Knowledgeable sales rep and very quick and professional installation. Total clean up and finishing touches. Didn't look like anyone had worked on my window, like it was always there. Great financing terms. My sales rep worked hard for that.

Mad city is a great company to work with and the installers did a great job with everything as well as the cleanup. As always you get what you pay for and we are extremely please with the new windows. We would have them again.

We have to agree with everyone on the sales pitch being a bit pushy, but we were in the market for new windows anyway. The process from sale and measurements, to final measurements and windows ordered was smooth. We did have a couple delays in getting the windows installed due to issues on Mad City’s end, but were able to get it resolved and the job done. Crew of 3 replaced all the windows in our lower level of the house. They were very thorough and were in and out in 1 day. We did have to file a claim for a damaged screen and to have them put stops on a couple screens and they were able to work with us to be here within a week or so. Since the windows have been installed, we have noticed a huge difference in the traffic noise from outside and are looking forward to seeing the energy savings as time goes on. We would definitely recommend them and will be using them to replace the windows in the upstairs of our home in the future.

In the beginning we had a few road bumps and misunderstandings; but once resolved everything turned out as well as could be expected. The installers were very curious and caring of our home and worked diligently from start to finish. Even working into the evening hours, they made the extra effort to vacuum any dust or wood shavings and show us how to operate our windows. The lead installer noticed a small blemish in one of our screens and automatically placed an order for a brand new one. We are very happy with our windows for it has only been a short glimpse into the cold season ahead; we've noticed a huge difference which has made it possible to have curtains open to enjoy natural light which has been an added bonus for our dog. We recommend MadCity Windows to those looking for an improvement in your home not only for a beneficially but also stylish improvement.

The 10 new windows look great and are very efficient the street noise is almost nonexistent now and no more drafts. The independent installer jj construction was very good, they were on time and explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. The only reason for the four stars is because the price was very high.

Replaced 11 windows with 7 windows with the combination of the window openings. The salesman was high pressure and very knowledgeable. Expect the sales pitch to last several hours, it will eat up your evening. Yes, they say this price is the best they can do and only good today, agreed, but still let them leave. They will call you back several days. We received quotes from five companies, and did end up with MadCity at half the price they originally quoted even after we added one more window. The installation crew was great. Very organized. Left a few cigarette butts on the drive way as well as a few nails, not bad for all they did. These are replacement windows, they changed the size, built up the ledge, some are very snug in their movement and difficult to close we are hoping that they will get easier over time. The newer windows are thinner than the originals which was unknown and we will need to create a small window ledge, not too bad. Some of the dry wall was done perfect, other sections were pretty rough. I understand that they are not professional dry wallers, but they could take a few lessons in that area.

had a great walk thru and didn't feel pressured at all. Was able to work on the price by changing the items we picked. The sales man was very nice and helpful. We went over everything in detail so we were prepared for the install. The installation team was great and curtious. Explained what they were doing and showed us the process. They cleaned up everything and it was like they weren't there. Went over everything when they were done and made sure we were happy with end result. Very glad that we used them and would do it again

We recently had Mad City install windows. They look great, but very pricey. We did have a few other consultations with competitors. They we all very similar windows, with big price tags, Mad City was in the middle price range. All the sales people we met with were pushy, looking for a quick sale. Offering better pricing if you booked with them that day. Note, they will take you up on their best offer even after that day...Ultimately we booked with Mad City, their window quality was great, the have a transferable lifetime warranty, and their screens were better quality than others. The installation was fast and easy. They had to come back to fix a few flaws after their inspector came through. They worked very professional fixing things immediately, which I appreciate! Windows are a little tough to close. Overall like the window quality, hope they last a lifetime!

Sales person was very high pressure and pushed on finalizing the deal that day. Wished we would have gotten other quotes but ultimately liked the product which is why we decided to go with it. Instillation went okay. Very fast but didn't really explain or ask me if I had any questions. Kind of just went in and out and up and down (3 different guy) through the house, so it was a little uncomfortable. COuld have done a better job at picking up after themselves. Window do look really nice an work great though.

Mad City was quick, professional and got the job done. We replaced all of the old windows in our 100 year-old house, including two very large windows. Now our drafty old home is a cozy and warm home with easy to clean and beautiful windows! The team that did the work was efficient and professional, and they hauled away all the leftover scraps and left us our stained glass window as requested. They even repaired a cracked siding tile that happened on accident during the window replacement on the second floor. A++!

Windows and patio door are really nice. They even saw some damage to my garage door frame and re-wrapped that too!!

We had our old bathtub removed and turned into a very cool stand up shower! From the estimate to completion, it was an easy process. Installation took only 1 day, and they were very professional. They protected the areas they were working on and they had a supervisor check the work about midday! We are very satisfied with the outcome.

Mad City replaced all our old window. The process was extremely smooth from start to finish!! The staff and installers were very nice and professional. The difference in our heating and cooling cost are amazing!! We are SO happy!! It was great! Quick turn around from start to finish.

The roof replacement correct a number of issues with the old roof and made the home look great as a result. They are going the extra mile to make sure to correct any cosmetic issues and to ensure we are satisfied with our new roof.

The shower looks good and is very spacious. It is a big improvement over the old tub/shower arrangement. However the journey was not as expected. The salesperson was appeared knowledgeable and showed various options. There was a 60% off labor deal that was supposedly ending in a few days so I felt there was pressure to make a decision. The space was measured and he did provide a quote. While it was on the high side I had compared another company and it was in the same ballpark. I went over the job and was assured that there would be a seamless shower installed in the space. I was given an installation date, which proved to be not accurate. After the contract was signed, another person came and remeasured the space, which up front they knew was oversize (66 inches). I was also told there was no problem in going over the old tile since it was in good condition and they would simply repair the area where the tub had been removed and install cement board. Over a week later they called to say there was a delay in the delivery because the shower was oversize and they would have to change to a middle drain. I feel those things were known upfront and I should have been given options before signing a contract. A delivery day was finally scheduled about 2 weeks later than the original. The installation did NOT go well. First of all the workmen tried to remove all the tile, which I told them they could not do that. There was also a glass block window, which was also known and they seemed clueless about that. I was also very specific that the shower would run only to the top of the tile not to the ceiling, since there are 10 ft ceilings in the bath. Tub was finally out and the walls repaired, and they ran new plumbing lines. However it was apparent it was not seamless since they brought the shower in in pieces. The back and front panels were the correct height but they pieced together the back panel with a seam 5 feet up the wall. When I asked them why they were doing this when it was supposed to one piece they said it didn't come in the correct height so this is what they were doing. I was very upset because I was told all the showers were custom made and would be totally seamless. They then proceeded to caulk the seam line and install an ugly trim piece to cover the line. I clearly wanted one piece clean walls without trim, but that was not what was installed. They also did not have the correct shower rod. Again they knew the shower was 66 inches and sent a 60 inch shower rod. I ended up reinstalling my old rod and it took 2 weeks for someone to show up with the correct one. When the water was turned back on, I had no pressure in my kitchen or bath sinks. They did remove and clean the filters, but still no pressure so obviously something had happened to send something into the lines They promised to get a plumber out the next day to try and resolve. It took several calls before they sent someone and it did get resolved again days later with no pressure in the kitchen to do dishes. Shower worked fine. While the overall product appears very nice, I am unhappy with the accessories. The shelves are cheap plastic and they used stick on tape to put them on the walls and proceeded to apply large amounts of caulk to the top and bottom. They assured me the shelves would NEVER fall off. They should have used something that was screwed to the walls, or even an integrated corner option, which they never offered. One of the shelves have already fallen off when I used it for a foot rest while shaving. I am not even going to bother having them fix it since it is so cheaply made and installed. Bottom line, I have a really spacious shower that is much safer to use than the tub. I do like the color and material, but HATE the patchwork they did and the trim that was installed as well as the lack of information and responsiveness to my issues and concerns. ASK QUESTIONS, GET IT ALL IN WRITING . I did not get the shower I thought I was getting and feel the finished product was probably overpriced based on hindsight. There was never any attempt to offer a price modification or anything to make up for the frustration they caused.
