We had a great experience from the initial meeting to the end result with Mad City Windows. We had all of our windows done as well as a patio door. The salesman was very informative and yet, not pushy at all. The installers were professional and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves. They also showed us how our new windows operate. When we had one problem with one screen, they returned promptly and fixed it. We are enjoying the windows very much. We will recommend Mad City windows! Thank you

Live and learn... As you are paying off a huge debt for disappointment. We could have had our entire bathroom almost done for what we paid Mad City just to do our tub and surround according to our plumber and contractors. First of all they didn't get a permit and the plumbing wasn't up to code when they were done so we had to pay to fix it. They cracked our tile and didn't say a word. The tub was built so high above the tile we had to raise the entire bathroom floor before putting down new tile. The salesman told us they would drywall the wall they had to rip open and blend it with our current wall, but we had to beg and plead for them just to put up scrap pieces to cover the hole in the wall. The salesman also forgot that since we were not putting the tub between two walls that a wall had to be built. The wall partially covered the light switch that their electrician put in and it looks awful. Also we had a double light switch and the electrician refused to do the same thing despite there being room so now our light always turns in the vent fan. Additionally, the salesman insisted it would be completed in a day but when the installers showed up they said they would be lucky to have it done in two days. I did send a message to them on their website weeks ago and never heard back about these issues. I installers were friendly and I like the overall product but it's not worth the price especially when factoring in the additional cost when completing our bathroom.

Workmanship was excellent and very professional. Friendly people all around. The company works with you to make it what you want. The quality of the product is exceptional.

We had two patio doors and one storm door installed. The patio doors were custom-sized to fit. The installer was professional, knowledgeable and cleaned up when he was finished. We also had seven windows installed a few years ago and were so satisfied. We would definitely recommend Mad City.

Mad City replaced my old bathtub and shower with a new ceiling to floor walk-in shower. It was done in a day as they promised, and the project was completed by a crew that took care to clean up at the end leaving me with reasonable cleaning to do. The project required them to work around some rebuilding of corners and flooring and I was very pleased with the professional look in the end. I would recommend Mad City because they had great products for easy cleaning and minimal construction time with superior results.

I had 5 basement windows replaced and I was very impressed with the finished job, they were very good and fast and cleaned up after themselves.

Because of our wooded lot, salesman suggested switching from double hung to side by side sliders in the bedrooms. Delighted that we followed his suggestion! They are awesome! We get a clear unbroken view of our wooded lot. The guys who installed the windows were great! Polite, professional and efficient. Pricing was reasonable. Everyone we dealt with from the salesman, installers and staff were great. We have noticed energy savings already and are really happy about that! The workers were very friendly, motivated and moved right along. Talked to us and let us know what was happening when we had questions. Very professional, stayed until the job was done.

They did the work in one day. They were very thorough and did everything that I had requested. I was concerned that my flooring would need to be replaced after the job was done, but no harm was done to it. They left everything in order and were very good to work with. Very pleased with what Mad City did.

We were stopped by a sales team at a theater and we told them we had made plans to buy windows already, but had another dealer picked out. They convinced us to listen to their pitch, so we invited them to do a show and tell at our home. Scott Reynolds, our sales person , was top notch, and we decided to give our business to Mad Windows. We agreed to a time that fit our schedule, and they sent an installation team to do the work. They finished (Complete) all 23 windows in a day and a half. They did everything they promised to do, and the craftsmanship and quality is excellent. We love our new windows and the service and warranty we received.

Mad City Bath removed our old bathtub and replaced it with a beautiful walk-in shower that is handicap accessible for my elderly mother who lives with us. Our installer was friendly, efficient and clean and we are beyond thrilled with the end result. I would highly recommend and consider Mad City Bath for future projects!

We were approached by a Mad City representative in the lobby of the Marcus Theaters at Bay Park in Green Bay last winter. We listened to his pitch and, since we were considering renovating our bathroom showers, agreed to an appointment with an in-home sales agent in the near future. We had previously sat through a presentation by TundraLand, but the experience had been tedious and unsatisfying and neither my wife nor I were comfortable with the hard sales pitch; we were therefore skeptical going into our meeting with Ryan, the Mad City sales rep. who contacted us and then came to our home. We were both surprised by how straightforward the sales presentation was and were impressed by the materials that would be used in our remodeled showers and the warranties that would protect our investment. The cost of re-doing two showers, one upstairs and one off the master bedroom downstairs in our home, wasn’t cheap compared to what we could have purchased at Menards or Home Depot and paid to have installed. But the units that we bought promised to be durable and attractive, and the financing options that were presented to us made sense, so we contracted with Mad City. The installation of our new showers was a breeze. The crew that came to our house in mid-April was the epitome of professional and efficient. I had my doubts that the job could be completed in one day, considering the work that would have to be done extricating the old shower stalls, making whatever repairs might be needed to the foundation, and installing the new units. However, the three man team that did the job were both coordinated in their movements and tidy in what they did. My wife and I were both impressed with the care which they treated our house and the spaces where they worked. They did an admirable job of keeping disruption to a minimum in our household. Since the installation, we have enjoyed our new showers very much. We were surprised, however, that in the immediate aftermath of our installation, we weren’t contacted by our sales rep. or somebody else from Mad City to see how the job had gone and to address any issues or concerns that we might have. There are a couple minor things that we have questions about concerning the showers—niggling rather than major issues—but no one contacted us for feedback until the invitation to write this review. We have a seasonal cottage that is in need of a new shower, and we will certainly entertain a bid from Mad City for that job when we decide to do it. That is probably the best endorsement we can offer.

We had a great experience! I was surprised at how many options were available to custom fit our new shower to what we needed. The installation crew was great as well! They ran into a few delays because a tool broke but they were willing to stay late to finish in one day so we could get our shower back faster!

We replaced our old patio door which would no longer lock and was binding when we opened it. Mad City came out to give us a quote and while we were getting it Tim was paged out on a fire call. They set up another time that was convenient to us to go over the quote. Everything from start to finish was done around our schedule, which was so nice with our very busy schedules. The door was put in and what a dream it is. It opens so nice and not only has a lock, but has a deadbolt lock as well for added security. I sit at our dining room table to do schoolwork and no longer have a breeze hitting me in the back. Quality is definitely there! With Mad City you pick the door, they build it and install it. Very nice not to go to a big box store, order it and worry if you measured correctly, somehow haul it home, and then find someone reputable to put it in. Mad City guarantees this door, so ANY problems we have with it in the future, they will fix. I don't know where else you will find this ease and guarantee. Highly recommend Mad City!

Staff were on time and professional. Did an awesome job with the project as well as clean up. Would hire them again, and may do so for some window replacement this fall.

High quality product. Installation, quote and measurements were easily scheduled. The installation took 2 days rather the one we were expecting but that is still faster than anyone else would install a new bath/shower.

They had to remove and replace 6 windows. They were here and done in less than 3 hours. They cleaned up all of the mess that was made and didn't leave anything on the floors. They explained to me everything that they were doing and answered all of my questions. They were friendly and very professional. I would hire them again.

The entire process with Mad City Windows and Bath was very easy, yet thorough. The salesman came to our house and was very professional. He pointed out features of Mad City Windows that were lacking on other windows that we were considering. He took window measurements to arrive at a price that I feel that the price was very competitive. Once I signed a contract, an installer came to the house to measure again and verify initial measurements. They follow the professional standard of measure twice, cut once. The windows were expected to take 8 – 10 weeks to arrive, and they took less time than the estimate and arrived in 6 weeks. The installers that arrived to install the windows were very professional and did an excellent job. The new windows were a bit larger than the original so that necessitated trimming the siding on all four sides a little bit. They did it so well that you couldn’t tell where they trimmed. They cleaned up thoroughly both inside and outside when they were finished. The new windows operate so well compared to the old windows that we regret not having Mad City Windows installed in the first place! Excellent product. Professional staff. Timely delivery. Competitive prices. What more could anyone ask?
