The service that Mad City provided from start to finish was amazing. Nothing was left undone and all of my questions were answered. I LOVE my new bathroom.

The installers seemed to have done a good job. They were extremely fast, only taking one day to completely gut and install the new shower system. Although, one handrail was installed on the wrong side. To correct the issue, they came back the next day to install another free handrail on the correct side. The only complaints that I have are the shower wand sprayed black water for about 30 seconds then stopped working. I removed the wand and the water flowed properly from the pipe. I replaced the “new” wand with my old shower head so we could use the shower. My only other complaint is that my water pressure is about half of what it was before the installation. Since I had to replace the shower head with my original one, I had a good baseline for this comparison. All in all, we’re happy with our new walk-in shower.

We've had both of our bathroom remodels completed by Mad City. Excellent work, no problems or issues whatsoever. Both were done in a timely manner with absolutely no cleanup needed to be completed by us. We would highly recommend Mad City to anyone looking into bathroom remodels.

I would recommend mad city windows. They did a great job at installing my new windows that I love, they have cut my energy bills greatly. We used Mad City to completely redo our 50 year old bathtub and shower in January 2024. The installer that came to our house was polite, extremely fast (two days to completely gut and install the new shower system) and did quality work. Its been a several months since our new walk-in shower was installed. Its still holding up wonderfully and is easy to clean. We've gotten many compliments on it. The customer service has been incredible as well. Its nice to have a local office I can go visit in person, in addition to having a phone line to call. Their prices were also affordable compared to other estimates we had received prior to working with Mad City. Very pleased.

The representative was prompt and professional. He made sure we understood everything. The two men that did the work were amazing.

Replaced a huge 5 pane bow window. They managed to get the replacement done in between snow storms and kept the opening to the cold to a minimum. The finish work on the trim and window seat was well done. Called to have them come back this summer to caulk a few places that weren't able to be done in the winter. Arrived early and done quickly. Window is beautiful.

I went with kitchen cabinet refacing and doors. I am super glad I did! These guys blew me away with a updated kitchen that I am proud to cook in. When I do another update to my house I would consider Mad City for my future needs.

Martin from Mad City did an outstanding job with our shower re-furbish. His wok was meticulous with attention to quality and one of the most polite people I have ever met. The demo was more extensive but he never complained and the final product amazed us completely. Ask for him, he is a real winner who I would rate a ten if I could. Mad City did a beautiful job enlarging a small shower space, making it larger and more easily accessible. The job was done on time, doing all clean up themselves, leaving nothing to the homeowner. The person doing the job was courteous with minimal disruption to the those in the house. We highly recommend Mad City Windows & Baths. You will not be disappointed.

We had a very knowledgeable representative come to our home to talk about all the products and what would work best for us. The install happened approximately 4 weeks later and we absolutely love our walk in shower.

We just had a great experience with our new walk-in shower from Mad City. Phil E (our installer) did an awesome job! He was prompt, hard working, considerate, and friendly. Everything was cleaned up to perfection. We also want to thank Brad, our sales person, for his honesty. He was very up front about all the options and we didn't feel pressured. Eric, our measuring man, was so friendly and very efficient. Ray, the plumber, was so friendly and finished his part quickly. It was great to hear Phil and Ray working together. You could tell they loved their jobs. We even had a surprise visit from the boss! Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks from the Crarys.

The installer was GREAT! Arrived on time, and asked whether he could stay late to complete the entire tub and surround renovation in a day ... we said SURE! We were set for a 2-day project, but having the installer willing to push to complete was awesome. Our project turned out just as we thought it would -- the new tub and surround look fantastic ... VERY pleased!

I bought my home and right away the cast iron tub started delaminating and mold started showing up. An electrical junction box was on the side and they had used flex tubing for connecting the tub to the waste water drain. Who does that? Mad City came in, removed the old tub and tile walls. Installed a gorgeous tub and fixed and replaced plumbing. Installed 2 handicap rails and 2 shelves. It is so easy to clean and maintain, all I use is water, that's right, water, to clean the tub and walls. I love the fact that it is built with antimicrobial and comes with a lifetime warranty, not my lifetime but lifetime of the tub. If I sell the house, the new owner gets the lifetime guarantee. I had no clean up after the installation, no inspector for me to set up, no permits to pull, they handled it all!!! Thank you Mad City.

So happy with our recent purchase from Mad City Windows & Baths. Ordered a new front window which showed up far sooner than expected and was able to installed almost right away. From the sales team to the installation team we have been impressed. Our house has been given a much needed face lift inside and out.
