Went very smooth and professional. The installer was very courteous and professional.

The whole process was great. They finished install in two days and cleaned up well in between. Everyone we dealt with was super nice.

We had all new windows put into my home, 11 windows total. Overall the customer service was great and the warranty even better. My two complaints are that the screens I was sold are not the screens I received and the hardware they used on the locks are all coming out of the windows. Not necessarily the exact quality I expect for the price that I paid.

Shout out to the team at MAD CITY Windows and Baths! Our new shower is beautiful and my cats love getting in it too! We had a professional and friendly experience from the salesperson to the team who installed the shower! They were polite and cleaned up when they left. Good follow up with customer service after installation and even got my WALMART gift card. Workmanship was with quality acrylic and supplies! In all it was well done and we are very pleased! We had to have our Master Bathroom Shower replaced. Mad City was awesome from start to finish. Salesman was not pushy. We told him and showed him what we wanted and why and he helped us design one that was affordable for us. It was installed sooner than we expected, which was great. Larry the Installer was on time, very polite, very thorough with us about the process he would be doing, and was overall great. He was very careful about protecting our house- laid tarps and mats down the whole way and did an amazing clean up job. Plumber was on time, polite, and quick. A Manager even stopped by to check on the progress. Very impressed with the service and professionalism. I love the Magnetic Hand Held Shower Head. It works perfect for me because I'm short. Lol. We are very happy with the end result.

The whole process from the salesperson to the installers was a great experience. When small issues did come up, they were addressed promptly and resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. The quality of the products are what was promised in the sales pitch and the installers, Oscar and Caleb, were very respectful of our home and our time. The job was done in 2 days, as promised and it was done correctly. I would definitely hire them again.

It was an excellent experience from the sales person that visited the house then guy that came to confirm the original measurements to the installation crew. I will say a little pricey but I guess the product in itself have gone up on price because all other quotes we got were around the same ballpark but they did offer 0% financing for 2 years. The wife love the new shower set up. When the times come to update the other bathroom definitely will use them again.

The salesperson did a great job explaining the whole process of construction and when things would happen. The measurers measured correctly. The installer was fast, neat , cleaned up excellently, took away all the debris and was polite and did a great job.

Sales, measurer, plumber, and installer were all great. A person wouldn't know they were there other than the new shower. Clean-up was great, disposal of old tub and surround was taken care of. Thanks for a great job.

Larry from Madcity did a great job removing our old cast iron tub and installing a new tub/shower!! We love it! He was polite, thorough, a hard worker and picked everything up after. 2 before pics and 6 after pics. Shelves and handles installed where we wanted them. Everything went perfectly. New windows for a house built in 1895 and they look great. First thing we noticed was how quiet the house seemed, I would recommend to anyone.

Nate and Ross were very professional and were very hard workers and completed the transformation of the kitchen in only 2 days . They cleaned up after themselves when the each day was complete . I am very happy with the kitchen they created!

I just had a 2nd Mad City window install completed by the dynamic and legendary duo of Dan R and Joe on March 3rd, 2024. This last window install converted my three seasons sun porch to a year-round 4 season porch. If you live in Wisconsin, you will understand that's a very big deal!! Secondly I qualified for a $600.00 income tax refund to me as a result of energy savings feature of said windows which carry a Limited Lifetime warranty through EcoSky. Mad City just completed a walk in shower for us and we couldn't be happier! Everyone from Jon the salesman,the measure tech, plumber and Travis the installer were so professional and personable! The will be doing our kitchen cabinets as soon as the parts arrive. We highly recommend Mad City.
