Mad City Windows & Baths

I was extremely pleased with the entire window purchase and installation process. I had my old picture window replaced with a slider. Three years ago, I replaced all my other windows except for this old picture window. This window leaked and all the Argon gas was gone. I called the previous installer. They refused to come out for just one window. I had several other window installers tell me the same thing. From Justin the sales rep, to Brian and his installer partner, I could have not asked for better service. I could not believe how beautiful and strong this new window is. The new window is facing north. It will block the cold wind and the nearby airport noise. I will consider using Mad City for future home improvements.

My husband and i are a first time home buyer and Mad city windows did really well with my shower. Everything went smooth and perfect, i just wish they had a different billing system for people paying a chunk at a time. The most difficulty in this whole thing is because of them. I will be returning if i need windows, or anything else.

I love my Mad City windows. The way they look, the ease of opening top or bottom for fresh air. But the best thing is how they are versatile for cleaning them. The installer was 1 person, I don't know how he did it alone, each window was over 6 ft long. He was quick, efficient and the job was done in a very short time. I highly recommend them.

They were very courteous and professional. The workers were very hard working Leighton, Marlon, and Israel, did a great job. Very satisfied with their work.

Once the windows came in, our project as scheduled and went like clock work. The crew was timely, punctual and polite. The install went well and the little details were attended to and followed up on as promised. All the windows look very nice.

Mad City did a great job replacing 4 windows for us. There were no hidden costs or additional fees added on, even when the window replacement was not as straightforward as we initially thought and the project took a little longer than expected (though it was still done within a day!). They also kept us updated throughout the time they were working about what they were doing, the issues they encountered, and how long they expected to take. Our windows look beautiful and are extremely efficient!

The crew showed up, knew exactly what they needed to do, cleaned up everything, were cautious about what the did, and were very courteous! Excellent, excellent work!

I really needed new windows, but hate sales tactics and gimmicks. I met some employees at the county fair and I'm so glad I did! The 2 gentleman that did come to my home were AMAZING no pressure and I actually enjoyed meeting with them. They were able to get me great financing and price! I would definitely recommend them, they had all 9 of my windows done in just 2 days with little to no problem!

I had my kitchen island remodeled 4/29/24. Trey and Sam were friendly and conscientious with the install. The island looks great and I am pleased with the workmanship.

Everything was great. The installer did beautiful work and was very clear about everything he did. I was very impressed with the clean up. The bathroom looked better when he left than when he got here.
