From start to finish Mad City is very efficient and courteous. We had gotten several quotes from other companies for our window. Mad City was the best value for our dollar. Installation was very quick and were cleaning up as they went along. Finance was easy, because they have several companies that they work through.

Great experience with Mad City Windows. They were fast, friendly and professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Unfortunately we never even made it to the quote. Initial appointment scheduled for Tuesday 5/28/19 at 2pm. Company called earlier in the day to reschedule. Rescheduled the appointment for Friday at 10am. The company called me repeatedly on Thursday to confirm the appointment and the appointment was confirmed. At 10:40am on Friday I called into the company as no one had arrived yet. My appointment was on the schedule, but then apparently cancelled. I was told someone above the scheduling agent made the decision to cancel without notifying anyone of the cancellation. The reason they noted is that my spouse would not be home which they could not have known at the time of cancellation. Disorganization and lack of of customer service on all levels.

Our sales representative was fantastic! He was knowledgeable and patient about answering all our questions. A bonus was that he was understanding about being interrupted by our 2 puppies running around. He was even interacting with them during our meeting. He stayed much later than our scheduled time to make sure we had all the information we needed. The company communicated every step of the way. The installers were punctual and thorough, even with the cleanup. We are very satisfied with our windows and have not had any problems yet. However, one of the reasons we chose Mad City Windows was because of their quality guarantee and warranty

We recently had a new shower installed by Mad City Windows and Bath. From the sales pitch to the finished project, we couldn't be more pleased. They were in and out in a day, and you couldn't even tell a construction project was done in our bathroom. Great job, and we highly recommend them!

A little on the spendy side but definitely worth every penny. The sales person was friendly and knowledgeable and not pushy with the sale. I explained what I was looking for and he set me up. From the time I wrote the check to getting my window installed was a few weeks because of the vendor but once they got my window in I was scheduled and installed the next day. I would definitely recommend!!!

From salesman to installation it was a smooth process. Everybody at Mad City we dealt with was courteous and professional, very easy to deal with. The windows are serious quality and look great. The team of installers did a great job and cleaned up after their work.

We had our stand alone shower transformed into a full size walk-in shower. Work was completed in a timely manner with good quality and we have received many compliments on our new addition.

They came out at 8 a.m. and will finish by 5 p.m. they sent a man out to measure a month before then day. The installer did a wonderful job. They ripped off the walls and ripped out the tub. They put it in all no Plumbing for the shower. They put it on the walls. Then they coated the entire shower system with their wonderful guaranteed product. They wrapped our window frame in their product. We are very happy with the shower. We have wonderful pressure now and we don't have that ugly old shower. We would recommend them to anyone.

We were in SERIOUS need of a new bathroom. Ours was the original from when the house was build waaaay back. The tub was green for goodness sakes! But we saw an ad and decided to give Mad City a call. The original quote was more than we wanted. Not the quote itself, but we got talked into things we didn't truly want and the price was out of our budget. The next day we called and said we wanted to pass; but a manager came to talk to us and after we explained everything we really wanted, we got a second quote and knowing that we were finally heard made the difference. We have a new shower stall and we couldn't be happier! The workmen were here by 8 am and gone by 4pm. They were nice, polite and worked quickly and efficiently. Now that we had the new shower, we planned the rest of our bathroom off that shower. It has made a HUGE difference in our house and we can't recommend Mad City enough.

Would never hire them again. They cut a hole in my wall that they tried to patch up there mistake and it looks terrible. Clean up was terrible. They leave your bathroom floor ripped up so we ended up putting new floor. The trim around my doorway was damaged now I have to stain and put in new door. I paid $10.000.00 for nice bathroom and you dump me like this. The sales man pitch they spray foam in year wall so there will be no mildew. That was a big lie. They also use plywood instead of mildew free backing bord another lie. Sorry you guys stick.

Mad City did a great job on our shower conversion. Pete J helped us with the initial consultation and we enjoyed our time with him. He went above and beyond to make sure we would be satisfied with our final product decisions and we appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Installation was scheduled in a timely manner and took one full day to complete. The installer did a great job, was clean, quiet and respectful. We had to have a small shelf issue fixed a few months after install, but the guys came the next day and we've had no problems since. We're happy with our decision to go with Mad City and 100% recommend them!
