Installation was completed in a very timely manner. Sales and installation workers were informative, efficient, and polite.

Everything went very well. From sales to site inspection to install crew could not have asked for a better result.

From beginning to end everything went well with our whole house window install. The crew they sent for the install was friendly, careful and cleaned things up nicely. The windows look great and are functioning well. The install was completed in one day as promised. We needed a small screen repair after and they took care of that with no hassle. Our energy bill did go down some, but not as much as suggested. Overall, a good value for good quality.

I love my Mad City Windows they are so beautiful and the entire crew from start to finish treat you so special it is an awesome experience and a wonderful group of people. Mad City Windows goes the extra mile and leaves you feeling happy and glad you purchased from them. A truly unique experience and I would recommend them for any one who wants quality work done a spotless house when they are done. DO NOT use Mad City! If your sale person promised you their door and screen door are better than others, don’t listen! Our main concern was our screen door on our old door. I very specifically showed the sales guy how small the handle was and how difficult it was to operate. He assured, promised, us the new screen door would be better and that it would have a much bigger better handle for opening and closing! We signed on for a new patio door and screen door. The price the salesman started at was almost $9000. After a couple discounts, calls to his manager and etc. we agreed to $5000. $5,000 dollars later we are left with a patio door that the glass appears with ripples in it and a screen door that has an even smaller handle and to be able to lock it the screws stick out the casing outside so their solution was to saw them off and put a mess of caulk on them to make them stick. There is caulk all over our wood casing around the door. The solution for the small handle that didn’t fix the problem we wanted to fix in the first place when buying this new door is a 3M hook taped to the door. This is an absolute joke! I will never recommend Mad City to anyone!

MadCity Bath did an awesome job on my Shower. I am extremely satisfied with it. Very low maintence. The installers were very clean Throught the installation. I love my new Shower. I would defiantly recommend MadCity Bath. They get A FIVE STAR from me.

Mad City did a FANTASTIC job with our windows! They quoted very competitively & received the product ahead of schedule. We were kept in the loop for the entire process and every person we interacted with was great. Will continue to recommend them to family and friends.

I couldn't be happier with our Mad City experience! We had a very difficult patio door and window replacement project because the supports under the door size window had rotted away. We knew it was more than a DIY project and we had put it off for years because we didn't know where to start. Mad City's sales and customer service people assures me they could handle the job and they gave us the ability to finance it at an extremely reasonable rate so we could finally afford to take care of this. The best part, though, was the crew that came to so the work for us. These were two incredibly talented gentlemen, who were polite, seem to be able to fix anything, and we would gladly have do more work on our house. They were far more than window installers. I am certain there is no problem they couldn't fix and I live that Mad City knew to send them given the information they had about the complexity of our problem. We did have some issues with weather, but their scheduler was awesome with communication and got it done for us with relatively minimal delay. The whole project was done in a day and a half just like they promised. I would not hesitate to work with them in the future and recommend them highly! We had estimates that were lower but chose Mad City because we were convinced of a quality product, the service was excellent, and they provided a financing option.

Had an overall satisfying and positive experience with Mad City. Steve did a great job with our tub install although some trim was left back at the warehouse the day of our install. However, he offered to work on the 4th of July to have it added even though we were able to squeeze him ahead of the holiday. Side note: it felt a bit like buying a new car during the sales process...although Kevin was professional and thorough in his presentation.

I have been trying since May to get these people to contact me regarding the bad installation of my shower. They keep saying they will have someone contact me. NOT. Haven't heard a word from them as of today!! I responded 3 times to the email David Opie sent for me to leave a positive review telling him about all this and he never responded until July 24th where he said "I have forwarded your concerns onto one of our field managers. You should be contacted within the next 24 hours." Today is August 8th and I still have not heard anything. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. Once they install your shower it's good bye, see you, and disappear. Now I have a shower that has been installed improper and cost me over $10,000.

We had a great experience with Mad City. They installed a new shower for us and we love it! The salesman and workers were professional and good to work with.

No-pressure sales process, promised what they delivered, and installation was quick & easy. Had half of my windows replaced the first go-round, and quickly noticed the difference...the new windows did not fog up during hot & humid weather, while my old ones still did. And my upstairs is noticeably more energy-efficient. Will be doing the rest soon!

I needed replacement of shower surround that had failed to the point that it was bulging and leaking in places, and could not be repaired. I contacted Mad City, which sent a salesperson to my house to discuss their product along with various options for my bathroom. I chose a relatively simple design without doors as I like using shower curtains to change my bathroom decor. However, there was an array of finishes, fittings, colors, and other design options from which to choose. It took a bit of negotiation to get the price to a figure that I thought was reasonable and competitive, based on my research into other bathroom options. They offered relatively low interest financing. The terms were acceptable. My bathroom panels were finished within about a month. I settled on a date for installation. This took the better part of two days, which was not a problem for me. I was able to use the sink and toilet throughout, but not the shower. The man who did the installation was polite and considerate of my time and my privacy. He also tolerated my crabby cat, which was a plus. The quality of materials is excellent. The surround is acrylic, which has a beautiful smooth, glossy appearance. It's thicker than the materials used for the shower surrounds sold in home improvement stores. I'm disabled and need grab bars for stability. The white bars they provided are a nice match to the walls of the surround. The floor is a non-slip material. One reason I chose Mad City was that I feared there might be mold behind the old surround, and they included mold mitigation as part of the package. By some miracle, there was no mold behind the surround, but there was rotted wood under the window and in the floor. He cut away the damaged wood and replaced it without additional charge. There was blown-in insulation behind the old surround, which fell out when he removed the panels. He replaced it with batting, which should do a better job of insulating the shower. He had to cut away a little bit of the metal cover for my baseboard heater, but made it look 100% better than before by constructing an end cap out of scrap acrylic. So far, the shower surround has been great. No complaints.

We had two bathrooms redone by Mad City and we are very happy with the results! The employees were awesome and personable. We were always kept up to date on what was happening through the whole process. I highly recommend Mad City to anyone thinking about remodeling to their home!

Well at first. We had a solid plan and quarter date in Oct ‘18. They missed the due date and promised us we would be the first ones when the weather broke in spring. In Late fall of 18 we realized we wanted to change the project... repeatedly tried to meet with the planner, sales person, or construction guy to hammer out details.... countless attempts were made. The one construction coordinator tried to field our question but it was like he didn’t read what we had sent him regarding changes. He kept responding with wrong drawings even after we tried to correct him by email... again no one came out to hear what we wanted to change. After a couple more totally incorrect sketches of our vision for the patio I told the construction Gus boss I didn’t want him on the project. We immediately got a response from the sales staff promising to rectify the situation. Then crickets for months. We decided to just settle for the original project and work he new plan on our own. Once they get a down payment on a project you are screwed. They will take the projects that net then more cash and let the little ones sit until they need fill in work. They also promised to have there guys construct the project. Well they subbed out the concrete work to a guy they had never met (did a great job tho) and the patio cover guys were employees who normally do bathrooms. I will NEVER use or recommend MadCity to anyone. They suck. Dave Doerflinger

Love the walk in tub for my handicapped son, it makes giving him a bath so much easier. They were great on getting it in when they said it would be in.

The entire experience was great. The staff was extremely helpful and flexible during the consultation and installation process. My windows had to be made custom sizes and you would never know it because Mad City made everything look very uniform and the installation was so precise. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for new windows!

We recently had Mad City Windows and Bath install 18 windows and add a shower. It was a two-day job. While it's too early to judge the quality of the products, we assume they will be excellent as well they should be at the price this company charges. The workers were professional, efficient and seemed highly qualified. The problem with this company and the reason I must rate them so poorly (and would never recommend them to anyone) is not due to the product or workmanship but to the awful and insulting nature of their financial dealings with me. I agreed to pay half of the bill up front and the remainder after the completion of the job. After the first day's work was done, they made a huge deal about me paying the remainder of the bill. Mind you, the work had not been completed. They agreed to take a credit card payment. I maxed out my credit card, which resulted in 90% of the bill being paid. On the evening of the second day I received what was to be the first of six calls, each more insistent than the next that I complete my payment. I told them a cashier's check would be forthcoming as soon as I could arrange it with my credit union. This despite the fact we have not had time to judge how good of a job they've done or whether all the windows (and shower) work as promised. The treatment I received during the next five days (a weekend intervened - the company is closed on weekends) was intrusive and degrading. My credit rating is over 800. They obviously knew where I lived. Yet I was made to feel like some kind of deadbeat - for not getting them their final 10% in less than a week! I've never before been treated this way by a company. The representative even threatened to take the final amount from my credit card without permission (it wouldn't have been successful on a maxed out card, of course). Years ago, I had a collection agency contact me on a problem that was eventually decided in my favor. Even they did not treat me with the sort of disrespect I got from Mad City. If this company's cash flow is in such dire straits that they can't afford a few days leeway in payment, perhaps there are other issues potential customers need to be worried about, too.

Our materials were ready for installation faster than we thought. The crew arrived at the specified time. They worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up when done. They showed us how to operate the new Windows.

All went well, windows look great. Everyone was professional, and very nice. The installers were nice, and cleaned everything up, and then explained the windows and made sure we were happy with the windows. I would defiantly recommend Mad City Windows.

It turned out amazing. Mad City walked us through each step and made sure we were happy before moving on to the next step. We are extremely happy with how it turned out. Installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. If we ever have a project like this again we would call Mad city in a heart beat.

Very happy with my new bathtub! The salesman was informative. The installers were early, efficient, helpful and professional. I feel confident in the items I purchased. The only reason I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the subcontracted electrician that came to install the light/fan vent; he was an hour late, no apologies, very unprofessional, made me uncomfortable with him doing work in my house. I know that wasn’t MadCity, but they subcontracted that part of the work and it wasn’t handled like I would have preferred. But all in all happy with the final product, and will look to them for further projects.
