. The crew sent to install the water softener left some to be desired but despite their attitude and loud dropping of copper tubing on the concrete ( very loud and disconcerting as I have elderly pets) and complaining about how to set up the discharge pipe, got the job done satisfactorily and the unit has been working fine for these initial 6 months.

The sales person (Tom Taylor) was very nice and straight forward. He didn't try to over sell me on a larger softener than I needed since I'm currently the only occupant of the home. There was no sales "pitch" to try and get me to "buy today". I was very happy with his visit. The installer was actually a few minutes early for the time frame given to expect arrival. The installation took a little over an hour even considering the drain pipe had to be strung quite a distance to the other side of the basement. The installer left the basement as it was before he arrived. Very pleased!

our existing water softener, a Culligan broke down and would have been extremely expensive to repair due to Culligan's price gouging on parts..Hanson provided free estimate and subsequently supplied and installed a new softener...the installer arrived on time and installed the softener...the only gripe i have is that he was alone and when it came time to load the old softener tank onto his van he found it was too heavy and elicited my help...like a fool i agreed and subsequently re-injured my back...he also broke a piece of lumber we were using as a stop for car parking in the garage and made no apology nor any offer to replace it..

Installation went perfectly, most importantly they arrived when they said they would; gave an actual time they'd arrive not some broad range. (like between 8 -12). Everything they installed works perfectly.

We first spoke to Hanson at the home remodeling show at State Fair Park. Their advice was very accurate, and after researching the company we decided to go with them. The Salesman patrick McCalligan was very professional, and helpful. The two gentlemen that installed the softener did a good job, and cleaned up, but seemed to forget that their customer was within earshot, and made several references to their displeasure with the installation job that they had to do (apparantly not routine) and displeasure that the information was not passed on to them. They were very pleasant when dealing directly with me. The work was completed a year ago, and the product performs very well, and we are very pleased. The Iron Curtain is still a possibility, and the quoted price for that was $1,479.00.

Excellent. Very responsive family-owned company. Fulfilled every promise they made. Even came back to deliver filters for our kitchen water filtration unit (which they didn't even install). I would use them again in a heartbeat. Honesty, integrity and timeliness all get A+.

They were very efficient with installation and were in and out within an hour. Very personable and took the time to answer all of our questions.

I WAS ABLE TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR HANSON TO COME SOON AFTER MY CALL. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND CHECKED OUR WATER & SOFTENER. IT TURNED OUT THE CLOCK WAS OFF- IT WAS SIMPLER THAN THOUGHT, AND I SHOULD HAVE FIXED IT MYSELF.

HANSON HAS A VERY QUALIFIED, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. THEY HAVE ALWAYS RESPONDED VERY PROMPTLY. THEY ALSO HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD ABOUT TEACHING US HOW TO DO SOME OF THE REVERSE OSMOSIS SERVICING OURSELVES.

Individual was polite and competent. Price seemed a little high.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY THAT SOMEONE COULD COME OUT THE SAME DAY AND DO A REPAIR, AT SUCH A REASONABLE PRICE.

SERVICE PROVIDER WAS VERY DILIGENT ABOUT RETURNING MY CALLS AND EVEN ARRANGED AN APPOINTMENT A FEW DAYS EARLIER THAN WAS ORIGINALLY SCHEDULED. EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. DIDN'T EVEN SUGGEST REPLACING THE OLD UNIT STATING IT WAS ONE OF THE BEST EVER MADE. RECOMMENDED MINOR REPAIRS THAT HE COMPLETED ON THE SPOT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

VERY PROFESSIONAL, PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. REPRESENTATIVES WERE PUNCTUAL, ENCOURAGED AND ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS, HAD FRIENDLY PERSONALITIES. THE WORK AREA AFTER THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE, WAS TOTALLY CLEANED UP AND LOOKED BETTER THAN BEFORE INSTALLATION.

RECEIVED THREE ESTIMATES IN TOTAL TO REPLACE THE WATER SOFTENER AND WATER HEATER IN MY HOME. HANSON WALKED ME THROUGH MY SOFTENER OPTIONS INCLUDING A MUCH LESS EXPENSIVE REPAIR OF THE EXISTING UNIT. VERY ACCOMMODATING WITH SCHEDULING THE ESTIMATE AND REPAIR. COULD HAVE SPENT A $1,000 MORE WITH 1ST BID (STILL DON''T KNOW WHY) OR A LITTLE LESS WITH SEARS OR HOME DEPOT, BUT DON''T KNOW WHO THEY SUB CONTRACT WITH.

VERY HONEST. DEPENDABLE WORKED WITH DUE ME TO PROBLEM CREATED BY ANOTHER COMPANY.

THEY CAM IN AND DID THEIR JOB. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL!

WORK SCHEDULED AND COMPLETED IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

TOMS PRICES ARE REASONABLE. HE WAS RIGHT ON TIME, ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS, YOU CAN REALLY COUNT ON HIS PRODUCTS AND SERVICES.
