My experience with Mad City was, by far, the best remodeling experience of my life. The sales rep, Jack, was friendly and knew his product completely. There was no pressure to purchase at all. My installer, Armondo, arrived on time and got my bathroom demo done quickly and efficiently. He worked alone and completed my installation leaving the bathroom and entire condo immaculately clean. I've done remodels on 3 different properties over the years and this one was the easiest one of them all. I would not hesitate to hire Mad City again.

From the day of signing a contract to the date of the installation was extremely timely. Two courteous installers introduced themselves as they walked in and kept us informed throughout the project. They prepared the area with drop cloths to contain the debris and dust and to protect other fixtures, walls and woodwork from damage. They encountered a problem with the placement of water pipes under the old tub. A Mad City plumber was summoned to our site and relocated those pipes without any difficulty so the shower pan could be placed exactly as planned. As work continued, we watched our selected wall design be placed. That moment was magical as it fit the design of the room. We were consulted on the placement of the rod, the various shelves, and the grab bars. I valued their helpful advice and knowledge. Early on, they had suggested that the new shower head should be raised from where the old one had been. We have tall family members who visit and will really appreciate that decision. The quality of the materials, the warranty. and the completed shower are beyond our expectations. It's a gem. Thank you to Mad City.

Crew was very efficient and accomodating to our schedule. We have night shifters sleeping at their normal start time and they adjusted for us. Very professional and the windows look great.

Mad City is a great window company to work with if you need new windows. I did not really know how much they outperform other well known companies with the quality of their windows. Quality is above all else and their customer service is outstanding.

We had all new windows and a new shower installed in our home. Mad City showed up with a 2 man team on the windows and another 2 man team working on the shower. And then their master plumber showed up to do the plumbing changes. It was a VERY impressive, very well orchestrated operation from start to finish. They were all very professional and did an overall great job for us. I would recommend Mad City to everyone.

The installer was on time, efficient, left the area clean and kept us involved as the work was done to answer any questions or concerns as they came up. The entire team from the salesman to the final inspection was friendly, knowledgable and considerate of our needs and expectations. We had our shower redone and we absolutely love it. It took less then 2 days to tear out the old and build the new. Customer service was amazing. Our installer, Justin, showed up on time, cleaned up after himself, and was very courteous . The end result came out so much better than I thought it was going to. We are extremely satisfied.

Very happy with the complete process of a new walk-in shower. From quoting to the installation everything went smoothly. The shower was done in one day with very little disruption and mess. Will highly reccomend to friends and neighbors.

Alex and the crew did an outstanding job renovating our kitchen. The were always prompt, courteous and professional in their duties. They left every day of the four day process by cleaning the area and letting me know the progress. They completed the task in a timely manner and notified me of a couple of things that will need to be corrected this week. I would recommend Mad City to anyone.

Mad City converted my tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower with sliding doors. The guys did a good job of protecting the floors and cleaning up the bath afterwards. Every piece of material was meticulously installed. I was amazed at AJ's skill on the caulking. Job 815602
