Our new window purchase from Mad City Windows was great from start to finish! The initial salesman was very friendly and took the time to answer all our questions. The installation team of John and Dave did an amazing job during a heavy rain, starting with putting their portable tent up to help with the situation. It went perfectly! Thank you to all! We were very pleased with the whole experience, from the polite, pleasant young man who came to explain (sell) the product to us, to the contact before hand to confirm the installation, to the courteous, friendly, efficient installer who came on time and completed the job in 8 hours (including cleaning up),and the follow up contact to be sure everything was to our satisfaction. Everything went smoothly and we are well satisfied with our choice of Mad City.

We swapped out a bathtub for a walk-in shower in our downstairs bathroom. Mad City was professional and very clean. Work was completed in less then a day. Couldn't be happier!

Mad City removed our old shower and installed a new shower in a day! The workmanship was remarkable, efficient and neat.

Mad City Windows & Baths did an amazing job. We had 7 standard windows and 1 big picture window that were replaced and they got it all done in one day with 2 hard working men including their lunch break for about 1 hour. They are very professional and fast without lacking in the quality department. This is very hard to do and they do it well. I have been very happy with the windows since they were installed 3 or 4 months age. Our house stays much cooler in the summer and keeps the heat in through the end of winter quite well. It was a much needed improvement to the house. Cleanup was done very well with only a few metal shavings and screws that were missed. I do not fault the guys for missing them as it was already dark outside when they finished.

They were on time for both the sales and installation. They were clean during installation and left everything in great shape. It's beautiful, just as I expected, and the claims of easy clean is living up to their claims. I sprayed a little vinegar on it and the hard water just wiped right off. Love it.

Our first experience with Mad City was great! We came back for a special deal and got a few more windows. Overall, we're happy with the product and service.

Garrison was wonderful to deal with. He spent almost 12 hours to ensure everything was completed in one day. A couple of days later I noticed an issue with the caulking. I called the service department and they had a person out here the next day to correct the Issue.

Friendly professional staff. Always on time, no delays on this job.
