Our windows were installed in January. Mad City was extremely efficient and the windows were installed quickly. We could immediately feel the temperature change in our house with the new windows.

Both installations went very smoothly and were done quickly. The shower remodel was done in one day and the door in a couple of hours. Workmanship was top notch. Materials used are high quality. It was a great investment which will only add value to my house. I highly recommend hiring Mad City for all your remodeling needs.

Installation took two days, but that's understandable considering we had a window replaced, shower done, and they also did matching walls throughout the bathroom so we were happy to have it done in two days. My parents have had contractors in and out of their house doing a job for weeks and weeks! We would definitely use them again.

We had new windows installed on our 1958 ranch on January 23, during a snowstorm. They should have rescheduled. Regardless, they should have followed lead safe procedures and didn't. Now that the snow has melted, my husband has picked up dozens of screws from our driveway. Additionally, they left pieces of metal, springs, sawdust, lead paint chips and dust below each of the 10 windows they installed on my home. We have called and been told on 2 occasions that clean up would happen the next day, but that never happened. Finally, the state department of health services came to document the mess today, so we'll see if they come by and clean the mess. I don't want my 2 young children exposed to lead chips or dust and was assured by Mad City that they would follow lead safe procedures. I will never use them again. They are not trust worthy and have horrible customer service.

Walk in Shower was done for Safety Rain Shower put in middle great investment by getting 12” instead of little one Should have removed everything possible from Bathroom and 𝙲𝚘𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚍 Toliet had to do a lot of Cleaning! Not happy with Caulking

Terrible, showed up late. Inside framing was horrible. Made them come back to rework, now it's just bad! Impossible to contact. Windows seem good so far, installation is bad. Paid a lot of money for terrible results.

The two workman were great, very professional and thorough. Took them longer to install b/c of some tweaking due to our house, half a day longer, worked til 7pm the first day to try to finish. Beautiful windows, reinstalled molding around windows and even custom fit molding around kitchen window, at no extra cost. I'm very pleased with outcome both inside and out.

We had windows installed and the stained trim was not to our liking. The guys made a call to Madison and they sent a person an hour drive to bring a different trim color the same day and finished the job. Excellent customer service

The install went really smooth and the finished product looks good. The installers were very communicative and professional and they cleaned up any mess that they made. They called to let me know when they were on their way.

I had purchased new windows for my duplex. After a few hiccups, we got a price settled on. The man came to install them and immediately realized that I've of the windows had a different tint. He said he would be back to replace it and did so in a timely and respectful fashion. The windows are BEAUTIFUL! Thank you!
