We are extremely happy with our windows that were put into our vacation mobile home. The work crew was very efficient, polite, and clean. They worked all day with minimal breaks. The trim work was great. Very happy!

We recently had installed a walk-in shower with a curved shower curtain rod, hand-held shower head, and a handrail due to mobility issues from young onset Parkinson's Disease. From the start Mad City was easy and helpful to work with. The salesman who came to our house was fantastic to work with. He was conscientious and helpful in creating a shower system that meets our needs and works into our budget. The products they sell are high quality, for example the shower walls and floor all have microban in the plastic, which stops microorganisms from multiplying on the surface of the walls and floor of the shower. The floor of the shower is reinforced so there is no bounce when moving around in the shower. Almost every aspect of the shower can be customized, the colors of the walls and floor. The walls also come with custom embossed design or print design. Mad City also has a fantastic warranty for the product and installation. Once the custom shower came in Mad City was able to schedule installation within a week. On installation day only one guy came which made me a little nervous that the job would not get done in 8 hours. But the entire job was done in about 6 hours. He was very polite, professional and hard working. He kept his work space and path through the house clean and organized and when it came to installing the shower curtain rod, handrail and four corner shelves I got to pick exactly the height and location. The walls go floor to ceiling which gives it a nice seamless look and you don't have to worry about mold on the drywall above the standard shower walls. There are only a few things I wish were a little different. I thought the handrail would be one piece but it has end caps and the edges are a little sharp and leaves a gap where water could settle in. I also thought the shower handle would sit closer to the wall, and I thought the drain cover would sit flush to the floor of the shower. It is a metal plate and have caught my toe in the drain indentation which was a little startling. These are all things that I thought would be different but I can live with. Overall Mad City is easy to work with and offer a great product. In a few years we will be getting a picture window replaced and the roof reshingled and already planning on using Mad City.

Mad City did an amazing job explaining everything to us and making sure everything was clean and neat. they worked really fast to put in all of our windows and very helpful with all of our questions and VERY reasonably priced. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. they were very friendly as well. the window trim they put on the windows was beautiful too, WAY more than we had ever expected.

We could not be happier with our surround in our master bedroom bathroom! We experienced great customer service from the first point of contact. Everything about the product was explained thoroughly, Ryan, our sales rep answered any and all questions we had and our new shower was installed within 2 days! They repaired the existing damage from the small water leak we had and when our call began lifting a bit they were here within a week to repair it! We financed our product which we received an exceptional payment in and they even widened or existing shower! Easy to clean, easy to use and it looks amazing! I would ABSOLUTLEY recommend Mad City to ANYONE who is looking to upgrade/update what they currently have!!! Everything went great. The installers were on time, cleaned up inside & out, and were very professional. Answered all my questions.

The initial presentation in our home is what sold us. Had all of our windows replaced in November, no more drafts! Two screens had tiny tears and a caulk line on the outside was unfinished. My husband called and the service manager came out to inspect. Two weeks later the screens were replaced and caulk line finished. Very happy so far!

Mad City did an excellent job replacing our windows. They were very professional and completed the job in a timely matter. We felt a difference immediately in the temperature of the rooms we had done. The warranty is an added bonus.

The salesman, Kris W., was knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful of my time. He was very good at helping me decide what I truly wanted. He worked with me to secure very manageable financing. He also gave me his cell no. to call him at any time with concerns that I might have. The company was very timely in every aspect - securing the materials, contacting me to set up times, and following up to check my satisfaction. The two workmen, Chad and Jeff, showed up promptly at the scheduled time on the day of the installation. They diligently worked for 6 1/2 hours straight, removing my clawfoot tub, tearing off the wainscoting, putting in new surround, building a wall, and putting in my new tub/shower with shelves, curved rod, and two safety bars. They were able to work this in around my window, which was vital to me. Nick, the master plumber, came in to take care of the new plumbing needed, and was very thorough and efficient. Chad and Jeff were very courteous and cleaned up absolutely everything before their departure. It's amazing what three men accomplished between 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM. This has totally transformed my bathroom and I am delighted with it. I get many compliments. I highly recommend Mad City Bath!

We ordered a house full of new windows and a new patio door. Everyone we had talked to associated with Mad City was very professional. During install one of the guys noticed one of the security pieces was missing from one of the windows. A new window was ordered right away and installed as soon as it came in. Someone was off with the patio door after install, but the guy who came to install the window that was missing a piece fixed it up and it's working great! Very please overall!

It went very, very well--even though anomalies arose due to the age of the house, staff were creative in their working with those. Staff were very timely, worked hard and with focus; very friendly, completed a beautiful job. This was the third job in which I have hired Mad City/ previously bathroom windows, tub and tub surround, etc.; front screen door)

We are so glad we went with Mad City for our windows. Our service representative, Eric Brown, was very knowledgeable about the various types of windows and very patient as he took us through an excellent briefing of what was available to us. Our windows were professionally installed and are wonderfully secure and very nice looking. After comparing the quality of our windows and the cost with other manufacturers in the state we are confident we got the best deal possible. We would not hesitate to recommend Mad City windows to anybody.

We replaced our windows in two phases for budgeting purposes. First we did the upstairs windows in 2016. Then this year we knew the downstairs ones had to be done before winter. Our master bathroom tub was also in bad shape and we got an estimate for a walk in shower. We decided to go with both. Both jobs were scheduled for the same day which I would not recommend. It was just too much for one day. Do yourself a favor and only schedule one project at a time.The crew for the shower install was absolutely amazing! Each step of the way we were updated and asked to come view the progress. They were very professional and efficient. The window crew this time around was not up to par compared to one from 2016. They only had two people working and the job size required at least 3. It ended up having to be completed a few days later due to weather but this was OK. When the crew came back, a manager came along with additional people and made up for the inconvenience. The customer service and the quality of the products are excellent. From the initial in-home estimate, to the second measurement appointment, to the install- I would highly recommend MadCity Windows & Bath.

I've had all my windows done by these guys. No one would even give me a quote for my basement window except for these guys. They are the most professional guys in town. They come in, perform the job, and are out all in one day. Windows are all high quality, custom, lifetime warranty and look fantastic. I highly recommend them.
