Windows are a superior product to any windows currently on the market. In addition, the installation was top notch an installed (whole house) in one day. Everyone I talked to along the way was professional and helpful!

Mad City was a great company to work with. They matched a competitors lower price. After signing the contract, they were out quickly to re-measure the windows and get them in production. And the guys that installed them got all 9 windows on the 2nd floor of our home done in 1 day. I would work with them again.

The Mad City team helped me replace a useless clawfoot tub/shower with a new shower surround. The service was exceptional. Their price didn't change. The financing has been a good experience. We love mad city! We originally got our shower replaced with them and came back to have 2 windows done as well. Our sales guys were amazing each time! We will be back to have the rest of our windows replaced soon.

Mad City Windows did a great job with our window installation. They gave us a comprehensive presentation before we signed anything, and we have not been disappointed. They were on time and worked quickly, answering all questions and allowing me to inspect the work when they were finished. They sent another employee the next week to inspect the work that was done, and then they sent workers back to fix the few (minor) issues we had free of charge, leaving us feeling confident and happy we chose to do business with them. We have noticed a difference in our home since the window installation, and we can no longer feel the drafts from those windows that the old ones had. We have also noticed a difference in our energy bills. We are looking forward to having all of the windows in our home replaced by Mad City in the next few years.

My experience with Mad City Windows and Bath was nothing short than wonderful! From the full one-hour presentation of their durable product to the friendly customer service throughout the process, I was as satisfied as a Thanksgiving meal! The project I had them come out and quote was for windows. Prior to Mad City, I had a few other companies come over for some quotes and it was a quick 10-15-minute ordeal where they took window measurements and emailed me numbers. Please note I have enough skilled family members where I was just looking for the windows to be made and I would install myself. However, nonetheless, I was surprised when the salesperson was in my home for close to an hour! I was happy to understand windows more and being a visual learner, the show and tell concept was right up my alley! The salesperson was able to answer all my questions during the meeting as well as after when other questions emerged. Mad City was willing to work with me for all my needs and came in at a very fair price! Their options for 0% financing was also a bonus as I was a first-year homeowner and realizing windows can be expensive. I was appreciative that the salesperson allowed options. For example, instead of ordering 10 windows, I was able to get it down to 7 just by converting some double hangs into sliders. This also saved money and before, I would have not known that was an option, unless the time was taken to explain. Another bonus about Mad City was the customer service. I called after hours and someone STILL picked up. I apologized, not realizing the time but had an urgent question. The customer service representative noted it was after hours but would have someone follow and call me the next day. Well, right away the next day, I had an answer. I was more than pleased with the work crew and they worked their tails off to finish my windows project in one day instead of having to come back as I had a busy day the next day too. Overall, I was treated like a person and not just a "project" through the whole experience. I would highly recommend Mad City Windows and Bath for any project!

I used Mad City Windows and Bath to replace a walk-in tub with a walk-in shower. The tub was in the condo I recently purchased, but I don't need it and prefer the space of a shower. The work was all done in one day and everything went as planned and the final results were stunning. They were very easy to work with from planning to actual install and I can't be happier with the results.

Fantastic! Larry was so efficient and friendly. Cleaned up after the windows were installed. The windows are beautiful, they match my interior wood so well and the outside trim looks great! They cut down my street noise as soon as they were in and I can't wait to see winter's heating bill!

We had a bath redo. Took out the old tub and installed a walk-in shower with new fixtures. The result was finished in one day and everything was cleaned up and ready to go by days end. The installer was clean and neat and took care of all cleanup. We have used it for 4 months and very pleased. We also feel it was a safety upgrade as the walk in does not require a high step in and out and very comfortable. We would recommend this bath up grade.

We had windows installed a little under a year ago, they were quick and affordable. Their warranty is very good. We've had 1 service request which was fixed very quickly. We are happy with our windows!

The work went very smoothly from initial phone conversations through estimate visits and installations. All were very professional and courteous.
