Mad City Windows & Baths

It went very well. The installers showed up on time. They were very friendly. They were very professional. Went right to work and got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any mess behind. I am very happy with their work.

Our first call to Mad City requesting a salesperson to come to our home was done quickly within two days. The phone calls were always answered by women who were very helpful. Dave Peterson, the sales person was very patient in explaining all the possibilities of what we could do with the bathroom. The next person, Adam, came to measure and again answered all our questions. He showed us exactly what would be done. The actual installation went extremely well and we received a phone call when the installers were 1/2 hour away from coming. The old trap that contained lots of debris was replaced and new hot/cold valves were installed. Aaron and Chris, the installers, were very positive and again explained exactly what they were doing. I was extremely impressed with the way they cleaned up after themselves.

It went wonderful! The installer did a great job, was a small area and did it with no mess, and in such a short time. Bathroom looks great and we love the convenience so much of not having to step into the tub to take our showers, grab bars are so helpful.

It was great. They measured all our windows and came out about a couple weeks later to install. I love that able to put the secure openers on where only able to open the windows at top or bottom a bit, which provides me a sense of security for open at night. I love able to slid screen to either top or bottom, which ever side we want open. Our heat/cooling bill has gone down since replacing. There were a couple things we were picky about (the outside frame on one window wanted fixed and they did like 2 days later) a screen needed replaced, they did that same day as install when noticed the damage. They were/are super quick with responding to questions or needs. If repair is needed, they are quick to schedule and get fixed. We LOVE our windows and are VERY happy with our windows and our new relationship with MadCity Windows. We recommend them to family and friends (3 of which have used them to replace their windows thus far). We will use them in future upgrades with our house as they pretty much do it all.

This install went well. When we were unhappy with the shower handles mis coloringing and some caulk needing repair over six months ago they sent a guy right away to take a look. That was great but they never called or returned to fix either. When Our window wouldnt lock they came quickly and was repaired. I will be calling about the shower again and trust that it will be fixed. Madd City is a fair company to work with you just need to stay on top of things.

Mad City Windows replaced 2 large picture windows in our & home & we couldn't be more pleased. All their employees were incredibly professional, there was no high pressured sales pitch & they were more than willing to work with us & meet our specific needs. Very well. Work was done timely, neatly and to our satisfaction. Since we put in the new tub and shower stall 7 years ago, we needed to have some re-caulking done around the tub. We called Mad City and they came out to re-caulk the tub. They were very responsive and did a great job!

Excellent! It only took 2 days and we were super happy with the way it looked. After the install, we have had them come back to work on a few small issues and it has always been super prompt and the issue has been dealt with. We have even had a broken window due to a rock and they came and fixed it for us within a week.

From day one with talking to the salesman thru the day of installation everything went smoothly. They finished the install in one day and left the area very clean and tidy. We are so pleased with the result. A week after the install, we decided we wanted another grab bar installed. We live 80 miles from the dealer. We were thinking we would pick it up and install it ourselves. They said no need to drive in for it, they would bring one out and install it at no additional charge. The only thing we paid was the price of the bar. Next day they were here and installed the bar. They really take care of you and want you to be completely satisfied. We are.
