The completed project is good overall. You must be aware that the work is being performed by various contractors whom likely have done multiple previous projects, and you will be asked to sign off on approval paperwork as soon as it is done. Some time after the work was done, several electrical outlets in an adjacent room were found not working. Later, a licensed electrician found a 3-wire cable in the wall that had been cut clean through as if struck by a sawzall or similar tool. It is because of this oversight that a 3-Star rating is being given. You must also inspect the trim work of your project, for scratches or other defects that may occur during installation. I did in good faith attempt to contact the person whom sent the invite to post a review of this project, and there was no response.

We were very happy with our decision to go with Mad City to replace our bathtub and shower. The one that was with the house when we moved in was an old porcelain one that could only fill up with like 7 inches of water. We had a little one on the way and needed something that was safe to bath him in. We love the new tub. The workers were on time and very professional. If they were unsure on something they made sure to ask questions. The tub was installed in one day!

We updated our fiberglass shower to acrylic. Mad city were very easy to work with and were very knowledgeable on their product.

I had a new shower installed through Mad City Windows and Baths. The shower is exactly what I wanted and was installed in 1 day. I had an issue with some damage done on the walls and Mad City addressed the issue and fixed it right away.

I would recommend Mad City to anyone. They are very professional. Answered any and all questions that I had. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They clean up after themselves so nicely that you wouldn't even know they had just replaced every window in my home. If you need windows you should call them!!

Mad City Windows replaced all our windows in one day. The workers were very professional and cleaned up very well once everything was complete. The windows have a lifetime warranty and transfers to the next owner which is really nice.

My installation was the second week in December 2019, it was COLD outside, but 2 HUGE windows were put in place within 8 hours with everything cleaned up and working properly. All workmen were very proficient and I am extremely happy with all aspects of their work. My living and dining rooms were certainly warmer last winter with my new windows which lowered my heating bills and saved this senior citizen some money.

We had them install a shower and patio door for us on two separate occasions. Both times we’ve been extremely satisfied with the work from start to finish. They sold us on a great product, install was super easy and they worked with us and follow-up has been seamless.

Everything went very well. Mad City worked with us to choose products that fit our budget. They were all friendly, thorough and professional. The work was started and completed in the promised time frame. I'm definitely a convert from ceramic tile to their great product. It has the look of tile, but is so easy to maintain. I love it! I wish Mad City would also install floors. Maybe in the future???

We went to a local home show where they had a booth. We gathered some information and signed up to have someone come to out house and tell us about their windows. The sales guy was on time and very knowledgeable. We had all our windows replaced. The windows were replaced in April 2020. The installers were polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had a couple minor issues with the windows after they were installed. I called right away and they sent someone out and got everything fixed up. We are very happy with our new windows.

Done quickly and cleaned up when done. My bathroom looks great. They coordinated plumbing, electrical, and carpentry and everyone arrived on time.

We were promised one day which turned in to a lot more than one day. They took off our crown molding and just did a simple cut (which looked horrible) to put it back up. The shower head did not have the force they claimed it would. We went with high end finishes for everything. No one responded to our calls until I finally got the direct number to the local shop. I had to keep the conversation going and keep checking in with things. It took them 3 trips to finally get the crown modeling up back up right and we had to wait weeks in between for them to be able to order it and then to re-order it. Our glass shower doors still do not come completely up to the wall. They do far enough that it doesn't let the water out but there is a noticeable gap between the door and wall as it goes up. I do have to say the actual workers were very nice and professional. I would not go with these people again. We do have one more bathroom we are redoing and have contacted another contractor. From start to fnish it took over 4 months for them to get it all done. The shower only took two days to install but to get the combined shower head took much longer to get right and the crown molding they ruined and had to replace.

Amazing!! We had a wall moved and new shower installed in less than a day! We love our new shower! The quality is far better than we expected!

Installation went well. Had to call a few weeks later to have one fixture that was discolored replaced. Took 3 phone calls and e-mails to get a response. Someone did stop in eventually and put in the request to get the replacement which happened about a week later. Now the fixture looks good and not disculored.

Every thing went smoothly, although the installer ran into a "surprise" when putting in the mulled window in my front room. He worked around the issue and everything is great. Love the energy efficiency of the windows and how nice they look.
