Very professional in the selling of the job and the installation.

The workers were prompt and very cognisant of our new hardwood floors. They laid huge tarps as the dismantal process took place to protect the new floors. The install was beautiful. The guys explained as they went. Gave us choices as to height and placement of shelves, etc. Great team. It took a day and a half and our shower looks and feels fantastic. We choose the shower head with the rain option. Its amazing. Try it for sure.

They were professional and clean. Work was preformed in a timely manner.

Mad City came in and in one day replaced all of our windows with hardly any other evidence they had even been there. The windows work great and I can't wait to see the next time or energy bill budget gets refigured.

We recently had a walk in shower installed to replace our old tub and shower surround. They removed and disposed of all old installation. Replaced walls where needed, installed new plumbing, then installed the new shower surround. Then completely cleaned up after the work was done.. We love Mad City! They removed our old bathtub/shower and replaced it with a walk-in shower. They met the timeline presented and the installer was polite and answered all of our questions. Clean up in the bathroom and throughout the house was completed and appreciated. We would definitely use them again.

I had a tub to shower conversion done by Mad City. I had three different companies give me quotes and Mad City blew them away. From the initial contact through the installation, all was a pleasant experience for me. Mo sold me on the idea, took his time and was very knowledgeable. Xia did the installation. He was personable, thorough and easy to work with. He did a good job of it. It took 13 hours over two days, since the city inspector came late the first day. It looks really good. I have more room standing than the tub gave me. I wish now I had a third bar installed as my balance isn't very good. The nubby floor with the channels takes a bit getting used to. You might want to have a shower door installed. I need to make sure the shower curtain liner is on the inside of the shower edge, so I don't get water on the floor. It's not a problem--just my diligence is required. I like the softness that a shower curtain gives the room over a door. This was a good experience and one that I'm happy to share.

Had Mad City replace tub with shower, replace front door, and replace back sliding door. The installers showed up on time, did a thorough inspection of structural integrity, and jobs were finished in the time frame they quoted. I'm happy with the results. I'm particularly happy with how the laser etched tiles look on my shower walls. The Microban does work although I've noticed some pink film on the shower pan and mold on caulk around top of shower pan. (427917)

They had a partial crew due to call in/being sick but they showed up when told and got the job done in a quality and respectful manner, it did take a day longer than planned but with weather conditions and being short staffed I had no issues with that and it didn't effect the cost at all.

We needed to change our porch windows from louvre blades and they came and did an amazing job. In just a few hours we had brand new windows and the porch has been warm this past wimter.

Mad City replaced our existing shower with a beautiful one. The workers completed the job and cleanup in less than a day. It was done in the most professional manner. Mad City called about a week later and asked if we had any problems. We will use them again in the future.

I needed new windows, as my house was built in 1954. I saw a ‘Mad City Window’ ad on TV and called them. Their agent gave a pretty persuasive demonstration and explained everything throughly. The day of installation went without a hitch. They arrived when they said they would, they installed all 11 windows in the allotted time and when they were done, you couldn’t even tell they took my old windows out or put new windows in. They insulated & caulked every nook & cranny. Mad City Windows was definitely worth every penny I paid & I’d recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.

We replaced almost all of the windows in our home, and we appreciated Mad City's professional approach to the replacement. They sent a lot of folks out to our home all at once, and the work was done quickly and cleanly. I am pleased with their warranty. The cost is considerable, and I think the costs are higher because you're going with a 'luxury' company with a history, in the hope that they will honor their warranty longer than a random contractor who would definitely do the same work for cheaper. It depends on what you want. I was happy with their work.
