Excellent! Our installer did our entire tub and shower in about six hours, and it look amazing!

A+++ for Mad City and their awesome technical duo “Danny” & “La!” Our one day tub to shower conversion was overall a seamless process with an extremely efficient crew. All steps were taken to keep our home clean and damage free throughout process. Additionally, the guys explained major steps and changes as they proceeded through the conversion. Both were pleasant and remained focused on the task to completion. I would recommend Mad City to any homeowner looking to remodel their bathroom. The Mad City sales team and technical team were in harmony and adhered to the stated timeline of completion. We are overwhelmingly satisfied.

I had my new bath installed last week. The work was done in one day. I don't know how they did it. The shower looks great and works well. I wish I could put pictures on this to show the difference. I had 4 dealers come in to give me an estimate. The cost ranged from $17000.00 to $20000.00. I researched Mad City, and they had the best warranty

Larry did a great job installing our new shower! He encountered a couple of unexpected things but handled everything beautifully. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough. We love our new shower!

The installation crew got to our house in the early morning and went to work. It had rained the night before so the crew placed down extra tarp to make sure they weren't tracking mud through our house. They made quick work of the windows around the ground level and by the end of the day there were only two crewmen left (Trevor and Greg) to finish up the two highest windows. Lupe, the salesperson was very polite, knowledgeable and not overbearing. Peter Nelmark, the installer arrived on scheduled time, was also very polite. He protected all of our floor surfaces. He worked diligently and asked how we wanted the placement of the shower head, assist bars and shelf heights. He even asked us on our opinion of things that we hadn't thought of at the time. He made sure everything was spotless before he left. I am very impressed with Peter Nelmark, he was very professional and it was the best experience we've ever had with a contractor. He gave us a sample of our shower wall so that we could decide on our tile flooring and wall paint. That was something I called and asked for at the regional main office and was told that no samples were available, just the salesman has his own samples to use.

They did a great job replacing our windows. They are very nice and easy to clean. Service was great.

Our windows are beautiful! They make our rooms brighter with a larger room appearance. Chris made the visit easy as he informed me what he was going to be doing, was polite & cleaned up after the job was completed. He also did a run through of the use & care for the windows. I had good experience with Mad City Windows and would recommend them!

Mad City was very professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer questions, the staff was efficient, I highly recommend this company and would hire them again for other work I may need done.

Scheduling installation was very easy. Installation took about 1 1/2 days due to the difficulty of covering up a window that was in the shower area. We now have a beautiful shower and are very happy with the results. Our installer was very nice and made sure the area was clean prior to leaving each day. Would recommend this company if you are thinking about having a walk in shower installed.

We are so very happy with how our kitchen turned out. Better than I could imagine! The whole process went well from scheduling, to the techs asking if we had questions and cleaning up to our liking daily. Thank you for making me smile everytime I walk passed my kitchen.

Everything went great. Larry was a very kind and courteous person. Very polite in every way. Answered any and all questions when I had them through the day. Never got annoyed by anyone in my family. Left his work space cleaner than it was. I would recommend him to anyone.
