Mad City Windows & Baths

The sales representative that came to our home was great. He went over all of our options and took the time to find out what we really needed and wanted in our bathroom. We did not feel pressured to buy, until his quote came in much lower than others we had received. We decided to book our new shower right away. The next day, a contractor arrived to take all the measurements. He asked questions to clarify everything to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. After that, the materials were ordered. Sooner than expected, we received a call that everything had arrived and it was time to set up the date for the install. The scheduling was very flexible, and it was easy to select a date that worked for us. We received a few reminder calls before our scheduled date, and on the morning of the installation, we were notified that the installers were in route. The installers arrived on time. They laid down tarps to keep everything clean along the way. We went over everything in the order to make sure we were all on the same page for the install. Being an older home, there were several instances where adjustments needed to be made, and they were great about consulting with me before making any variations to the design. They worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. Of course, it was all done in one day. We are very happy with the work that was done. We love our new bathroom/shower. We're also very happy with the price, knowing that we definitely got our money's worth.

Had a couple glitches, but everything turned out very nice.

The workers showed up on time, were professional in there work, and respectful of our home -- both interior and exterior. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction, with the exception of some exterior cosmetic work which we anticipate being rectified shortly.

We are very satisfied with the work they did. They arrived at the time stated. They covered the floors from front door to bathroom to protect them. The installers were very professional and explained what they were doing. They did finish ahead of time and cleaned everything. We are very pleased with our new shower and with the safety provided by not having to climb over a tub. Good company to work with.

well i was told that the work would take 1 day to complete and that i could use the tub the next day It took 5 days and i was very convened. And on top of that i was told that they were going to knock off 500.00 for the problem and they didn't. I feel that my contract was not honored

Insulation went good had issues with the office people changing days when the installation was to be done.

Excellent service and accomplished so fast. All in less than one day. Workmanship was first rate and they cleaned up site. Bathroom still looks like new. Highly, highly recommend this company.

Sales Rep. Joe Bartels Joe did an excellent job explain in detail everything from pricing to how the install was going to go. Never tried to sale us something we didn't need and answered every question we asked, so yes he is very knowledgeable with Mad City and the window company. I would highly recommend Joe to anyone. Pre Install employee: About week later another Mad City employee called and arrived for detailed measurements of window opening. He also gave us estimated date of 4-6 weeks it would take to completely build the windows and the windows were completed in 4 weeks. Just like Joe very friendly and answered more questions we had. Window Install Crew: Once the window crew arrived the leader installer introduced himself. they got right to work. They installed drop cloths from front door to each room a window was to be installed. You could tell they were very good at there job because all four windows were completed and cleaned up in just under 3 hours. During the time of install a quality assurance employee arrived asked how things were going, talk to the install crew and take a look at there work. I was blown away to have a construction company with quality assurance rep show up at work site, its not something you see. Also the lead installer went over all warranty's. I would recommend Mad City to anyone and I will be using there services again.

Very professional. Even had to do extra work to fix an uneven door opening to make the new door fit securely. The new doors are beautiful and function perfectly!

Yes overall the cost was higher then saying going to Menards but the warrenity is worth it plus the clean install. We had to have them come back and do an adjustment on our storm and they made it work with our off kilter house.

The install was completed on Dec 9, 2016, one of the coldest days of the winter. The crew arrived on time and completed it in 8.5 hours including the cleanup. They were efficient and experienced installers, the house did not get cold during the time that they were here. My utilities have gone down considerably with the new windows and they are easy to clean.

The product was great. They did not show the day they were suppose to. But they came the next day on a Saturday and finished the next day.

It went great. My windows are beautiful and I love them.

The quality and craftsmanship are excellent. However, they ordered the wrong windows the first time and then had to come back and remove those and install the correct ones. We had to wait again for the second set of windows and then a small was was missed the second time again. They did make it right in the end, we just had to wait longer than we had originally been told.

We are very happy with the products from Mad City. The windows drown out a lot of the noise from our busy street and are so easy to clean. Our shower surround looks nice and is easy to clean too. The people that work for Mad City showed up on time and were very professional.

Mad city was flexible with their scheduling and showed up on time with a large crew so the job got done quickly and professionally. It was a December install so I was worried about the cold getting in but they had then out and in in no time. They looked great, they are not the cheapest windows out there but you get what you pay for. They had me inspect them after, they cleaned up work area well. I noticed a few scratches in the paint on the window frame. They dropped off some touchup paint a few days later to fix it.

Mad City was very professional. We really enjoyed working with them. The quote was a bit more than we wanted to spend on our bathroom but we really love our new tub and surround. The best part was that in was completed quickly and the crew cleaned up after themselves!

The crew of 4 arrived at 7:15am - 15 minutes earlier than their appointed time. They worked diligently and were able to complete the entire job in 6 hours. It all went very well and we are very pleased with our new Windows and doors. The field manager came at about the midpoint and checked on the progress and was able to provide a piece of wood that we needed to complete the door still. The crew and manager were very courteous and professional.
