very very expensive.$5000 more than actual price.they quoted $16700 for 6 windows.come on now.ended up paying $9600 for same 6 windows.they hired sub contractual who told that the job would had cost me $350x6 only.Mad city is the last people you want deal with.

Beautiful windows ...started with large living room windows and decided to get new windows throughout the house because of quality. Great customer service from the sales visit to the installation.

The process was smooth from start to finish. Work was done as contracted in one day with beautiful results.

Mad City succeeded with beautiful work on my roof, Soffit, Facia and Gutters. I love the professionalism of the crew who was nice and respectful of what I was looking for and made that happen. I delt a lot with the owner Nate and he listened and helped make my house look awesome. When I had concerns they were quick to get back to me and my concerns. When problems did arise they were willing to work with me and helped fix it quickly. Prices are a little pricey but you get what you pay for with their work. My house has never looked so beautiful. I love their work. I was worried because this was my first home and I wasn’t sure with the high price tag what I was getting into but was quickly put at ease with the transformation they made to my house. Originally spoke with Mad City about having seven windows done. While they were here I had them look at my bathroom as well. After going over all the options I was so impressed with the price and options I had both jobs booked. Very happy with the quality and customer service, would highly recommend.

Did not hire - did not like sales tactics - come in with a high price and then pressure the signing of the contract by stating if they walk about the door the lower price goes away (no time to compare or in this case think about the pricing)

Not only were we pleased with the professionalism of the staff, but the product is amazing too! We've saved so much on our gas and electric bill since installation was completed.

Excellent service. Installation of our new shower was completed in 1 day as promised. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace their bath.

Their follow through is terrible. They were supposed to come back and finish a few things on our window install and haven’t seen or heard from them in over 5 months. They are very pricey and don’t care about how they treat their customers. Huge communication break down in their organization!

Dave was our rep and was very professional and personable. He was very knowledgeable of Mad City's product and was able to sell it without 'bashing' other companies. We were very impressed with their ability to get us into the schedule (even in the winter) and complete the job on time. We really like their lifetime warranty and pricing promises. We will continue to do business with Mad City in the future as their product, personnel and services were top-notch.

They were very punctual, professional and very informative at all times. They worked with me to install my windows around my schedule and made sure they were to my satisfaction. The windows were very high quality and held in heat a lot better than my old windows (which has become more important as winter keeps getting colder every year). Overall a very happy customer!

This is our second time working with Mad City Bath and we were very happy! They installed a wonderful new shower in our downstairs bathroom and a new tub surround in our upstairs bathroom. Both we finished quickly and the price was right!
