Brian Morris installed our four upstairs windows. He was very professional, meticulous in his work and cleanup, walked us through outside and inside. Although the rest of our house has all Mad City windows, Brian still went through every new window showing us how to open for cleaning purposes. All our windows are done now, but I highly recommend Brian for window installation!

Warning! Beware of this company. We feel we were grossly overcharged for this installation. We own some responsibility -- we did not understand this was an acryllic install rather than stone, but we really got taken to the cleaners.

Everyone we spoke with was polite and very knowledgeable of their product. The install was done in 7 hours. Larry was polite, knowledgeable and kept things very clean. Great attention to detail and very good at teaching us about our new shower.

They did an excellent job replacing our old filthy tile shower with a clean modern shower! This new shower does not require the constant scrubbing to get rid of mold, because there is never any mold. We love it!

Connor didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need & worked with our budget to get us exactly what we wanted. Michael & his nephew were here for 12hours installing the shower (the door was difficult) and they did a great job. It was pouring rain but they made sure to leave our place in the same condition as they arrived. No mud on the floors or excess mess to clean up made my wife very happy. The shower is perfect. Pam Pickrel: The shower they installed is just beautiful, it came in exactly as described and was installed in 1 day by 2 very nice young men, Landon & Braxton. These men did an exceptional job cleaning up after the installation too. The quote remains the same even the issues may come up that would normally raise the price. Also there is a lifetime warranty which even transfers to the next owner of this house! We couldn’t be happier with this installation!

Recently had a shower demo and reinstalled by Mad City. From the start with Pete who reassured me of everything start to finish.,Was very honest about time frame of when I could expect a he work to begin. Justin D was my installer and form the start of the job to finish, he was above what I could have prayed for. Although he was here at my home for 12 hours, he worked professionally and never stopped till the job was finished. He sat down with me and went over my warranty, how to take proper care of my new install. One of the highlights about his work, he did not leave one once of dirt, dust, or demo material. ob well done, quality workmanship and only a two day installation. Only issue Mad City rep advertised a free 7 day vacation however the free vacation is costing us $300.00 bucks.
