Mad City Windows & Baths

Mad City completed a bathroom remodel for me a few months ago and I am so pleased with it. I only wish I had done it sooner! The installation went so smoothly and the people working on the project were very efficient and willing to answer any questions I had during the process. They made sure the area was clean when they were done and made sure I was satisfied upon completion. Any questions I had after actually using the shower were answered very promptly. Mad City Windows & Baths did an excellent job installing a walk in bath tub in my condo. All interactions were very professional and they quickly resolved the minor issues identified throughout the process - would definitely use them again for any future home projects!

The experience we had with Mad City Windows has been the best! We contracted with Mad City to replace 8 windows. The windows were ordered and ready for installation in 3 weeks. Mad City got us on the schedule for installation within a week! Matt Logas and Sebastian were our installers, and they were fantastic! We couldn’t have asked for a better team. They were very hard workers and professional! Matt and Sebastian worked non-stop, and they cleaned up every bit of "mess" they made as they moved from window to window. The windows are beautiful, and we can already tell a difference in temperature in the house just since they finished. Our new windows open and close so easily, compared to our ancient wood windows that were in this home when we purchased it. I would recommend Matt and Sebastian to anyone having work done by Mad City Windows and, of course, would recommend Mad City for anyone needing new or replacement windows. Excellent from Sales to Installation! Ryan the installer was informative in all aspects of the installation process. I'm calling MCWB for my kitchen and downstairs bathroom for an upgrade.

The installation was smooth and the end result was beautiful. No issues there. The installer was very sarcastic and joked about some pretty serious things, like flooding my basement. Also, there was a giant mess (sawdust, wood chips, and PVC pipe shavings) left in the downstairs shower where the plumber was working. Not sure whose responsibility it is to clean up after workers, but I'm pretty sure it isn't mine. Job 783330

I had Joseph and Cody of Mad City install a walk in shower today and it looks great and both the guys were informative and timely and efficient, and cleaned up the area when done.

Workers were fast, clean and timely. We had them remove a cast iron tub and 3 walls of tile down to the studs. It was a huge amount of work but they wrapped it up in 2 days. I'm happy with the new tub and shower. I am only taking off one star because the cost of the actual tub and shower surround was a bit pricey compared to similar products you can buy at a big box store, but then of course you have to do the demo and installation yourself or hire it out. They also do plumbing upgrades and have guarantees on the work. If you want the absolute least hassle and mess, and basically instant gratification, it's worth it.

They are very easy to work with. I had a shower installed in less than a day. They cleaned up very well afterwards! When I had an issue with the shower they were easy to connect to and solve the problem, and it took little to no time for them to come out and resolve the problem!

Everything went well the team was very prompt with timing and they worked well and fast but were very sufficient. The only issue we has was that we thought the measured shower base was not what was told to us in the beginning. But the company was able to reimburse for that and we are grateful for the effort and the overall product

Trevor and Cole replaced my living room window. They both were friendly and professional. They cleaned up, explained how the window works, explained the warranty. The follow up from Mad City was amazing, I received a call when the job was done and received another to make sure I had no further questions. Exceptional customer service from this company. I am very pleased with my new window and the company. I highly recommend them.

The installation went smoothly. Darren and Cody were a great team. If Cody had a question about anything Darren answered concisely and Cody continued on with the job. They were both aware of any mess that was made and cleaned up after themselves.

My husband and I hired Mad City (based in Davenport, IA) to replace a large walk-in shower that has water damage from cracked grout. Mad City took he stress out of the process. Everyone we worked with was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had a bunch of questions, and they were always happy to answer them. The final product turned out great, and four months later we are still super happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend them for showers.

Mad City came out yesterday and today. Yesterday the front windows were replaced by Mike and Rome and both days, Max worked on the shower/tub renovation. we were so impressed with how knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful everyone was. My husband is one of the most particular people ever and always sees room for improvement and all he's done is go on and on about the precision of every aspect of the work done by this company. we signed up for this work because of the warranty, but will stay with this company because of everything above and beyond that warranty.
