Everything was great from salesman Dave to completion of job. Timely and professional work. Also had Mad City take out tub and install walk-in shower previous to window job.

I love my Mad City Windows, the investment really paid off. They keep the cold out, and the heat in. No drafts like my old windows. They really made my duplex a lot better to live in.

They wouldn't even come to look at the project. They said they would only come if 3 or more windows needed replacing. Not very good customer service.

All the work done by Mad City Baths was fantastic and was done on time! Our new walk-in shower is a joy and we are very very happy with all that Mad City Baths did for us. Highly recommend!

Mad City Windows replaced two of our old picture windows with two sliders. I was impressed with the installation...the guys were efficient and knowledgeable. We love the new windows...they sliders close tightly but provided some great cross-ventilation during those hot late summer days.

We had a new shower & bath installed and it was a great experience! No issues at all. Great service, everything was completed on-time and as requested. We even got to specify the exact location we wanted for each shower shelf and handrail during the installation.

Everything went smoothly. The Installers were very professional. Will be looking to installing other windows and doors in the near future.

Sales person was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Installed all windows in a day as promised, but were a little careless with the plants in our front yard. I would recommend them though to family and friends.

We absolutely LOVE our new windows! We were just shopping around but when we saw the demo for how wonderful Mad City windows are for energy efficiency we were blown away! We started with our bedrooms and it’s an unbelievable comfort difference compared to the rest of our house- we can’t wait to finish our project! No more plastic and frost covered windows for us this winter! Installation was quick and professional, and they look amazing from the outside, too!

I would definitely recommend the doors. We just would insist on a different installer. The one we had didn't do things correctly and had to have someone else come out to correct/fix the problems.

I love that the screens and windows have a lifetime warranty. Also the person who comes in and shows you the windows shows how much energy it keeps inside. A good way to lower your electric and gas bill.

It went awesome, the people that work here are professional and very nice. They were always there when they said they would be and always on time. The roof turned out wonderful, we now use this space like another living room, but outside. We love it! Thanks again Mad City!!!!

ca·ve·at emp·tor The Good, The Bad and The Ugly Spent $41,000 for new windows. The Good – The sub contracted installation crew arrived on time, were polite, professional and did a great job. Financing through outside lender that Mad City uses at 0% financing for 84 months. Don’t take their initial offerings of 18 and 36 months. The Bad – Contract signed in May 2019 with a “tentative” installation date within 8 weeks. Waited until the 12th week and had to call them. Informed windows just arrived and they were about to call us. Should have read the supplemental page that “basically” said, you won’t hear from us until widows arrive so don’t call us, we will call you. Of course, always feel free to call. lol. Never received a copy of the 40% guaranteed reduction in heat and A/C bills in first year. Verbal only, my fault for trusting sales person John Winkler as we are still waiting for written guarantee. The Ugly – Asked installation crew when the windows would be cleaned of manufacturing dust, fingerprints and the numerous stickers (see picture). Was informed they do not clean the windows! Called Mad City and asked to talk to the President Nathan or Vice President Cory and was informed by the “answering service” they did not know who they were but would pass on the information. Called their HR department directly as the answering service said they cannot transfer calls. HR said that neither Nathan or Cory are available to take calls and “someone” would contact me. Received a voicemail from the local “production manager” and said they do not wash windows or remove stickers. Called sales person John Winkler, explained the dissatisfaction and he stated that it was industry standard to leave the stickers in place and not clean windows even though he said to look forward to nice clean new windows at the time of sale as our windows were very dirty. Had to pay $345.00 to have windows cleaned. Window cleaner had to charge more due to the difficulty of removing the stickers. Oh, and by the way, sales person John Winkler gave me his cell number as a closing technique to demonstrate trust. Of course, he does not return or answer calls once he knows your number. As I am a contractor that always honors my estimators verbal commitments, I should have known better. I put my trust in Mad City Windows sales person John Winkler. NEVER sign a contract without EVERYTHING SPOKEN IN WRITING!

The job went VERY WELL. They showed up on time, they were VERY professional in there work. I would Hier them again if I need something else done.
