Mad City Windows & Baths

Our experience was a great one. Installation, thanks to Mike and Marty, went smoothly. They were very courteous and friendly, cleaned up after, and now we have a beautiful new, large front window that opens on both sides for air and that cleans easily. Love it and the lifetime warranty.

They were scheduled to come between 8:00-10:00 AM, and they showed up at 7:50 AM. They finished faster than I ever expected for being a three man crew. My windows look amazing, and I actually feel somewhat sentimental about the clear view of the rose bush outside my office now. I haven't yet had an opportunity to assess utility bill changes, but general comfort in our home has improved (the living room was always bleeding heat and we're better now, et al.). The ease of the windows opening and the ability to clean all sides are just icing on the cake! We spent about $18K on this project, but for what these windows can do it was well worth it.

Everything went very well. They arrived at 8am and job was completed at 6pm. The two brothers worked well together and they were very careful to do a professional job and asked for my input if they had any questions.

Mad City was great from start to finish. They were prompt, very professional, and respectful while at and in my home. The install team we had was a well oiled machine! They worked so well together and did a thorough job. Very pleased with everything.

Installation took 2 days total for completion. The crew was excellent, they cleaned up both the inside and outside and took the time to make sure they cleaned every corner. The new window and doors are a major improvement not only in cosmetic appearance but also in terms of drafts/function. Everyone was courteous and professional. They were very respectful of our home while they were here.They also took the time to show us their work and answered all of our questions. They made sure we were happy with the work before they left. We will be hiring Mad City Windows for our next remodel.

The service was excellent and was completed within one day so I could use my shower again the next morning. The guys were very personable, any issues they ran into they asked me how I'd like them to over come the issue. They also introduced themselves to me right away when they arrived.

It went well, the men were courteous and seemed knowledgeable about the installation. They worked quickly to finish the installation in one day. We had a small issue which was repaired within 3 weeks.

I am extremely pleased with my window installation with Mad City Windows. I had all the windows replaced in my house. Everyone I dealt with from the salesman to the installers were just fantastic to work with. My windows came in before the date they were promised and the job was done in one day. Loving my new windows!

Sales person was pushy at first, but came back to reality and worked with us on getting a fair price. Installer walked through the install process with us. There was an issue with the install that we did not like, so they came back and fixed it.

Really fast installation. Our front screen is kind of popping out in one area. We have been too busy to call and schedule a time with work at the moment. I'm sure they will be quick and helpful again.

The installation went very quickly and smoothly! It only took 4 hours total to replace every window in the house and the patio door. They were in, out and all cleaned up before lunch time. Everyone was very friendly and professional - and the windows are really nice. Excellent experience.

We wanted the new surround to cover all of the surfaces including the ceiling. We were concerned about the look and the craftsmanship at the joints because we wanted it to look like one piece as much as possible. We couldn't be more pleased with how it turned out. They even covered the underside face of the arch. All of the work was done so carefully it really does looks like a one piece surround! The new plumbing is beautiful. The tub is just as sturdy as the old cast tub, and the high polish chrome finish fits very well with the age of our home.

Installation went well. Salesman failed to go over specs prior to purchasing tub so it does not work due in our home - all homes are not created equal!

Everything from the in hone consultation for the installation of the windows was a great experience. They helped me find financing that would work with us. Highly recommend and will have them back for more projects.

The sales representative that came to our home was great. He went over all of our options and took the time to find out what we really needed and wanted in our bathroom. We did not feel pressured to buy, until his quote came in much lower than others we had received. We decided to book our new shower right away. The next day, a contractor arrived to take all the measurements. He asked questions to clarify everything to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted. After that, the materials were ordered. Sooner than expected, we received a call that everything had arrived and it was time to set up the date for the install. The scheduling was very flexible, and it was easy to select a date that worked for us. We received a few reminder calls before our scheduled date, and on the morning of the installation, we were notified that the installers were in route. The installers arrived on time. They laid down tarps to keep everything clean along the way. We went over everything in the order to make sure we were all on the same page for the install. Being an older home, there were several instances where adjustments needed to be made, and they were great about consulting with me before making any variations to the design. They worked efficiently, and did an excellent job. Of course, it was all done in one day. We are very happy with the work that was done. We love our new bathroom/shower. We're also very happy with the price, knowing that we definitely got our money's worth.

Had a couple glitches, but everything turned out very nice.

The workers showed up on time, were professional in there work, and respectful of our home -- both interior and exterior. The work was completed in a timely fashion and to our satisfaction, with the exception of some exterior cosmetic work which we anticipate being rectified shortly.

We are very satisfied with the work they did. They arrived at the time stated. They covered the floors from front door to bathroom to protect them. The installers were very professional and explained what they were doing. They did finish ahead of time and cleaned everything. We are very pleased with our new shower and with the safety provided by not having to climb over a tub. Good company to work with.

well i was told that the work would take 1 day to complete and that i could use the tub the next day It took 5 days and i was very convened. And on top of that i was told that they were going to knock off 500.00 for the problem and they didn't. I feel that my contract was not honored

Insulation went good had issues with the office people changing days when the installation was to be done.
