Larry did the most amazing job on our new shower. He did a very clean and professional job from the demolition of our old tub to laying drop down cloths the whole way to the bathroom. The 2 man crew made quick work of the demolition, plumbing and clean up the first day. The install on day 2 went smoothly. I was impressed with Justin as he worked to complete the plumbing and install the tub and tub surround. I would recommend Mad City Window and Bath to anyone looking to update their bathroom.

We got our kitchen done several weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it!! The before & after is amazing, and they took the time to ensure EVERY little detail was perfect — including ordering 2 new doors with such minor flaws, the installers had to point them out to us. Nate & Sam did a phenomenal job, and the entire process was simple and efficient from start to finish, including timely communication throughout. We love spending more time in our kitchen now! Plus, all work and products are guaranteed for life, which extends to new homeowners should we sell our home. We can’t recommend Mad City enough!

We had an old tub replaced and shower installed, I guess they call it a complete wet space renovation. There is a window in the make shift shower we had, which has been a pain to keep sealed throughout the years. We now actually have a beautiful new 17" deep tub and a real shower, new plumbing! The window was completely redone as they took the whole area down to studs and replaced everything. It looks beautiful now and will not require any upkeep since it is completely waterproof. Our installer Elijah Ortiz was polite and always keep us informed on the installation process and did one h*** of a job, very professional. (Thank you very much Elijah!) The plumber was also a great person and professional, pardon me but I cannot remember his name. We are very pleased with our new tub and shower, I would recommend Mad City for this kind of work.

Had a good experience with our installer Ronnie from Mad City. He came in did a great job and probably left our bathroom cleaner than what he walked into. The new tub and surround really made our bathroom look so much nicer. We appreciate Ronnie’s hard work and attention to detail.

The process from start to finish was done effectively, professionally and in a timely manner. The installer Micah did a great job of installing and completing on a timely manner. Thanks for a job well done.

Process was as close to "butter smooth" as you could ask. The guy showed up when he was supposed to to measure the kitchen, as questions, and then, within a little over an hour, provide us with a firm quote! Impressive! They estimated 8-12 weeks to get the install scheduled (although he said it could be sooner), and they called 3 weeks after we signed the quote. They were flexible in getting dates that worked with OUR schedule. Installers arrived on time (Nate and Sam...along with some others the last day), and they got the whole thing done in 3 days...and we asked for a fair amount of customization. Installers were friendly, efficient, and professional. They asked questions when something wasn't quite clear, and then gave us options for addressing those items. They were out of here in 3 days as promised, and there were no "add ons". The quote we signed is what we will pay. Product installed looks good and seems to be quality materials....of course, only time will tell for sure, but it all seems very good quality, and I do have a bit of knowledge in this area. Would I recommend them? Yes! I suspect we will be calling them to do our bathroom once we finally decide on that project. Excellent!

They installed my tub without a hitch they had to go through my window to bring the tub in and with all that they had to do it came out perfect there was not one thing I had a complaint about if you are thinking about a walk in tub these people are the ones to install it you won’t be sorry

Sales pitch was hard to resist, windows seem to be of pretty high quality 9 months in and they have brightened up our home so much compared to our previous 40 year old windows. Really the only issues were that they installed in January on what had to be the coldest day of the year, and there were a few miscommunications between the pre-sale and post-sale process.

We had a great experience from start to finish. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and understood Our needs. He helped us save money and gave us his honest opinions. The installer had the shower installed in one day. The job was done neatly and he cleaned up afterwards. He also went through, all the new parts of the shower with us after installation. The shower looks amazing and we have had no issues.

Mad City Baths did a fabulous job in converting our tub and shower unit into a brand new shower stall! We were please with there work from start to finish!

The installation went very good. They arrived at 8:00 am and got right to work. They were able to do all of the work in one day. We had 12 windows and a patio door replaced. They were gone by 7:00 pm. Everything was cleaned up when they left.

Windows were built in time promised. Installation happened within days after being delivered to Mad City in Davenport. Installer was meticulous and courteous. Went out of his way to explain the process and offer choices where there were ones to be made.

Replaced all 8 of our upstairs windows. between 2 guys, they had all the old windows removed, new ones installed and all the finishing work done in 7 hours. They were extremely fast and efficient and the quality is 5 stars. Highly recommend and will use again in the future.

Zach was very pleasant and easy to work with. He answered our questions and took time to make sure we understood the info. While it was a long day for all of us, he worked hard and consistently! We are very happy with our new walk-in shower!

Window quality is great, installed properly, installers were informative & friendly. They did a great cleanup after they were done.

I am very pleased with the work they did. I had a small ugly tub/shower and I had it replaced with a walk in shower. I chose the white subway tile with gray grout and chrome fixtures and I love it. Wyatt did a great job with installing and it took him just one day. Highly recommend. Robin Richardson

Josef and Cody were great! They got in and out within a day, cleaned up well, helped us with recommendations on what to do to finish our bathroom.
