Mad City Windows & Baths

Three new EcoSky double pane sliders replaced our 1958-era single pane windows, and we can actually feel the difference. Our sales consultant Ryan gave us a thorough presentation, Al came out in a few days to measure, and in 40 days our windows were ready to be installed. Evan and Kevin showed up early on the installation day and were finished by noon. They answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with their work. Here are before and after pictures. If you zoom in you can see the differences and the improved look. And the color matched our current trim. The installation crew did a wonderful job. They completed the entire installation in less time than expected. We were especially impressed with the fact that the windows were spotless and floors were clean and there was no residue from the work that had been done.

Mad city tech, Tray came and did a great job taking out my old tub and putting in our walk in shower. The shower was much needed for my husband and myself due to the risk of falling. We expected to wait months before they came to install and they ended up installing in less than 6 weeks.

This is my second time hiring Mad City - we replaced one shower, and needed to do our other bathroom. In just two days - the agreed upon amount of time - they took out an old bath and put in a bath and shower combination that works great and looks great. They have many financing options, were consistently available via phone, and have awesome customer service. Ken Riley did excellent work installing the product, and he was kind with my children. And, he cleaned up thoroughly throughout and after the project. I am a very pleased customer.

We love our new windows from Mad City! Every part of the process, from our first visit with the sales rep to the installation was seamless. Every employee throughout the process was friendly and professional. Mad City kept us update every step of the process from ordering to delivery. One day after installation we noticed an issue with the locks on one window and the track of another and called at 8am the day after installation and a tech was at our home fixing the issue by 9am. The employees installing were so quick and efficient and cleaned everything. Would highly recommend.

Had our tub and surround done by Mad City this week. It looks beautiful. Everything was done in one day and Travis and his helper Tyler were very professional and nice. Travis explained everything that he would do and then would show us things as they were done. He was very professional and friendly. You could tell that he cared about the job he was doing and took pride in his work. A supervisor stopped by to check on them and see how the job was coming along and asked if we had any questions. After the job was done, Travis went over all the paperwork with us and told us the do’s and don’ts. We also received a follow up call from Mad City to see if we were satisfied or had any questions. We were very happy that we decided to go with this company. Great customer service and a job well done. They are lucky to have such great people working for them. No complaints here. It's unfortunate that they cancelled my appointment due to my husband not being available. They are clearly not customer focused. My husband is not available at all. He works a lot and when he's home he just wants to relax. I make all the financial decisions anyway. They have done it before so I don't understand why they can't now. And I asked man that I just spoke with a little while ago why. And he said that it looks like we've never had an appointment with me. That's a bunch of BS. What are you calling me a liar? What an a**! I have an appointment confirmation that I sent them proving that they did come and I believe her name was Alex, I think. Now that I think about it, my husband was home, but he was working from home. He had absolutely no participation in our meeting. He only came out of his office a few times maybe only to see why the meeting was taking so long. It's very unfortunate that you don't focus on the customers needs. This company definitely doesn't put customer service first and I'll be sure to let everyone I know that. Only giving a one star because I have to pick something.

We are loving our new shower that Mad City put in! The salesmen was extremely nice and professional and was willing to work with us on our needs. I would highly recommend Mad City Bath for a bathroom remodeling. We replaced a jetted tub with an ADA walk in shower. They were on time, work was completed on time, and they were very professional. We had one small issue that was taken care of promptly. Would definitely use their services again.

Mad City recently removed my old tub & tile and put in a new walk-in shower a few weeks ago. Our installer, Oscar, did a fantastic job of making sure it was everything I wanted. Asking me questions along the way to be sure I was happy with the results. I couldn't be happier. It's a whole new look and it's so easy to clean. It's just beautiful!

I've worked with Mad City three times now. They have always been amazing! From the first person we talk to the very end of the project. They are willing to answer any question (no matter how silly it may seem) they walk you thru the project from start to finish so there are no surprises. Definitely recommend these amazing people!
