We had a very knowledgeable representative come to our home to talk about all the products and what would work best for us. The install happened approximately 4 weeks later and we absolutely love our walk in shower.

Mad City was great!! The lead installer Darren did a great job on our walk in shower!! Ryss also! Cameron did a great job also on installing the window in the shower!!

Everything was great. Showed up on time and was very professional.

I've had a great experience from beginning to end with Mad City! The gentleman were respectful of my time. Everyone had great customer service and Integrity. I will definitely come back to Mad City to replace more windows and even my shower in the basement! Thank you guys for making this so easy for me! The installer was GREAT! Arrived on time, and asked whether he could stay late to complete the entire tub and surround renovation in a day ... we said SURE! We were set for a 2-day project, but having the installer willing to push to complete was awesome. Our project turned out just as we thought it would -- the new tub and surround look fantastic ... VERY pleased!

We just had a great experience with our new walk-in shower from Mad City. Phil E (our installer) did an awesome job! He was prompt, hard working, considerate, and friendly. Everything was cleaned up to perfection. We also want to thank Brad, our sales person, for his honesty. He was very up front about all the options and we didn't feel pressured. Eric, our measuring man, was so friendly and very efficient. Ray, the plumber, was so friendly and finished his part quickly. It was great to hear Phil and Ray working together. I bought my home and right away the cast iron tub started delaminating and mold started showing up. An electrical junction box was on the side and they had used flex tubing for connecting the tub to the waste water drain. Who does that? Mad City came in, removed the old tub and tile walls. Installed a gorgeous tub and fixed and replaced plumbing. Installed 2 handicap rails and 2 shelves. It is so easy to clean and maintain, all I use is water, that's right, water, to clean the tub and walls. I love the fact that it is built with antimicrobial and comes with a lifetime warranty, not my lifetime but lifetime of the tub. If I sell the house, the new owner gets the lifetime guarantee. I had no clean up after the installation, no inspector for me to set up, no permits to pull, they handled it all!!! Thank you Mad City.

From the sales team to the installation team we have been impressed. Our house has been given a much needed face lift inside and out.

They installed a walk in shower and had it completed in less than a day as promised. The two installers were professional and included me on where I wanted fixtures placed. They even cleaned up when done. I would recommend Mad City for your next project.

Brian Morris installed our four upstairs windows. He was very professional, meticulous in his work and cleanup, walked us through outside and inside. Although the rest of our house has all Mad City windows, Brian still went through every new window showing us how to open for cleaning purposes. All our windows are done now, but I highly recommend Brian for window installation!

Warning! Beware of this company. We feel we were grossly overcharged for this installation. We own some responsibility -- we did not understand this was an acryllic install rather than stone, but we really got taken to the cleaners.

Everyone we spoke with was polite and very knowledgeable of their product. The install was done in 7 hours. Larry was polite, knowledgeable and kept things very clean. Great attention to detail and very good at teaching us about our new shower.

They did an excellent job replacing our old filthy tile shower with a clean modern shower! This new shower does not require the constant scrubbing to get rid of mold, because there is never any mold. We love it!
