went to the website and left my name and number for a quote. got a call back within a couple minutes. made a appointment for a salesman visit . the salesman was here on time and professional. he showed me his samples and i made the purchase. mad city called when the door came in and scheduled an appointment for install. J.D. and his team was here on time. the old door was removed. insulation was added as needed in the frame and the new door was installed. they cleaned up the mess and took the old door away. J.D. showed me the features of the door and left. a couple of hours later another guy came out to check on the door. he was the quality assurance guy. he checked it over inside and out and left. the door is great and you can tell the difference from the old one. keeps out more sound and heat during the summer. cant wait to see what is does during the winters.

They are a great company to work with. They installed my patio door and I love it. They were on time, cleaned up everything, finished in no time.

We love our new Mad City shower and wish we would have junked our old tub/shower years ago. The planners worked with us when we had to adjust our installation date, the install team went above and beyond on the trim work and we got a quick response when we had to have the shower doors slightly adjusted. We are completely satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mad City to others.

Mad City Bath installed a walk in shower to replace our outdated cast iron tub. Being the only bathroom in the house we need in done in a day. Mad City was able to do that as well give us a shower that is beyond our expectations. Thank you Mad City for the amazing shower!!!

A+ service from start to finish! Salesman Scott was not pushy, had a sense of humor was great to work with. He was patient while I picked out colors, border designs, fixtures etc. The estimator pointed out some things such as moving the drain from the middle of the tub to the top where it should be and when we agreed we were told there was no extra charge. My husband planned to do the demo of the old bath and was told exactly how to do it so it was ready when the installer and plumber showed up. The plumber, Ron showed up on time the first day and unfortunately he ran into some unexpected complications in our existing plumbing which caused him to take much longer on the plumbing install. Again, no extra charge. He was very professional and indicated it was important to him to get it right. This did cause the tub installer, Phil to come back a second day to finish up. He was very polite and informative as the process moved along. When it came time to leave the first day he started to pick up all of the drop cloths they had put on our floors to prevent marking them up and we told him to just leave them overnight. He was very concerned about us possibly slipping on them and after some discussion we convinced him we would be just fine. He then started to load up all his tools so there was no mess overnight and again we told him it was fine to leave them in the bathroom since we wouldn’t be using that end of the house anyway. After some coaxing we finally convinced him to leave them so he didn’t have to unload them again the next day. Both guys were always very polite and conscientious about our property and safety factors. They came back a week later and installed our new shower in our master bath. That one didn’t require moving the drain so everything went very well. 1 day in and out. The finished product is beautiful in both rooms. We absolutely love it!! After using the new shower about a week I discovered I should have asked for more shelves. My husband reached out to Phil about the possibility of getting 2 more installed and the cost of doing so and he said “ no problem, I will order them up and install them when they come in at no charge. A couple of weeks later he was back with 2 new shelves as promised. I have to say there was a it of sticker shock when I first saw the cost. When I saw the finished look and realized how much extra effort those guys put in I can honestly tell you it was worth every penny. The company stands behind their bid and has outstanding staff to represent them. I would definitely hire them again and have recommended them to friends.

Mad City Representative was on time and very knowledgeable. Answered all our questions and concerns. Explained all the processes. Technician that did all the measuring was on time and very accurate. The installers were on time and very efficient, job was done as promised and finished product is great.

We spent $16,000 for new windows throughout our home. I do not take spending that amount of money lightly. Mad City Windows was incredible to work with. Windows were on time and the attention to detail showed by their installer was something you rarely see today.

Mad City did send a person to measure after the sale. He took LOTS of pictures. I'm very happy with the product and the install, which included insulation.

We are very satisfied with the customer service as well as installation we received from Mad City. We were sold immediately from the initial consultation. Our sales rep provided great customer service and explained everything and answered any questions we had. The installation of the windows was great too. There were only two installers and they installed a whole house full of windows in one day. They were courteous and hard workers. They walked us through how to operate and care for the windows. We are highly satisfied and would recommend Mad City to anyone looking for new windows!

From start to finish my experience with Mad City windows was excellent, from calling to get an appointment for estimate, for measurement of windows and installation. Everyone was pleasant, knowledgeable and proficient. The windows were in stalled in one day with all the old windows and site cleaned. The windows look great. I am very happy with the entire procedure. From start to finish was 6 weeks.

They came out right away for the estimate and got the install scheduled in a very reasonable time. The install crew was great and cleaned up everything. We had an issue with one window not being exactly what we wanted. A supervisor came right out and worked with us to get us what we wanted. Great service!

From the salesman to the installation I was very satisfied. When something was not quite right, they responded immediately and made it right. I can't wait to see the savings this winter! They also have a super warranty! Even for the sliding screen door!

The sales guy was very knowledgeable the scheduler to install the windows had great customer service and the installers we in and out as scheduled and very detailed to the process.

The Mad City installers arrived promptly, worked proficiently and efficiently. They were very polite and did a complete job. The Mad City inspector noticed a small flaw in the patio door seal (something that we hadn't noticed) and ordered a new panel. When it came in he arranged to do the replacement. Great product, great service, good price. We will use Mad City again when we need to do replacement.

Our house was built in 1918 and had original windows throughout, it was a huge energy drain and in fact some of them we couldn’t even get open! Mad City gave us a very thorough estimate and overview and we decided to redo every window. The customer service was outstanding, any issue was immediately addressed and dealt with, we were informed of every step along the way and really enjoyed the personal care the display for their customers. Installation was very organized and professional, they were able to install all windows in 2 days, we had leaded glass in some windows and it was a relief to have Mad City take care of disposal for us. Our house is air tight with our new windows, you can feel what a huge difference they make in the house. Finally, they just look so darn nice, we have had so many compliments from neighbors and family and we are always glad to share our great experience with Mad City windows with them!
