From start to finish Mad City was knowledgeable and very professional. They were able to answer all of my questions and concerns. The timeline they gave us was spot on as well. Very quick and thorough. We are pleased with the finished result and can now shower upstairs!

Delighted with my new shower installation. Mad City measured very carefully in several pre-installation visits to give me every feature I asked for. I chose opaque glass, a lovely solid, almond surround, textured grab bar and easy turn faucet. The installers had me stand in the enclosure and indicate the exact height I wanted for the corner shelves and grab bar. They came shortly after 8:00 AM, put down drop clothes over my carpeted stairs, hall and bedroom and were finished before 5:00 PM including a meticulous clean-up.

We installed two showers and new windows throughout our entire house, including a patio door. The process was straightforward and professional. They projected a three-day timeline for the window installation but completed it in just two days. Excellent service; highly recommended.

Great windows. Saw immediate savings in our heating bill. Installation was very quick and professional. Warranty is great. They did have to come back to fix a small portion of our admittedly brittle siding and they did that with in a few days. very satisfied with the results.

Everyone we met with or talked to from the company was polite, helpful, and professional. Jacob, our installer, was on time, answered all questions, and left no mess which was impressive given the tile walls he removed. If we ever redo our other bathroom I would hire them again.

From the low pressure sales pitch to ordering the materials to the installation process Mad City was very professional. Actually, our install was completed two weeks prior than originally expected. Nate, the installer, arrived at our home and worked in a professional manner making sure to value our property. He completed his work timely, efficiently and cleaned the area when completed. It was fast, efficient, quality work. We had Eric S. and he was fabulous. He kept us informed of everything that was happening and had us verify we were happy with his work before he left. Showed us how to contact the company if something went wrong so they could fix it. Kept my house as clean as possible during demo. Was just a great experience!
