Mad City Windows & Baths

Very pleased with the service. They were in and out in one day replacing 6 windows and the patio door. Everything was cleaned up and in order when they left. The windows look great and have made the house very quiet.

I had all the 1950s windows in my home replaced. Once the windows came in, they were installed in a timely manner. The workers were neat and cleaned up after themselves. I did need to have them return to make adjustments on several of the windows. Their response time was excellent. I had a huge picture window that I wanted changed to include double hungs to provide cross ventilation in the living room. I love what they did with that space.

We got a new patio door and shower in our guest bathroom. Both projects look amazing and the installers were awesome going out of there way not to inconvenience every day living. I would recommend Mad City to anyone looking for upgrades to there home.

I had my windows installed in October and wanted to take the time to rave about the installers. They provided such excellent customer service! My windows looked beautiful after they were done. They took the time to answer all of my silly female questions about the process. They made sure to replace all of the rotten wood instead of just covering it up. I wasn't able to move some of the bigger items away from the windows and they said not a problem and moved them for me. What impressed me the most is that I have an 8 month old puppy that is afraid of men and they went out of their way to try to make her feel comfortable with their presence. I absolutely loved my experience with Mad City.

We had our windows replaced by Mad City. It was our first major home project as new homeowners and I have to say, they made the experience easy and were extremely helpful! I would recommend them over and over again!

I spent WAY more money on this project than I should have. The staff was friendly. The shower they installed is perfect. For the project itself, they were in and out of my home within a day. The representative who came out for the free in home inspection and consoltaition easily pressured me into signing up for the services. He told me that they didn't subcontract and the guys that would come out would be in a mad cities vehicle and be wearing their logo. That wasn't true. The people who came out were subcontractors and openly admitted to it. The lady said she was normally a teacher and just subcontracted for some summer break money. They did a good job and were nice. I just wish the representative wouldn't have pressured me and would have been more honest or informed about what actually goes on in the company vs spewing the information that he did. He didn't even mention that I could have had the rest of my bathroom done at the same time, because honestly since I took a loan out for $10k+ I might as well have had my enite bathroom re-done for that loan. Btw my trailer itself was only $12k. Financially I severely regret having gone though Mad City Bath for this project. However, my bathroom shower is indeed amazing. I would just recommend only doing so for a house and to not get pressured by a sales representative. Pay attention before giving information or signing. Don't let them walk you though things as if it's normal or tell you that they need your information to give you an estimate on prices. Don't let them distract you with catalogs and picking out your dream bathroom unless you have set your heart to spend a fortune and are investing into a real house! Again, beautiful shower, friendly workers, costs an arm and a leg.

The work was done well and efficiently. The sales person to the installers were all very professional yet nice. Work was done in a timely fashion and I love the lifetime warranty! I would definitely recommend.

Mad City did an excellent job. They were on time and worked efficiently to complete the job in one day. They consulted us during the project to make sure our needs were met. We are very happy with our new shower stall and the quality of the materials they use. We would definitely recommend them for this type of project.

Excellent, from the initial sales presentation to a wonderful installation

Our shower installations were completed and paid for four months ago. They were completed quickly which was nice. Upon completion, we were a little disappointed by a couple of the finishing details and they told us they would take care of it. Knowing that they were very busy, I did tell them that it wasn't something I needed done immediately. But after a month, I was a little perturbed that there was no response. Since then I have sent an email, and called and left messages with our salesperson/manage. Perhaps these poor reviews will initiate a response?

We had over 30 windows, our front door, and a slider replaced. Three men did an excellent job and completed our house in just 3 days! We love our new high quality windows. I recommend working with MadCity.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. So friendly and professional. Dustin stayed 4 hours to help us figure out a payment plan that worked for us. Within a month the windows were ready to be installed. Justin installed the windows in one day. The windows look amazing and the warranty is even better. That’s why we decided to go with Mad City. I definitely would recommend them and will do business with them again.

Ordered windows for our kitchen and basement. When it came time to come they didn't show up. Not only didn't they show for the first appointment they didn't show up for the second appointment. Cancelled and requested my money back. Obviously they aren't a dependable company.
