Mad City Windows & Baths

We are pleased with our bath remodel that included a new tub, tub surround and wainscot walls. There was one small problem with the walls due to the ceiling and walls not being plumb however they did go above and beyond by doing more than was was agreed upon by making plumbing improvements, installing a new lighted medicine cabinet and repairing a light fixture. They were very courteous and the installer even made a suggestion for a change that we agreed would be better.

Work was done middle of Dec 2019. The installers were professional and the job was completed in one day. It made a difference in keeping my heating bills down over last winter. I was so happy with work that I recommended mad city windows to her. My daughter is using them to have them install new sliding door on her porch.

My experience with Mad City was fantastic. It was a large window replacement and they met my expectations with quality, time and price. Would highly recommend.

We love our new shower. They were here as scheduled and completed the work in 1 day, removed all debit along with leaving a clean bathroom. There was a flaw in one of the shower doors which was replaced with no problem. We are very happy we chose Mad City to do our bathroom

We had half of our house windows replaced by Mad City Windows. Installers were ontime, courteous and hard workers. Completed the job in one day. The products themselves are not ideal. The casement screens do not have any type of latch on outside so can be slid open by an animal. Thus when we left our window open during the night, a critter slid open the screen from the outside and our pet cat escaped!! What good are screens on a window if they are not secure? We asked about this and they said that is how they are made, without any latch. The patio screen door is more flimsy than a camper door and has already had to be replaced once. We received NO invoice with prices on it. During salesman visit he quoted a price and that is what we were charge, none of the television advertisements that we mentioned were deducted from that price. Each time we mentioned the free door install event, salesman changed subject and "would get back to that". Now, we have requested, multiple times, a final invoice from them showing a breakdown of each window cost, and have not gotten one. Yet received a payment past due notice from finance department! We were still waiting for our damaged screen door to be replaced, and yet they were charging us finance charges & past dues!! Needless to say we will not have the second half of our home done by Mad City Windows

Over all they did a great job. Even though window's are a bit pricey!

We had a great experience from the start. Met the team at the home and Garden show. Set up an in home visit where they presented their product. We ended up agreeing on a new Patio Door. Ordering what we wanted was very easy and smooth. When it was time to install, they were on time and professional. The finished product is beautiful and everything they said it would be. Thanks for everything and look forward to doing new windows next.

Mad City set up an appointment for window construction as these were not standard sizes. Timing was very quick on the manufacturing and the install crew was excellent. Install was suppose to take 2 days, but was completed in one. The crew was like a well oiled machine and when done other than new widows, one would not know they were even there. Everything was cleaned up and all packing was removed, along with leaving sparkly clean windows. The windows so far meet all expectations. I hope to see a reduction in heating needs this winter. We loved working with Mad City Windows and Baths! They did an amazing job with our bathroom remodel! The staff were very friendly and responsive. They were able to replace our bath tub with a nice, modern tub and beautiful acrylic tiling in just one day! Our bathroom feels like a spa and I could not be happier with the quality of the work.

From the initial visit the salesperson was very easy to deal with, knowledgeable and not pushy. He helped walk us through the options and listened to what we wanted. He even helped save us several hundred dollars by recommending a double window to replace two existing side-by-side windows. The windows were ready earlier than promised, and installed (10 windows, ranch style house) in one day. The installation crew was polite and respectful. Mad City was recommended to us by our friends, and I would gladly recommend them to others.

We could not be happier with Mad City. From start to finish they were great. No pressure sales. Communicated every step of the way and worked around our schedule to get the install done ASAP. Install was amazing how they did the complete house in one day. Installers were courtious and quality of work was second to none. We also had to have a guy come out after install to look at a latch. They seemed to drop everything to accomodate me. Completely satisfied and the product is amazing. Now that it is getting colder we are really noticing a difference in the house. Great Job. Everyone on the team was so cooperative to get our project done. The installers did a great job and where so nice and polite. We will be doing future projects with them too!

We had Mad City remove our existing bath tub and replace it with a walk in shower. Salesman and Installation was professional and completed in one day even though the job took alot longer than expected for installation. I would recommend them to anyone.
