Pam Pickrel: The shower they installed is just beautiful, it came in exactly as described and was installed in 1 day by 2 very nice young men, Landon & Braxton. These men did an exceptional job cleaning up after the installation too. The quote remains the same even the issues may come up that would normally raise the price. Also there is a lifetime warranty which even transfers to the next owner of this house! We couldn’t be happier with this installation!

Connor didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need & worked with our budget to get us exactly what we wanted. Michael & his nephew were here for 12hours installing the shower (the door was difficult) and they did a great job. It was pouring rain but they made sure to leave our place in the same condition as they arrived. No mud on the floors or excess mess to clean up made my wife very happy. The shower is perfect. Recently had a shower demo and reinstalled by Mad City. From the start with Pete who reassured me of everything start to finish.,Was very honest about time frame of when I could expect a he work to begin. Justin D was my installer and form the start of the job to finish, he was above what I could have prayed for. Although he was here at my home for 12 hours, he worked professionally and never stopped till the job was finished. He sat down with me and went over my warranty, how to take proper care of my new install. One of the highlights about his work, he did not leave one once of dirt, dust, or demo material. ob well done, quality workmanship and only a two day installation. Only issue Mad City rep advertised a free 7 day vacation however the free vacation is costing us $300.00 bucks.

I needed to convert my tub/shower to a stand alone shower and I am very happy with the safety features and materials used (to help reduce the liklihood of developing mold in the future). From sales to installation, all my questions and needs were addressed. I love my new stand alone shower!

Travis is a super installer! He went above and beyond to provide quality and kind work. I’m so thankful I went with this company too bc they guarantee their price will cover anything from floor to ceiling ~ Travis literally had to re-do walls, plumbing and a concrete floor before installing my product. Mad City did a great job installing all the windows in our house. They cleaned up after themselves and were all done in one day, despite having one of the guys be sick for the day. They were great at the communication and everything was seamless.
