Mad City Windows & Baths

We recently replaced all 18 of our windows, upgraded our front door to include two sidelights and replaced our patio door with Mad City Windows. From the first meeting with the salesman, to the completion of the VERY MINOR items, everyone treated us professionally and with respect. We had a very big project that spanned over a couple of days, workers were always at the house early in the morning and when they left each night, everything was cleaned up at the work site! We have already see a difference in our utility bill because the products are so much more efficient than what we previously had in our home. We will be looking to replace our roof in the next two to three years and Mad City will be our first call!

It went extremely well. The sales individuals and company worked around my situation in order to make sure everything was as convenient as possible for me.

The process was smooth and actually fun. From the original phone call until the product was installed. Every one was vey professional and personable. The product is awesome. Kevin and his crew of two did a great job. They arrived on time and got most of the work done all in a day. Kevin needed to come back the next day to finish up a few details as there where a few unexpected snafus on the day of install but everything looks GREAT!!!

I am extremely pleased with Mad City windows! The salesman was not pushy, the installers were punctual, clean and professional and I LOVE my new windows! I feel like the price might've been higher than other services (my neighbors had new windows installed for about half what I paid) but, in my opinion, my windows are much higher quality. The only issue I had was a slight snafu upon scheduling but the company pulled installers from Green Bay to make sure the job was completed. I'm only sorry I didn't replace my windows sooner!

They were terrible. I took advantage of a coupon to have a guy come give me an estimate for windows. Over the telephone, they said the presentation would take an hour. Once he got his foot in the door, he admitted it would take two hours. Of course we had to go somewhere, so it was awkward. He claimed he would come back and continue the following week. At the appointed time, someone else showed up and started over from the very beginning. So it was a long sales presentation of all of the technology of windows and so on. I told them it wasn't going to work out right now. They had $50 gift card they gave me and they cancelled it, and wouldn't make another appointment. The people on the phone bully their sales associates. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. I feel like these poor guys come out to do this spiel. I get the impression that they are an army of cultist's. I don't trust any of the information that I was given. It was all for nothing. I definitely wouldn't recommend Mad City Windows to anybody. There was no cost to listen to the spiel. They were trying to entice me to listen to the spiel. They were disingenuous when it came to getting me to accept what they wanted and pushy. The information was vague. When the information was presented, both salesmen had a routine. There was no good reason to answer my questions when I asked them. The idea was that the salesman had total control of his little program. It was like a spider web. If one part of the web is wrecked, the spider has to do the whole thing from the beginning. It was miserable. I have actually heard bad things about the product, but I can't speak of that. They seemed rather pricey. Their punctuality didn't represent how long it would take.

Went above and beyond to ensure windows were installed in a timely fashion.

The two guys came. and took out the old bath tub and that went well.The guys did a wonderful,wonderful job with installing the new shower.Everything went really fantastic.

The installation happened over 2 days, Monday and Friday. Repair of our floor tiles took 2 more days.

They were there when they said they would be. They finished earlier than they said they would. The quality of the product was exactly as they said it was. The crew was very polite and social. They cleaned everything when they were finished so aside from the new windows, you would never have known they were there.

Work was done and looks great. My only comment is that the scheduling of the review with the sales rep was cumbersome. No rep could make initial schedule date and it took a week before we could get another open date.

Overall, it went very good. The workers were very professional and proficient at their jobs. Some communication issues and the completion of the two largest windows was delayed a week because of a morning shower. We did have visits during the process from a couple of the managers that made sure everything went well and to our satisfaction.

We love our new bath/shower/surround, the quality is excellent!! They were in and out in a day and all the people we worked with were super friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Overall great experience, would definitely recommend!

Must say this is one of the best investments we ever made. Windows were installed last fall and saw a great reduction in heating bills. The most surprising thing was this summer. Can't believe how much cooler our house is inside. Close up the house in the morning and it's comfortable when we return home.

Everything went great very pleased with everything.I'm in love with my new shower functionally and looks.

Came exactly as promised. Was introduced to both workers. Explained everything they found to repair. Promised to be done by 9pm, due to problems, but we're finished by 7pm. Than explained the first 24 hours and cleaning of all areas in shower.

Great, everybody did their job and cleaned up inside and outside when they were done.

It went very well. The installers were very professional. They were here on time, explained everything they were doing, and our new shower is awesome.

After they were installed, I am seeing that the quality is horrendous. The seams look terrible. I did not order white, but had painted windows, The paint job is terrible. What is more frustrating is the response or lack of response I've received since then.

The initial meeting with a sales consultant was very easy and the numbers for the project were laid out clearly. The workers our did our project worked very hard, not just to get the project done quickly, but done with great quality as well. We could not be happier with how the project turned out. Should we need more work down the road, be it roofing, bathroom, etc, I would feel very confident hiring Mad City.
