The sales and installation processes went very smoothly. Everyone I worked with at Mad City was responsive and punctual. The price was likely a bit higher than some other vendors in the area, but the warranty and quality were worth it.

The entire process of working with Mad City Windows was a positive experience. The entire project was done within one day, and we were able to use our new shower by the next morning. The installation team removed our old tub, replaced all the old plumbing, and installed the new tub in less than 12 hours. Additionally, they cleaned everything up very nicely, including scraps from a different demo project my husband and I had been working on. Overall, they went above and beyond, and we have been very satisfied with the finished product.

They cleaned out inside and outside windows and the partitions in our building. They did a good job. It was just an easy experience. They were thorough and followed up on everything. They were very easy. Quality was excellent.

It was perfect and done in one day. They were professional and easy to talk to and cleaned up after themselves. It was a wonderful experience and my bathtub is a thing of beauty.

It was supposed to take 1 day to install but it wound up taking 4 days plus 1 day off in the middle for the holiday. The main problem they ran into was the main support beam for our house was right where their new drain was on the floor base which they did not know until they ripped out our old tub. So they had to get a new base ,cut it out and do a lot of extra work by hand. Not including that, they still went above and beyond what they needed and did any special requests we asked for and threw in a freebee without charging more from our original quote. We are very happy with it and it was worth the wait.

It went well, overall. We had an issue with the door installation, however they returned promptly to rectify the situation.

They had friendly staff that wrre polite and cleab. Everyone was super friendly and curtious to our family's needs with noise and time.

Mad City was amazing. The installers arrived on time and ready to work. They finished installation in 2 days. Great windows but the installation was exemplary. Workers were friendly, professional, and very competent. They worked together as a team without any drama and worked hard. I was very impressed with the windows and the work ethic. After the job was completed, a quality control person from Mad City arrived to do a final walk around, checking windows and clean up. I love my windows.

It went good.The only thing i did not like was two of the windows were 1" to short both height and width. The installer went and get wood and framed it down to size.

From the original door to door canvas to the sales representative and complete through the install and final inspection, everything was professional yet personable. The sales rep was knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and had samples and pictures of completed projects to help in the decision making process. He did not use pressure tactics to close the sale. The installer was very good. He worked alone for most of the project and really knew what he was doing. He took care and pride in his work and cleaned up everything after the job was done. His attention to detail was very good. Everyone involved showed that they cared about the client as well as the company. Clear expectations were set in advance and there were no surprises.

It went so smoothly. They cleaned up everything. Terry even had them wrap my lower front (Was a very good window not being replaced) so that the aesthetic of the house looked good. Love it!

The workers arrived on time and did a good job with the install. We are happy with the windows so far. However, they did not put down floor coverings or clean up the mess they left. We were disappointed with that, given the high price of the services.

They arrived on time and got to work. It was a most of the day project but we hardly noticed they were here. Very kind and respectful. When they left the bathroom was cleaner than when they got here.

The team from MadCity was professional and on time. They were careful to treat my home as if it was their own. They talked with us and helped us decide what would be the most functional placement of the hand rails and other accessories. The team was very knowledgeable about their product and installation was perfect. When they left the only way we could tell they had been there was because we had a new shower. The team called several days later to make sure everything was fine.

They did a great job and I would highly recommend them for your home needs! They certainly care about what the customer wants and accommodated my requests throughout the project and especially on installation day. I had flowers and ornamental bushes by the windows which are perfect after the install. The windows work great and are just what I expected. So nice to have maintenance free now and low-E energy protection with my early 90’s home. Back then they didn’t use the gas in the windows.
