We were very pleased with Derrick as our installer. He was on time, made sure he kept things clean and helped take our pictures down in our hallway. The end job is perfect!!

I really needed new windows, but hate sales tactics and gimmicks. I met some employees at the county fair and I'm so glad I did! The 2 gentleman that did come to my home were AMAZING no pressure and I actually enjoyed meeting with them. They were able to get me great financing and price! I would definitely recommend them, they had all 9 of my windows done in just 2 days with little to no problem!

I had my kitchen island remodeled 4/29/24. Trey and Sam were friendly and conscientious with the install. The island looks great and I am pleased with the workmanship.

Everything was great. The installer did beautiful work and was very clear about everything he did. I was very impressed with the clean up. The bathroom looked better when he left than when he got here.

This is my second time I have used this company to update a bathroom. For this project I had a shower remodeled to a shower/bathtub. Love the product which has microban in it. Also liked that the do separate walls, ceiling and tub. Manuel did an excellent job setting up and cleaning up to minimize construction dust. Highly recommend this company.

We recently had a new tub/shower installation with Mad City and it's been great. Their customer service was helpful and we never had an issue getting ahold of anyone. The same day install was amazing and installers were professional and courteous. We were able to use our shower 48 hours after it was installed, which was amazing. It looks great and the warantee is a huge piece of mind. We would recommend them.

From the time we signed the contract to installation, Mad City kept us updated on all stages of the project. Our kitchen installer from Mad City, Mitchell Bliss, did an excellent job. He arrived on time, kept us updated on all stages of his progress, and ensured our satisfaction with all stages of our kitchen refacing project. Mitchell asked for our input on some installation issues to ensure it was to our satisfaction. At the end of each day he cleaned up the kitchen to a usable state. He was very respectful and friendly. He took the time to answer any questions we had along the way. I would definitely ask for Mitchell to do our install if we do another project with Mad City. Our sales guy John Winkler also did a great job. He gave us different design options that look great and saved us money. Very satisfied!

This company is excellent. Oscar was excellent, very friendly, kind and professional. He addressed us as ma'am and sir when he spoke to us. It was a long day for him left here around 8:45 pm, but he never stopped and he worked his butt off. I highly recommend mad city, their products have a LIFETIME warranty, there are no hidden fees or little traps with their warranties.

We are very happy with our new shower. Our installer was friendly and skilled. A few days after the install we found a couple of small scratches on one of the panels. We contacted Mad City and an inspector was at our house within a couple of days. They reordered and replaced the scratched panel. Very good customer service.
