Great. Quick and easy from first quote to installation. Which unfortunately I normally anticipate a major headache dealing with projects like this. This one was not so if we need more work done I would definitely use them again

It took a few tries to get it right, but as they promised, they made sure I was satisfied with the project. They were very pleasant and professional.

The consult was very informative. We decided to replace three windows on the back of our home, as they were the most necessary. The company was in close contact to schedule a convenient time. We did have a reschedule due to snow fall. They installed on a Saturday morning and left without a mess behind. The windows are custom and have improved the look and function of our home. Our utilities were reduced by the new windows. We plan on using them again for the remaining windows.

They did a great job. Love the windows. They were prompt and efficient. They cleaned up the work area and were very friendly. Would recommend them.

We had a bath to shower conversion done in our upstairs bathroom. the Sales person (Cory) was very knowledgeable and polite! the installer was professional and paid attention to detail. It took two days ( Bad weather, was the why it took two days. Mad City did a wonderful job installing the new walk in shower. I show it off to every one that comes to my house. Mad city dose a lot of other types of improvments, I would say to you, ' Give them a try" or get a a quot. try ( Mad City ) when you are looking to for a new home project!

From quoting to installation it was a smooth process. Overall great experience. Great results. I really like my new front window- really updated the look of my house.

This is a great company to work with, first their price was lower than other competitors, and there was no hard sell. I feel that the quality of their product, was way above normal. I like the lifetime guarantee on both the products and the workmanship. They came out twice to make sure everything was measured correctly and really set my mind at ease, with the way they explained the whole installation process. The installation started the day they told me it would and the crew, showed up on time and were very professional in there work ethic. I really love the way my bathroom looks now, and have had six of my neighbors in to see the remodel. One of them has already had their bathroom redone after seeing mine. This remodel will add value to my home in years to come , and since I have arthritic hips, taking out the tub, has really made taking a shower much easier

Had them back four times and the shower pan still does not drain. All of the guys that came to repair problems alway promise to come back, but they do not come back nor do they or anyone else from Madcity call.

Mad City was great . The shower enclosure replacement required more height and width and I was very happy with how it came out. The work was done in about 2 days they did a excellent job. Was extremely happy with the new enclosure and lighting . Would totally recommend them again.

We had Joe from Mad City come out to give us a quote for new windows and doors in our house. We were very impressed with how he handled everything, he explained everything and was very through in the measurements he took. Their pricing was awesome and gave me the best price up front with out me having to go back and forth with them for hours to get a better deal. On top of their great pricing they also offered 0% financing! When it came down to having the windows installed they were very professional! They were here right on time, and got right to work! You can tell that they took pride in the their work and truly cared! When they were finished they vacuumed every room they were in (not just by the windows, but the entire room)! Overall my experience with them was great, they are a very professional company and truly care about their customers! Thanks for doing an awesome job!

Mad City Windows did a great job! They were very professional, and protected furniture and other household items. They did a beautiful job on the windows, and cleaned everything up when they were done. The Windows are great looking and help to keep out the Wisconsin winters. I would highly recommend them if you need new windows!!

Pros: Installation crew did really well, and notice a big difference in the current windows.. Cons: when salesman comes to your house you are told everything you want to hear in order to buy the product. We were asked what we wanted to spend per month and our limit, in the end we are paying almost double what we wanted to spend. As well as we were told the total cost, but due to the undisclosed interest thru the company you pay it makes you partly almost 1.5 -2 times more than what was agreed on... we were told the certain length of getting the windows made... when we called when it was that time and we did not get a call, we were told they were really busy and behind and didnt even get started on our windows that had to be custom made. When we tried to cancel we were given the run around and heard nothing but excuses. We had agreed also at the time where they had a perk of dinner and movie, but I lost the paperwork to it and when I asked what could be done I was told they would get me another certificate, but for almost 2 weeks could not connect besides messages, certificate was never received. I was asked to fill out a survey after completion of installation, and basically was informed they would follow up with any issues or problems... to this day was never contacted almost 6 months later. They got their sale and dont seem to care past that . I honestly think 3 stars may be to high due to the customer service issues, but product seems durable for now and installation was ok. Recommend? Prob not.

Mad City was great from the start to the end. The 1st visit on explaining what would happen, picking out the stand-up shower, fixtures, and finishes. The work was done in about 2 1/2 days they did a wonderful job. So glad we had them do the work. Would totally recommend them again.

We had mad City tear out a jetted tub and install a walk in shower. This was a custom job and everything from initial meeting through the end was perfect. The outcome was a huge transformation and I thank Mad City Baths for their professionalism . I will use them in the future.

Seemless experience from the salesman all the way through to the installation team. After install and inspection there were a few tears in the screens which they of course replaced free of charge just like they promise. The windows are amazing AND we are already noticing a reduction on the heating bill!!! Would highly recommend them to everyone!!

From the time we spent with the sales rep at our home going over options and pricing, to install, we had a pleasant experience with Mad City Windows. They were easy to work with, arrived when they said they would and did not take longer than they said the project would take. They also did a good job cleaning up afterward. We replaced almost every window in our home and the windows look fantastic. The seals on each window have, so far, been fine. We did not have a negative experience with the installers breaking anything, or leaving trash in our yard. They were professional, and their work is nice - no subpar installs. Everyone was always polite and responsive to our wants and needs. Our windows look amazing and really make our old house look more up-to-date. Plus, these energy efficient windows have really helped us save on our energy bill!

Mad City Windows and Baths have it together. I love my new patio door and large encased window. Their attention to details and planning is smoothly done. I will admit there were a few bumps with my association requirements but they handled them great and informed me of necessary changes. I will recommend them to all my friends.

It went awesome, the installer & helper were friendly, worked very hard & precisely. Because the were done in Wisconsin on December 17th the weather was not co-operative & they had to come back to finish the trim. Awesome work done, even in the rain & snow & freezing cold. They are our new superheros & will be back to do 6 more windows around October this year.
