Mad City Windows & Baths

Tub and shower surround is nice and easy to clean. Shower head that I had to pay for is junk . Had to replace right way. Most disappointed in that they did not remove the moldy plywood - just installed over it. This also left a gap between the bottom of the surround and the floor after having the floor replaced.

We had a walk in shower installed. The installer was very polite and courteous and did a good job. The shower door handles were ordered the wrong color and they were supposed to come back to install the correct ones. Two months have passed and they have not come back with the door handles. One shower door is still without a handle. Rather disappointing as we paid rather good money for what we thought was premium products and premium service.

We were very impressed with the quick response when we inquired about a quote for our bathtub. The sales associate was punctual, polite, and very knowledgeable. The installation is really the only reason I am giving the four star review instead of five. My brother had a tub installed and they were done around 1pm. Ours began at 8am on New Years Eve and was finished at 9pm. Had I known it would have taken so long, I would have scheduled it for a different day. The installer was clearly fatigued and repeatedly asked his superior to stay and help him, but he said he also had a really long day. I would have preferred to have them come back and finish it as a two day product, but due to the "one day guarantee" they were unable to grant that request. I would not consider a 13 hour install period one day (especially when we live in a one-bathroom household). That being said, the installer was very polite and worked hard. The overall quality I would give 4.5 stars. We have had it for almost two months now and it is so easy to keep clean and beautiful. Some of the caulk could have been a little more even and some got on the actual tub, otherwise it is absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend Mad City and plan on using them in the future for our kitchen, but would see if they could give you a timeframe based on the experience of the installer if you have time constraints or young children with bedtimes.

The crew were in and out within a few hours and the new shower looks absolutely amazing! Prices are a bit high but the quality and workmanship is flawless. The crew were on time and very friendly to work with.

Mad City was great to work with, contacted them before moving to a new house, scheduled a consultation which was very accommodating. They were on time, very friendly, and knowledgeable, it was a no pressure consult. Ordered a new tub install, it actually came in early, install schedule was flexible. Install guy showed up on time, was very nice, cleaned up after he was done and did a great job. Overall very please with their work!

We had no leaks and they never frosted up. Gave them 5 stars and would would use again.

We got 11 Windows installed (entire house). The job took only 1 day to complete. Material and work quality are some of the best available. Price is a bit high, but you pay for what you get.

We are filling this out 2 years later to make sure they would come through with all their promises. During this time, we had a Mad City electrician come, a guy that did some extra caulking, and a plumber that needed to replace the faucet. All three were done by Mad City efficiently and quickly, and all three issues are now fixed. When we called to ask for them to fix these, they were courteous and friendly. So they do live by their unconditional warranty and guarantee policies. Besides that, we are very happy with the overall job they did on 2 bathroom shower / tub jobs.

We had Mad City install windows in our entire house a few months ago, and have been very happy with the product so far. We did have a slight issue after installation where some windows were harder to open, but after a tech was sent out to do some adjustments everything has been great since. Everyone we talked to was knowledgeable, and the product is high quality.

Luke came out and gave us a wonderful presentation and thoroughly explained about Mad City Windows and how and why we should choose them to replace our windows. We couldn’t be more happy with the service we received. The team got here right on time and had all of our windows replaced right when they estimated they would be done. They even reframed multiple windows with no extra charge! While they were working our garage door handle fell apart and my wife went and bought a new one and two of the workers volunteered to put it on for us. They went above and beyond and were professional and did a wonderful and thorough job. It changed the look of our house and took it from 1970 to 2020!

The salesman was very professional, genuine and thorough during his visit and made sure that both my husband and I understood the product, the company and the process. I appreciated the straight forward presentation, product options and pricing. We didn't have any questions go unanswered which made it an easy and stress free decision for us. The installation process was just as great! The installation team showed up looking professional, spoke professionally (especially in front of my children which earns huge respect with me) and even laid a covering over our floors from the front door to the bathroom plus my vanity! Mad City removed my elderly parents bathtub and installed a very nice handicap accessible walk in shower. The sales guy was very patient and listened to all the needs, he was not high pressure, and made us feel very comfortable with our purchase.

Had a new shower installed. We have a fairly large shower. Removed the tile, moved the built-in bench to the opposite wall, replaced all three shower heads. Elliott our installer was great! It was a big job and he got it done and I couldn't be happier!

The salesman was very professional and covered all details with me. On the day of the scheduled install they arrived promptly but were unaware they were second floor windows and a third floor repair so he had to cancel. They were able to reschedule another crew the next day and they arrived promptly as well and got right to work. Each member of the team had a responsibility and they worked together perfectly. One of the window openings was not square so the installer had to work longer on that window to make sure it fil just right and slid open without binding. When they completed they did a great job cleaning up.

This was a great experience all around! I had a call for to set up an appointment within an hour of requesting information online, the salesperson was very professional, explaining the product options and answering my questions and the install went as planned. I will be setting up another appointment to install more windows soon!

They were able to set up an appointment with me within a few days. The young man who showed their products to me was very respectable and knowledgeable. His presentation was very professional and he came very well prepared. He was very kind to me and even offered to help with with anything I needed to be done around the house. (my husband had just passed away) The windows themselves are amazing! There is no leaking and my house is so much warmer than it was last winter. They are easy to clean and look great!

Install crew was wonderful, great job. Cleaned up everything after done. Salesman was pushy, never did give us a itemized statement to see where our monies were spent or discount for labor was.

This company was very professional and easy to work with. No high pressure salesman. Just a demonstration and an estimate. If I had questions, they were always there to answer them. The windows are high quality and beautiful. I would definitely recommend.
