I had mad city do 10 replacement windows and a very large patio door. The whole experience was easy. From the estimate, to measurements, to the day of installation. The installation crew was professional and very nice. My senior dog was wondering about and they always watched out for her. It has been a few months now and I still love them as much as the day of installation.

We had Mad City out to replace our old 1950s bathtub and surround. They were awesome! From the estimate to completion, everyone at Mad City made sure we knew exactly what was going on and ensured we were satisfied. In two days, they were able to demo the whole bath/shower, new sub floor, new plumbing, new drywall and installation of the new shower. We are extremely happy with Mad City and would definitely recommend.

I had a walk in shower done by Mad City. In 2 days the tube and tiles were gone and a brand new shower was in it's place. Thank you so much. Yes I would recommend.

Install the replacement of our bathtub play enclose tile shower install with glass sliding doors They ran into an issue for placement of the drain but returned the next day and finish the job within 36 hours. Overall the quality and professionalism was appreciated and would highly recommend them.

Mad City installed new stand up shower. We had one installer out for one day and it was completed! They took it down to the studs and replaced everything; insulation, plywood, green board, soaker tub, wall coverings to the ceiling, hardware, safety bars. It has a seamless appearance. Easy to clean. Elegant. They were organized, efficient and courteous.

Excellent, they explained everything they where going to do, and followed thru. They put in 13 windows in a old house and they fit perfect. Excellent communication. They even came to the house 2 times before to make sure the sizing was right.

Mad City Windows is by far the best in classy window installers. I called around to a couple of over business and after talking to Mad City it was an easy choice. The came out and were very helpful and professional. Our sales rep was awesome. Very personable man and didn’t try to pressure us into buying anything we didn’t want. Then when it came to installation it was a breeze. Old windows out, new ones in, clean up and walked us through the new windows all in one day! I highly recommend them for any job!

The install took two days and they tell you this ahead of time. My installer Andrew did a fantastic job. We are so pleased. He let me know what he was doing when he was doing it. He took everything that he removed from my bathroom and hauled it away. he left the work areas clean when he was finished. He gave me information about what to use and what not to use when cleaning my new tub surround and tub. The shower head and the hand rail, spout and water temperature handle, and curtain rod are all high quality. I wish I would have done this sooner.

Installation crew was amazing. They cleaned as they went! They were on time for appointment and were done in less time than anticipated.

We were so pleased with the service and the quality of the windows. The highly professional crew showed up exactly on time. There was absolutely no mess left behind, all stickers were removed, and they answered all of our questions. They had about a 5 hour commute round trip to get here each day, and still put in an 8 plus hour workday. We highly recommend this company.
