I recommend Mad city windows as they replaced 4 of my windows in my house and they turned out good. The quotes were not complicated. I was educated and listen to throughout the whole process.

They were so professional and the installers were clean, polite and did excellent work. The new surround is beautiful, there are no seems, I love it!

Start to finish everything went great. Salesman was very knowledgeable and by the end of our meeting I knew I was getting a superior product. Installation was completed in a quick and efficient matter and also ahead of schedule. Installer was well educated in his job and was extremely patient with me as I asked questions throughout the entire installation process. I highly recommend this company. They did a great job replacing my front home window. The window turned out great even though the window design I initially wanted was not available for to my window size. I'll be using them again for up coming home renovation/repairs.

We had our shower remodeled and it looks amazing! Our guy was very friendly and professional! Our top slider rack had marks from the staples from the packing company and he put in a order for replacement and they came and changed it out within a couple weeks.

We are very thankful we chose Mad City. From the very beginning when we met with their team, they were kind, courteous and helpful. But above all the line of communication was always open and punctual, which is important when dealing with costly home projects. The team that installed the windows, led by Grigorri, was knowledgeable and friendly. They arrived within their time limit and left our house without a trace of construction, apart from our beautiful new windows of course. I will be recommending to family and friends.

Manuel is a great installer. He was on time, explained everything, and was a great communicator. He even made an adjustment the next day to make sure I was satisfied. He did everything he said he would and I am happy with my new walk-in shower. MadCity does not have the best pricing, but you pay more for the customer service, warranty, on-time performance, and reliability. Job number 777709

Really liked the product as there is an anti bacterial property in the product. I liked that this was not a one piece insert. Team was very nice, professional and they cleaned up the mess carefully. Love my new shower! It is beautiful!

My experience with Mad City was easy and efficient! Absolutely no complaints with the install or the windows I got. I do have a personal rule to disclose that customers (including me) are offered $50 to leave reviews after service. That being said my review is still genuine! :) Would have rated 5 if not incentivized

Three new EcoSky double pane sliders replaced our 1958-era single pane windows, and we can actually feel the difference. Our sales consultant Ryan gave us a thorough presentation, Al came out in a few days to measure, and in 40 days our windows were ready to be installed. Evan and Kevin showed up early on the installation day and were finished by noon. They answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with their work. Here are before and after pictures. If you zoom in you can see the differences and the improved look. And the color matched our current trim.
