I really liked Steve Bobeck. Very knowledgeable, and considerate about the different window needs. He was very accomodating, and good about spending time with me to make a decision. And they have a very fair price. I like the idea that they are a family run business.

Jason was tops! He explained what he was doing and why he recommended the second window, was prompt each day that he came (and it was nice to have the same installer every time), and always left the workspace immaculate. He had to break one of the windows to get it out, and was very conscientious about cleaning up every bit of glass. I know that this room, which had previously been pretty well ignored, will be one that we'll regularly gravitate toward, since it is so comfortable now.

We decided on Thebco to replace a garbage set of French patio doors that existed in our house when we bought it. After a thorough demonstration from our salesperson, we decided to proceed with a Preservation brand sliding patio door from Thebco, mainly because of it's material, construction, and insulation qualities. It took a few weeks for our door to be ordered, but received a call to schedule installation as soon as it landed. They were flexible, working toward my desired dates for the install. The installation crew (Marc and Scott) were top-notch, giving me a call that morning to confirm, and then showing up on time. As a homeowner, I'm interested in learning, but also didn't want to be a pest. They were very receptive to any questions, and friendly throughout the process. I noticed that they took every step seriously. With something as serious as a large door in my house, I was concerned that it would be sealed and installed properly. They were sure to carefully remove the existing door (which I had another use for) without damaging. They were familiar with the product, so assembly went smooth. They had to do a little retro-fitting, including work on the door header, and replacing a small piece of subfloor. When installing the door, they made sure to seal the sill properly, fill any gaps with insulation and caulk, and to trim the interior and exterior properly. For the exterior, they were sure to install flashing and trim pieces behind the siding for proper water/weatherproofing. The follow up on the white caulk left a clean finish. They even added a piece of cedar under the sill for use as a "kickplate" to add protection for my foundation's combed finish. They also were sure to fill any interior trim nail-holes with putty, and vacuum up after themselves. I believe Marc even cleaned the glass after removing the factory decals. Overall, they did a fantastic install. I have the peace of mind that it was done properly and will last years to come. I would recommend this install crew to anyone who wants to ensure it is done right. The investment was significant, so I went in with some high expectations. Marc and Scott delivered.

The Thebco crew did a great job. They showed up on time, worked through the day and completed the job on time. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The windows look nice and work well. I am very pleased... The reason I gave a B on punctuality is because on two separate occasions, prior to the installation, when I had a scheduled meeting with Thebco they were late...

Went very well. It was my first time using a contractor and couldn't be happier with my choice.

Once they gave me the estimate, I didn't have any trouble with scheduling. I thought $5000 was high for a 12 by 16 addition. They did have some work on the wall the addition was attached. But my carpenter guy thought their work was better than his friend's. Still can't pronounce their name!

We have a large home with vinyl siding, soffit and facia. Thebco has many siding colors to select from. Scheduling of our job was very timely. The installers worked through any type of weather condition and were right on time with project completion. They did a great job of cleaning up as well. We love the improvement in our home - it looks like brand new! And...we've received many compliments from our neighbors. The windows we had replaced were 12 double hungs and 1 large bay. Thebco has many wood grains to choose from and we decided to go with the upgrade from double pane to triple pane. We're happy we made that upgrade. I think we'll be very happy when winter time rolls around again. Great window installation crew, timely, and very informative regarding installation procedures. They even helped move furniture! We are confident we made the right choice with Thebco. They are great to work with! After a little over one month after our work was completed, we're confident the product and installation from Thebco will last as long as we plan to be in our home. Their warranty is good too. We're very happy that we didn't go with one of those cheap window and siding contractors.

Thebco has been out to our home several times replacing windows, siding, entry door and a patio door. It's nice to be able to pick up the phone, call the Thebco office and know you don't have to fear a pushy sales pitch. We have dealt with both Steve Bobeck, the owner and Bob B. sales rep. Both of these gentlemen have been great to work with, very professional, patient with our numerous questions we tend to ask and responsive when we made contact with them. Replacing windows and doors can be a big investment and we have felt very confident in the quality of Thebco's products and install crews. We had double hung windows replaced this past fall due to some very leaky, cheap replacement windows that had been installed 10 years ago. Mike, our installer was promptly on time and got to work immediately.(Actually, Mike has been to our house on previous installs over the past 8 years. It's great to know that the installation is not farmed out to any Joe Blow and Thebco has had the same installers for years) The installation went smoothly and there was no mess left behind. We love our new windows, they work great and I know I have saved money on my utility bills. Thebco installed our patio door about 8 years ago and that has been one the best investments ever! We went with the 3 panes of glass for extra insulation and sunscreen. Our patio door gets baked all summer long and we don't feel the heat at all, not like we used to. It's a solid patio door that gets tons of use and still works like we had it installed yesterday. We had Thebco install a new entry door with 2 side lites a new storm door with a full glass view. What a major improvement on the utility bill - It was worth every penny. It was hard to select which door and lite set to go with because there are so many options. Again, Mike did an awesome job installing the door and storm door. This door was installed roughly 6 years ago and is living up to all expectations. Thebco sided the front of our house years ago and again we had the same great service. The siding job went smoothly, the installer was very courteous and was careful not to leave nails in my flower beds or lawn. The siding to this day still looks great. One time that we had to call the office for a door knob issue, they set the appointment right away and the service manager was out the next day. He was on-time, professional and adjusted the door knob in 5 minutes. Quick and easy with no hassle. That is my kind of service! We have no issues in recommending Thebco. The entry doors, windows and siding that they offer are of excellent quality plus you are working with a family owned business that has been in Madison for years. Thebco doesn't sell cheap products and you never have to worry about who is at your house doing the installation.

I have had Thebco windows installed in my last two homes. The quality of the windows and the installation was superb. The office staff and sales professionals have been easy to work with, honest, timely, and responsive to my concerns. Being self-employed, I have always had to do my projects in phases, never able to afford to do the entire job in one shot. This has never been an issue, and the sales people have been very helpful in identifying the highest priority areas to do first. My current residence is a farmhouse from the civil war era, and presented some unique challenges. Thebco was able to order windows that fit perfectly and matched the existing look of the house, with historically accurate grids, and beautiful exterior trim work. My house was completed last summer with the installation of new vinyl siding. Thebco was able to match the original design of the house with architectural shakes on the gables, just like the house had 150 years ago when it was built. The siding installers found some issues when they removed the ugly 1950's aluminum siding; rotten areas that were hidden from view. This was all corrected before the new insulation was applied, not just covered up. The installation was professional and a thorough clean-up was performed at the end of each work day. I have been very happy with my experiences with Thebco Windows over the past 15 years. Their installers and sales reps have been there long-term, and I have been able to work with the same people time and again. They have provided me with a level of confidence that seems unmatched in this field. I highly recommend Thebco Windows, Doors, and Siding.

The installer was good and helpful. They moved furniture for me and reinstalled blinds, etc. The windows kept my place cooler over the summer (keeping heat in during the winter is not an issue for me - I have hot water heat in a condo building that is often warmer than I would like). The windows move, open, and lock easily. Also, outside noise has been cut down.

They are fantastic. Their price and service is great. They are a wonderful company.

The work they did for us was fantastic. It’s been wonderful. They’ve been selected by our townhome and garden-style condo association to complete work, so they’ve been replacing windows. Everybody’s happy. We’re also happy with their services.

The price they quoted me was $2500. The only thing they had bad reviews on was that they promised people estimates, but I did not have any problem with that. I am looking for siding in the future and the company that I used for the windows also does siding, so I figured that I build a little bit of a relationship with them and it worked out good. They did not come out to the house and gave me an estimate based on what I said and there could have been problems.

They did a fantastic job. We heard this company was really good from a neighbor who had used them. We used them and they were excellent about insulating them. They did not cut corners and we could not be happier with the work done. We saw a huge decrease in our heating bill the following two winters after these were put in. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

The new doors are good quality, the work was done well, including adjustments and insulation of the door frames. One of the doors was very short. They enlarged the door opening and it was well done. The salesman supplied me with plenty of information. The door manufacturer changed a standard model to fit my design request.

The quality of the work was middle of the road, I had to ask them fix something. Professionalism I was very, very disappointed with. They hired out a contractor and this gentleman broke a window which was not a big deal, everyone makes mistakes. What really upset me was that they left this broken glass on my driveway and it stayed there for about 36 hours before I finally called them and asked why it was still there. When I asked to speak with the president I managed to get through to him, but I was not impressed with his answer either. I go out of my way to not recommend people to Thebco.

salesman was very knowledgeable explained features of the windows they sell and helped pick the windows that would best fit our needs, also went over the tax credits available for the windows we purchased (1500 tax credit) windows took 6 weeks to arrive normal time for custom windows. Installer was very professional did a fantastic job with the installation they look great, cleaned up after his work was completed and hauled away all the debris. they also provided 6 months no interest financing so we received our tax credit before we had to pay for the windows. very pleased with all phases of this project.

The estimation and evaluation process went very well. They suggested options we never thought of that even saved us money! Encouraging us to go with a less expensive glass door design, because it would probably look too much out of place in our condo complex. The product and sizes ordered were spot on. Installation went smoothly after an unforeseen reschedule due to illness. Product and installation quality seems excellent, and looks excellent too. Installers were friendly and clean. Only issue to note. The manufacturer of the doors that Thebco uses took a much longer than normal time to custom build the doors. So the whole process should have been about 8 weeks, took nearly 12 weeks.
