Installers were on time with scheduled appointment. They took care to protect our flooring and bathroom sink. All prep work was done outside. They kept us informed of what they were doing, why they were doing it, and put up with my husband very well!!! They went above and beyond in correcting any previous work that was not done correctly. They did all clean-up work and were very pleasant.

From start to finish everything went perfect . From speaking with sales rep Tony to follow up and then install . Everyone was exceptional . Dylan who removed old and installed new shower was excellent and ver nice and professional . Follow up after was very nice also . One more thing , I had 2 other estimates and each one was almost double the cost for the same service .

I had Mad City remodel my bathroom to demo and replace the existing bathtub and surround with a large shower enclosure featuring S-curve sliding glass shower doors and Kauai shower head. I needed an easy access, unobstructed walk-in shower as my periodic bouts of severe arthritis prevented me from bending and lifting my knees to get over the edge of a tub. I was afraid of falling and slipping when trying to get over the edge of the tub. The crew from Mad City did excellent work installing my new shower enclosure. Everything works perfectly and I so enjoy simply walking into and using the shower every day. It is so easy to get in and out and so roomy to move around when I need to sit and stretch my legs. The fixtures and materials used are top quality. The installation workmanship is detailed and of high quality, even down to how neatly and carefully the guys applied the caulking. This installation was done almost a year ago and everything still looks new and continues to work very well. The crew was very courteous and polite, explained the entire installation process to me, answered all my questions, and kept the work area very clean. very unprofessional, messy, checked drywall for both things done and hasn't fixed either. rude on phone and blaming us they couldn't get in but they were already in. p*** poor communication with electricians they hired for job and we were in the middle. outlet put in wrong spot. the bar in bathroom tub is on crooked. was told shelves would be removable they are not. screen door hard to open and close. believe it is not put on correctly.

Chrislo came and installed a new tub for us, after removing the old. He asked for my preferences as he did things and he took time out to talk to my 5 year old while she showed him her dance outfit. When he was done he cleaned everything up, almost like he was never there.

Awesome work. We had 14 windows replaced in less than two days. So nice to look out of clear windows. Thank you Mad City!

Terrible waited 5 months for serves that was told verbally 6 weeks fine print on the contract sated up to 16 weeks. Shower holder on the contract is not the one that was told verbally. The one that was told verbally would have costed additional $1,500.00. $9,READ THE FINE PRINT!!!!! Also did not ventilate the house upon demolition ended up going to doctor and missing work. Will also not use angi list again.

The product was of great quality and the price was good also. I had an issue with the salesman lying to me just to gain business, per usual what most of them do. When I confronted him, he denied everything and as I tried to report it to the company I got the run around and they refused to let me speak with a manager. I filed a complaint with the BBB and one of the owners reached out to me. Based on my experience with the owner I spoke with I would use Mad City again but would not trust the salesman Travis Keleman

My wife and I had our French door removed and replaced with a new sliding glass door to our deck. We also had one window replaced in our kitchen. We look forward to using the new door to our deck more as the weather gets warmer. Mad City did a great job at removing and installing the new door and window. They cleaned up after themselves and made it look like they were not even there.

They were actually early and got the job done in less than one day. They took out the old shower and disposed of it. They put in new plumbing. and everything is running fine.

Excellent workmanship, super fast professional installation. No mess or hassle to home owner. Will highly recommend.

We had almost all of our windows done last summer and so far so good! The windows look very nice and are certainly easier to use and seal up tighter than our old windows. Installation was timely and service was courteous. I feel like the quality of the work is solid but I'm also confident in reaching out when / if a problem ever comes up. Currently on the books to have Mad City redo our bathtub surround this summer. Job No.: 409651

We enjoy our windows from Mad City. We no longer hear noise from the street as we did with our old windows which were difficult to raise and lower. The installers came on time, were courteous, installed the windows in one day, and cleaned up after they finished.

The installation went great, I had asked for non slip flooring. Apparently the company that manufactured the new walk in doesn't place non slip flooring. Mad City sent a tech to add non slip to the flooring. I waited over the 24 hours that the non slip had to cure. I am back to using a bath mat to alleviate the slipping/sliding so that I don't fall, floor is still horribly slippery.

Mad City did a fantastic job replacing our front door and repairing some damaged areas! The staff was friendly, courteous and prompt. They also did a great job with clean up and it all looks great!

Very professional and efficient. The savings have been very noticeable. Will use Mad City for future projects
