Mad City Windows & Baths

Super happy with the work that Beau and Logan did. They installed 8 windows in total and even took the old bad ones away with them. They got here about 10am and they were done and gone by 3:30pm. Everything looks awesome and the windows are super easy to operate. Beau even showed me how to open them to clean them! The stuff they used to wipe them down after install also smelled really good. Thank you so much!

Jody did an excellent job installing our new shower. He was professional, kind, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. We were very pleased with the function and look of our new shower.

The job went as expected. It ended up taking two days because the Wifey wanted a window in her bathroom (shower). Happy Wifey happy Lifey. The installation crew (Plumber Matt, Window Installer (Chris) and the main man Jody were magnificent. New drop cloths covered our carpet as they cut and measured everything outside. The only disappointment was the pushy Salesman and promises made that he didn’t keep. All in all it turned out great. A few fixes need to be made but reaching out to Tyler soon will finish the project. Only thing we wanted to do was get another quote and that’s when things with The salesman went arye. Beware you have to cough up half the payment at the time of signing. Would like to have gone to a showroom to see and pick out product vs looking at a photo book and in 15 minutes Glass doors were thinner than expected.

I hired Mad City Windows to replace windows on the front of my hose. They look amazing inside and out. It's alot quieter, a reduction in glare on the tv and the temperature difference is impressive If you're looking to keep heat from the sun out, I highly recommend. Installers were professional, worked quickly and cleaned everything up! I will hire again to replace the remaining windows. As of right now they are the only contractors I can say I would rehire

Workers that refaced our cabinets were skilled, and did a good job, and cleaned up after the job was completed. They were prompt on arrival, efficient in the work during the 8 hour diay, and took pictures to show the before and after.

We are so happy with our new bath tub/shower install! The entire process was so smooth! Tanner and Levi did a great job tearing out the old tub/shower and installing the new one. They also did an immaculate job cleaning up when they were finished. We're already talking about having Mad City replace our other shower. Would definitely recommend!

had all new windows put in back in jan./feb. it has cut out gas bill down alot. took them 1 day to finish putting all the windows in and we are so happy with them now.

Let me start with the sales pitch and followed by the installation: Sales: The person came to our house, looked at the windows and we sat down and went over several options. It took about 1 hour total which might sound a lot... but if anyone knows much about windows is that they are pricey in general and very important to the house. Everything went well and we were happy with the sales. Installation: Amazing service! It took under 2 hours to get our windows installed. After the installation, we walked with the lead installer to the windows, checked and confirmed the features and installations. We went over paper work, warranties and if there were any questions. It all went great! Energy bill and quality: We do see a HUGE difference in our energy bill. The quality of the windows is also great! Using them does not feel like they were cheap. Highly recommend Mad City Products!

Very pleased with the work done. We had a 50's-60's style bathroom and cast-iron tub and needed it updated. Mad City came in on the requested day and time and was efficient with the job they did. I was very pleased with their work and how courteous the installer was. Would highly recommend them and am very happy with the end product. 2 months after and Im still impressed!

We had a helpful salesman stop by and go over how Mad City could help replace our old 1950’s windows. We were able to get our questions answered and he was patient explaining everything from the windows and process to learning how Mad City bills for the work and make sure it worked for us. They installed quicker than they let us know originally which was great and the day off was quick and painless for our family. We had 3 rooms done and plan to finish the rest in a year. Our heat is better in each room and not drafty any longer, making our utilities less overall!

Our installation team, Jimmy, Franklin, and Nathan were great. Speedy, clean, super courteous, and friendly to our special needs toddler who was very excited and curious about all their work. I also appreciate that they arrived early within the given timeframe, but not immediately at 8:00 as this gave a busy mom a few extra moments to get things in order. Our daughter is very excited for her first bubble bath in the new tub, and I’m thrilled that it’s deep enough for mom to relax in too.

Tyler showed up on time and was professional. He was friendley answere all my questions and installed the shower in approximately 8 hours. He cleaned upt the bathroom after is was finished and did not soil our rug. I am very happy with the finished product and recommend mad City to all my neighbors.
