Armondo did a great job. Shower looks and works great. Very punctual, cleaned up everything and done earlier than expected.

The company is very thorough. I especially liked the fact that the quote I got would not change no matter what issues were uncovered during installation. Plus, a lifetime warranty that even transfers to new owners if I move.

The main installation guy laid out drop cloth between the front door and the bathroom. I am so sorry that the cat puked on it. Great customer service to take that event calmly.

First off, the windows themselves are very good. The installation is where the issues are. I would have saved $5000 easily if I just took off work for a couple of days and did it myself. Both the salesman and the estimator made sure that I knew that the installation crew would test for lead paint and handle all waste accordingly, especially since the house was built in the 1870’s. I asked the installer about the results of the test and he replied that they don’t do it, and non of the precautions were implemented for handling lead contaminated waste. The exterior trim is white against the white siding instead of matching the blue color of the rest of the house. There were no trim options that matched the interior trim style as well. The estimator that did the measurements did not have adequate tools to remove existing trim. I insisted he use my tools so he would stop making holes in the wall. Casings were not sanded before staining. Casings were not varnished. Casings have black stains from incidental moisture exposure. Kitchen and laundry room windows are undersized, even after instructing the estimator that they can go bigger because it is a log house and they have to remake the window boxes anyway. Trim fitment is not good, uneven spacing around the windows and gaps in the joints. Excessive use of putty to fill gaps in trim. Holes in walls around all windows made by the estimator during the measure up were not repaired or covered up during the installation. Windows installed with inadequate sills. I specifically requested that the windows were to be mounted to the outside edge of the wall to leave a 6-8” sill on the inside but they insisted on centering them in the wall leaving a 3” sill. The installer stepped during the exit call outside because he had some beef with the salesman, instead of handling the matter in a separate call after leaving the site.

Mad City did amazing work in our budget to completely update our bathroom. They were prompt, courteous, and did great work. When they found something that needed to be done to get our bathroom up to code that wasn't covered on the quote, they updated it for us without going over. We were very pleased and will be going back to them when we need work done again.

We love the windows it is so much quieter in our house, and the temperature stays more consistent throughout the day.

Excellent description of work to be done and what to expect from the work team. Showed up at home on day we agreed on. Quick! Entire top floor done in half a day, including cleanup. While they would have taken the old windows, they let me keep them for another home project.

From start to finish, Mad City did an excellent job. Their superb installation team efficiently removed our old tub/shower combination, cleaned up everything, installed new plywood, went into our crawl space which I'm sure wasn't pleasant, but most amazingly....finished the installation job in one day. It looks gorgeous. They also installed a wonderful seat and strong grab bars which makes this shower very useful for anyone with mobility issues.

Amazing shower/tub renovation! Everyone from the Mad City team was terrific: timely, honest, and knowledgeable. And then Ken Riley came and knocked out the entire project in two days. Ken was friendly, expert, very hard working, and he really created a work of art by replacing a very old and small tub/shower with a super high-quality combo that exceeded our expectations. Great company! Great staff!

Did a great job and cleanup on window installation. Salesman was down to earth and explained everything well, liked that he didn't reside far from me. Only issue was when measuring opening should have removed inside trim because there was a lot of filler around old window, and I could have gotten a several inches larger New window. Price was a little High but you're paying for a lifetime guarantee that's worked into the cost. Another high point was they were able to do the installation several weeks before the estimated install date I was 1st given because the window was manufactured sooner than expected and they fit me in right away! Windows came in much quicker than we expected, weeks sooner than we were initially told. Install was scheduled within a week which I was very impressed with. Install seemed to go well other than clean up after was less than satisfactory. They did right their wrong by coming out to clean up the next day. Really shouldn't have been an issue in the first place but glad they sent someone out right away.

I had a great experience from start to finish! My new walk in shower is absolutely worth my investment. Mad City took something that was not functional and made my life better with the high quality products and craftsmanship that I enjoy bragging about!!

Mad City folks were very nice, professional, thorough. They fixed a couple of issues in my kitchen that I didn't even know were an issue and out of the scope of installation. Very satisfied with my reno. Would def recommend!

We could not be happier with our Mad City walk in shower. Brett, Corner, the plumber, Declan the field manager, and Rick aka RC were all extremely professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. They cleaned the area continually, they explained each step and make sure we were OK. Even when I made a huge error, they went above and beyond to correct it. The end product is absolutely beautiful. be sure to give Mad City a call for your bath project, we are so happy we did.

First off I've had my kitchen cabinets done and my windows and Iam not disappointed! From the sales man who we loved(Justin ) to the install team whobdid the job. They we funny kind efficient and thourall. They work with us to find options that fit your budget without compromising the quality! Also life time warranty:) . I love everything and they were very committed to communicating with you every step of the way. And the end results were stunning. The cabinets doors were so much better quality very heavy and anything you spill on them wipe right off without running the integrity of the door. They will definitely last forever. Highly recommend this company the quality of the refacing is way better then buying new.
