So happy i called Mad City when i saw the advertisement on FB and on a van. The sales person, Markus, was great - low pressure, good ideas. The Demo and install was performed by Don - and he was wonderful. Meticulous, didnt rush through the install, made sure everything was just like i envisioned it. And he cleaned up after the project better than an other installer we have ever had. 10/10. highly recommend.

Set up appointment with Mad City their estimator came out gave us a price we accepted and everything was set up and within 2 weeks or so they came out at 9 in the morning tore out the old bath down to the studs and installed a complete new shower and were gone from our house by 3:00 PM took all the trash with them. My experience with Mad City was, by far, the best remodeling experience of my life. The sales rep, Jack, was friendly and knew his product completely. There was no pressure to purchase at all. My installer, Armondo, arrived on time and got my bathroom demo done quickly and efficiently. He worked alone and completed my installation leaving the bathroom and entire condo immaculately clean. I've done remodels on 3 different properties over the years and this one was the easiest one of them all. I would not hesitate to hire Mad City again.

I love my new walk in shower. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable and courteous. The installers did an amazing, professional job. They were kind and answered the few questions I had. I would definitely use Mad City again.

From the day of signing a contract to the date of the installation was extremely timely. Two courteous installers introduced themselves as they walked in and kept us informed throughout the project. They prepared the area with drop cloths to contain the debris and dust and to protect other fixtures, walls and woodwork from damage. They encountered a problem with the placement of water pipes under the old tub. A Mad City plumber was summoned to our site and relocated those pipes without any difficulty so the shower pan could be placed exactly as planned. As work continued, we watched our selected wall design be placed. That moment was magical as it fit the design of the room. We were consulted on the placement of the rod, the various shelves, and the grab bars. I valued their helpful advice and knowledge. Early on, they had suggested that the new shower head should be raised from where the old one had been. We have tall family members who visit and will really appreciate that decision. The quality of the materials, the warranty. and the completed shower are beyond our expectations. It's a gem. Thank you to Mad City.
