Installation went as smooth as can be. Very curtious and professional Install personnel Sales on the other hand we weren’t impressed. We told a few things that were not accurate. In the end a manager came the following day after phone complaint and corrected sales misrepresentation of the type of loan we actually had. If it wouldn’t have been for the sales persons misrepresentation we would of marked yes to hire again

We recently had two windows installed in our home. This was our first time hiring anyone to do a home improvement project, as we are normally DIY-ers. I was initially turned off by the pushy sales people at Wal-Mart, but we decided to go ahead with the in-home estimate anyway. The salesman who came out to our house was extremely polite and knowledgeable, not pushy at all. He gave us helpful product recommendations and we decided to replace two of our old windows with triple pane ones from Mad City. We had a follow-up visit with a man who came and measured our windows to make sure everything was correct before they were ordered and custom made. The man who installed the windows was very nice and thourough, making sure to clean up everything and answer any questions we had. We are very happy with our experience, and planning to replace more windows little by little.

My husband and I recently purchased windows from mad city windows. The experience was handled very professionally from start to finish. After calling to express interest in learning about their windows we were set up with an appointment with the salesman very quickly. The salesman was awesome! He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and not at all pushy. The product is amazing and you can see that right away in the presentation. I think my husband was sold simply because of the quality of the screens on the windows. Hey were ready for install quite quickly too. The installer did an excellent job even though our house is far from being straight as it is quite old. He cleaned up after himself very well I got the job done quicker than I had imagined possible. We highly recommend midcity windows to anyone upgrading their home or building a new one. As they say you get what you pay for and that is the case here. They even have a lifetime warranty not only for the original buyers but for the next owners of the house as well. Who does that????

Did an awesome job. Finished the job in one day.

We experienced excellent service in working with Mad City Window. The sales person was knowledgeable, had an actual window to demonstrate the quality construction and answered all of our questions. The installers were on time and very detailed as they installed our windows. One of our windows was very large and about 18 feet up on the wall with staggered steps below and no flat surface for scaffolding making that install very difficult. They figured out how to quickly get the job done and did a great job. We love our new windows and have realized a wonderful benefit. Because the glass is so well insulated, during the 80/90 degree days our house stayed 10 to 15 degrees cooler than previously which is great considering we do not have central air.

I bought a house and the windows in the bedroom were literally falling out! I called several places about windows but decided on Mad City Windows & Baths because of their excellent product. The windows were installed in a timely manner. The installers and salespeople were wonderful! I love my windows. The winter was a lot warmer because of my choice of Mad City!

MIXED REVIEW on shower install: Positives: - shower is easy to clean; - good rain-head shower Negatives: - installers arrived late (after 10am) and left early (4pm) making a one day install into 2 days - floor of shower creaks - shower door fasteners are not matching ( one nail is used instead of all screws) - chalking was sloppy with white on white - we had to clean it off - Shower door is hung crooked - frame (at hinges) leaks water while showering onto bathroom floor - Shower faucet handle is loose - Project manager would not accept our initial complaint (re: chalking) so we didn’t follow up on other fixes...

It went great. Although very expensive, I believe the workmanship, guarantee, product, and finished results speak for themselves. It's easy to keep clean, looks clean all of the time. And is beautiful. I love it

3 SMALLER windows, 1 large one in my dinning room and 2 small ones upstairsnever gutted around wall as promised, used old frames with windows way smaller. Even with a professional coming over to measure. Way overpriced for custom windows that had to be reframed next to my old frame to cover the gap, used raw wood so now the jobs not even done i have to get paint and finish the job i paid for.

I had Mad City install a slider door and a picture window for our house. We are so pleased with both the products and the customer service. They can’t be beat!

Been looking for new windows to replace my 46 year old single paned windows for several years now and decided this year was the year. I've seen commercials for every window company in the Madison area, including Mad City. After seeing there windows at a local Home Expo, I was impressed with the quality and construction, as well as the aesthetic appeal of them. So, I contacted them and schedule an initial appointment. I am typically NOT one to buy anything right away but I was sold. I schedule to have the first round of windows installed and from order to install it was just over 5 weeks. I was so impressed and received so many compliments from the first set of windows (2 large picture windows, a double hung and slider window) that I scheduled to have the rest of my house done this month. We are in the Milwaukee area. My husband was approached with Mad City bathroom remodels. I was skeptical about this, but we made an appointment. The salesman came out and showed us many options. We decided on a tub and a surround. One of the reasons we wanted other opinions was because of the way our room is shaped. He said it would be a 2 day remodel. He also suggested a rainshower head and a handheld shower which has been awesome. The guys that came out to do the remodel were friendly and very informative of what they were doing and that things would be put together correctly. They cleaned up after themselves. We did have to have someone come back because the water was switched. That was not a problem and didn't take long. All in all very satisfied with the finished project.

Work was done very well. We are quite satisfied with the new shower. Importantly, they were able to dismantle the old shower and install the new one in a day. 12500.00
